Paul Andrews started his career as a professional magician & presenter performing around the world for private and corporate events. To take a break from the travelling he then moved into the varied world of production. Paul worked as a producer and director for children’s television, specialising in magic and hidden camera shows. His love of all things psychological (magic being more about psychology than trickery) led him to consulting for entertainment documentaries on subjects ranging from fear to deception.

Paul spends his time these days acting as a consultant for television formats, devising ‘Escape Room Games’ and producing content for social media.

Maria Kempinska is an award-winning businesswoman, a mother of two and a tireless charity worker. Maria has completed her Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Healing and she is currently working towards her PhD. She is best known for her huge contribution to British comedy, for which she has been awarded an MBE.

As founder of the successful Jongleurs Comedy Clubs in 1993, Maria has played a defining role in helping to make the UK stand-up scene the roaring success that it is today.

In 2004, Maria was awarded her MA in Psychotherapy and Healing, having been inspired by her reading of the works of Carl Gustav Jung. She loved the  course because it gave a firm structure to the things that she felt she instinctively knew and had been drawn to read about for so many years. With this qualification, Maria is able to practice psychotherapy, and is now in the 4th year of her PhD in Psycho-analysis at Essex University.

In 2009, Maria was delighted and honoured to be awarded the MBE for services to the entertainment and hospitality industry. However, it is unlikely to be the last public recognition that this remarkable, passionate and versatile woman receives for her varied endeavours.

Maria has produced 12 episodes of Jongleurs Live for Loaded TV. In addition to this, she is one of the presenters and judges on The Pitch, a one-hour weekly factual entertainment series for Loaded TV, where hopefuls get to pitch their ideas for an entertainment series to a panel of judges.

In addition, Maria sits on the board of Women In Business for the Duke of Edinburgh Awards Scheme, with the Countess of Wessex. Maria is also a friend of the Terrence Higgins Trust and works with leading charities including Cancer Research, Soldiering On and Coming Home. She is a regular guest on TV and radio, talking about business and comedy on programs like Woman’s Hour, Trisha and other top-rated shows. Maria jokes that she intends to sleep only when she is dead!

At present she is developing her Dingwalls Music brand and continues giving Master classes in psychotherapy.

Meg Mathews

Meg Mathews is the founder of MegsMenopause. An icon of the nineties Brit Pop scene and a former music industry PR, events planner and designer, Meg has become and entrepreneur and an international advocate for the menopause.

Meg has since then become a spokeswoman to raise awareness to the chronic lack of support of women going through the menopause in the work place and in all areas of their lives. She has been invited to speak at governmental institutions and ministries to vocalise this matter on behalf of all female staff, and help changing not only the working environment but also trying to be pivotal on new legislation approval to give further support to women going through the menopause. Some of these key participations include at Foreign & Commonwealth Office, BBC headquarters, 2019 Business Disability Forum, John Lewis & Partners, Superdrug, Stella Live Panel by the Independent, amongst many others.

Meg launched her own menopause product range in 2019 which are dedicated to intimate care, skin care, and nutrition to help women feel more comfortable during the menopause. Meg made sure that all these products were vegan, and ‘naturally organic’. She also launched The M Blend CBD range, which are available in oil, gummy bear form amongst others. Meg was nominated for Best New British Brand, and Best Special Innovation at the Beauty Awards London in 2019.

This nobel movement started by Meg has been covered by national and international media such as Lorraine (ITV), Loose Women, BBC Global Woman in News, BBC Victoria Derbyshire news, BBC Breakfast News, Irish National Radio – The Ryan Tubridy Show, BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour, BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio Sheffield. She has also spoken at the Women Mean Business Conference for The Daily Telegraph (2019). In November 2018, Meg was awarded the Inspiring Public Figure of the Year award by the Inspirational Leadership Trust.

(Italy), Fabulous magazine (November 2019) and wrote for the 2019 Managing Menopause campaign (December 2019)

In addition to her MegsMenopause campaign Meg is also an online columnist for Red Magazine and was named by the magazine as one of their Top 20 Career Shifters in 2017 an ambassador for PETA, Pup Aid, supports a number of animal charities and environmental causes.

Meg is currently leading a campaign with Pelviva as their new brand ambassador to break down the stigma around bladder leaks which affects 2 in 3 women in the UK over 50. Meg is also an ambassador for Pup Aid and supports a number of animal charities such as the Daisy Network, the Royal Osteoporosis Society and the British Heart Foundation.

After Graduating with a degree in Dance Theatre from Laban, Carolyn took to the road and ended up in New York, where she did a course in Stand-up Comedy. She won ‘Best Comic Newcomer of the Year’ in 1997 and performed at some of New York’s finest comedy clubs.

On returning to England, Carolyn began her radio career and had her very own show “The Breakfast Show” She became one of the first women in the UK to write, produce and present her own Breakfast Show. It was at this time Carolyn began presenting on TV.  All was going great, even after giving birth to her first child Carolyn continued to work, and then it happened, Carolyn gave birth to triplets… YIkeeeeeeees! Triplets!

This was a big curve ball and one that she literally struggled to get round every day. Being a mum became somewhat fulltime and boy did I get to experience the highs and lows of Motherhood. You could say, she became well-honed at ‘BEING A MUM’
