Can you please tell us a little bit about yourself, just to recap for any listeners that haven't managed to see the show last week but may go back and listen to that show? Thank you very much once again to Dr. Lady Candel for having me on this show again. It is my privilege to be with you all again. I feel very blessed, you know that, by coming on this show. As an individual, and I'm very grateful to the Almighty for giving me many opportunities that I have encountered within my life. So currently I'm a director of London Organization of Skill Development, chief editor of Global Research Journal for the United Kingdom, independent academic scholar, banker TEDx speaker, international motivational speaker, writer, humanitarian, philanthropist, and a multi-international award winner. So after overcoming life-threatening health challenges, it became the aim in my life to help global humanity. I have been doing this through my knowledge time, skills, and resources. It has become one of my mottos in life to work together to help to create positive change within the world. I do this through educating global societies and building bridges between the Eastern and the Western worlds. I, I focus on 3 areas that includes education, women empowerment, and youth development. So in, in my attempt to help global societies, I have visited more than 117 countries around the world. I have shared my research and knowledge with the endeavor to help global societies. I'm a firm believer in the importance of lifelong learning to help societies progress towards positive sustainable growth. Hence, I have completed 2 PhDs and I have received 8 honorary doctorate degrees. I've been recognized 5 times in the World Book of Records, twice in India Book of Records, Asia Book of Records, Karnataka Book of Records, Golden World Book of Records, Scholar World Book of Records, and many more. So to help global societies, I have published more than 41 educational papers newspapers, magazines, articles, 19 books, and also I'm featured in more than 200 videos, more than 390 newspapers and books for the societal contribution. I also hold several positions contributing to the societal betterment including on the national and the international level within governmental and non-governmental organization. Let me tell you something about the COVID-19 in the period of that. So during COVID-19 pandemic, I have helped to educate, honestly telling you, more than 100,000 people globally through through the work I have carried out. I'm so happy that I'm able to do and I'm able to help and I can support where my help was needed. I have been very fortunate to be invited as a keynote speaker at the Harvard, United States in May 2022, last year, to help global societies at large. I have delivered a keynote address at the King's College Cambridge, United Kingdom, this last month on 8th of May 2023. I already have delivered many talks, many numerous lectures at the universities, at the colleges, for PhD students, for undergraduate, for PG, for postgraduate, many academic institutions, at the governmental and non-governmental organization. So I have a strong desire towards creating sustainable societal development and progressing societies towards positive change. As a result, I have been invited by governors of different states of India and the governmental dignitaries. I hope that talks about me, that what I, what, um, I hope you, you got your answer, Dr. Lady Candle. Am I right? Yes. I mean, the interview that we had, um, last week was so interesting to know about your life and everything that you have achieved. And obviously, you know, one of the achievements is about the power of the pen, the power of you as an author. So you are a renowned writer and author, and you have published 19 books. You have recently launched your newest book at the Global Research Conferences 2023, held at King's College Cambridge, United Kingdom. Can you please tell us a little now. We've touched and refreshed the listeners on your accolades and the power of you as a person, humanitarian, etc. But, you know, the power of the pen, how you challenge that pen to bring your mindset to help another person. So can we talk about this wonderful new book that you launched at the Global Research Conferences, um, in Cambridge. Yeah, so my passion for writing stemmed from my desire to share knowledge from the young age. So at the age of 19, let me take you back when I was a young girl. At the age of 19, I had written 11 books, and by age of 20, those books were published by the renowned Kotari Publications, and that book proved to be very popular. Hence, we decided to publish the fourth edition. I have written books in different languages— in English, Gujarati, and Hindi— ranging from education to the love for the country, poetry, mental health, and also COVID-19 pandemic. So previously I have written for many numerous newspapers, magazine, as a journalist and a freelance writer in my young age. So I used to write so different, different articles in different, different newspapers like Gujarat Samachar, Sunday, Times of India, in a Gujarati language, in English language, in in my local language, Jan Satta, Jai Hind, Sri Magazine, Shri Magazines. So that's something was my interest. So I used to— the pen I was holding from the young age to write something and share my knowledge with the crowd of people who would love to listen, who would love to hear me, or you would love to read about me, read about the stuff what I used to write. I do remember that at the— um, I used to write a column called Najiviya Ke Nazakat Bari Vato. That was my very hot topic. And in that column, um, I used to talk about, uh, with a small i, you talk big. And that column become very popular. So I used to write in the Gujarati and the And the audience wanted me to write in English, so I started to write in English as well. So that has given me a lot of popularity and give me a lot of encouragement to write for the column in Western Times. And yes, you are right, recently I attended the Global Research Conference, GRC 2023. It was held at the King's College Cambridge, United Kingdom on the 8th and 9th of May 2023. I delivered a keynote address and the conference was, honestly telling you, it was a great, great success that was enjoyed by both participants and the delegates. The conference theme was Building Sustainability After the COVID-19 Pandemic. Where participants and the delegates found innovative solutions towards helping global societies. I was very fortunate that I was provided a prestigious platform to launch my latest book. It is called Manifest Inner Beauty Part 1, as it is the first part of my two series of the book. I've launched my book in the presence of the Honorable Councillor Sunil Chopra, Mayor of Southwark in London, who was invited at the GRC 2023 as a valedictory chief guest. So now let me talk about the book, what I have written. So, Manifest Inner Beauty Part 1 My aim was to inspire and motivate individuals to understand their true value that is lying within themselves. They should not become hypnotized by the world around them, particularly in a world that people give so much importance on aesthetic appeals. Everybody has the ability to reach their goals and dreams despite the hardships in life that they have faced. So true beauty comes from within, and we should all learn to manifest inner beauty so that it can radiate outward. Yes, when we look at that— and I've just paused for a moment there— for our listeners. When we look at, you know, manifesting beauty, who we are, many of us don't see the beauty of who we are. We don't think that we're enough, which causes us to have mental unstainability. Where— how can we do that? Are we reaching our goals? We can reach our goals. And for people who are suffering with mental health, when there is no end, there is no light that they see, is why I believe the power of the pen is important to write down. Listen, your life journey is important, who you are and what makes you become who you are. Nobody just puts us on a pedestal and says, hey, this person's got great because of this. Reason, or they knew that person. The beauty, when you said, is to manifest from within— look at yourself and look inside yourself. And when I'm reflecting back for our listeners to the show, for many of us here, one of my questions is, what was the motivation for you A, to write this book, but B, when we went back. So I'm going to reverse it now. So I'm going to start that. A, although we're looking at motivation and manifesting and beauty within of your new book, is when we go back at the age of 19, when you wrote all those books and 20 to be put in. We know the private education, we know that. But what from all that education you learned, you could have taken a different role. And we are focusing on this power of the pen at the moment. And but what motivated you to write a, your first book, then it led on to all the numerous books. And we understand now when we're talking, opening up about Manifest Your Beauty from from within, you know, that you can achieve your goals. So I would like to broaden this question a little bit deeper if we can, and delve a little bit deeper. So when you said power of pen, honestly, that was from the young age. You can imagine, at the age of 19, um, and honestly, I, I never have dreamt about writing a book. I never thought that I can do that. That was nothing that I was having in my mind. But because I started writing a column, I started writing an article, piece of blogs in the different newspapers and different magazines and things, that has inspired me to put that pen in writing about different subjects, different areas of my studies. And because I, I was a journalist in the newspaper, though I was a, I was a commerce student, but I loved writing, I loved reading, and I used to do a lot of talks for the different communities from the young age. So there is, there was something in me which I never recognized myself, that I can write a book. But when I wrote my first book, and the book, the reason I written my book I had an accident, and I had a motorbike accident. I was not allowed to go out of my house, and I was just sitting home without doing anything. And that gave me a thought that, while I'm sitting, let me do something. So I started writing. And, and by the time I got better, my book was nearly ready to be published. And that was the first book published. And my, my publisher was very happy, and he said, you know, you are a new writer, you are a young writer, but the book has gone very well. So I would like you to write more about this book. And my first book was called Ras Ranjan, a cookery book I started with. And then I've written my 10, 10 more books attached to that 11th book. So altogether, well, first was the one book which was 1,000 pages. The book was for 1,000 pages, and that was the cruising of whole India— north, south, east, west, everything. But when I divided that 1,000 pages into the small 10 books, That book became very popular, so they have to publish— as I mentioned earlier, we have to publish the 4th edition. So now that has kept me going. After that, I've written many other books as well. Last year, one of the very good book has come out of mine that was written in my local language in Gujarati, Bharatna Swatantranah Periyoo. That was launched on 15th of August 2022, and that was launched at Pondicherry, um, by Tamila Sai Sundararajan, who is the governor of Pondicherry. She invited me to launch my book at the tea party at the Pondicherry Governor House, and on the same day I was invited for the flag hosting ceremony by Ranga Sami, the Chief Minister of Pondicherry. He said, why don't you bring her in the morning and she can be with us and we'll have a flag hosting together, and then let's invite her at the tea party to launch her book. So I was very privileged that last year my book was launched on the 15th of August. 2022 at the Governor House in Pondicherry. And I was very fortunate that this year my book was launched at Cambridge, at the King's College. So that, that motivation to write books will inspire others as well. And the motivation to write about this particular book about Manifest Inner Beauty That is stemmed from my personal experiences. I wanted to share with everyone the experience I gained from leading a healthy life. I've achieved much success from within the media while fitting in with society's perceptions of physical beauty. Then I suddenly lost my vision I was diagnosed with a life-threatening aggressive cancer on two separate occasions, one decade apart. Needless to say that it changed my physical appearance and identity. It led me on my path towards searching for and manifesting my inner beauty. The path was a struggle, and I explored several avenues before I realized that the beauty is within us. When we feel beautiful on the inside, this, this radiates out into the world. Therefore, it is important to cultivate inner beauty, then manifest it. I wanted to share this with the world. Therefore, I decided to write this book, Manifest Inner Beauty Part 1. I want to help global societies through my experiences, and if this book inspires individuals within societies towards reaching their goal and manifesting inner beauty, then I have accomplished what I wanted. It will most certainly make the world a happier place to live in. And we do need that. We need a happy place to live in. After COVID-19, we do need a happier place to live. True. And you know what, and that is honestly telling you this, and by giving me this platform here, honestly, I'm so happy And I don't have any words to express my gratitude and my thanks to you for having me on the Women's Radio Station to share my personal story and help others. Because I know in this world each and everybody are going through the crisis of sadness, illness, unhappiness, financially, socially, Politically, each and everyone are going through a lot of crisis, and I want to bring them on this platform to make them understand, to manifest inner beauty is only if you recognize yourself. Do you have, um, with the book that you've written, When We Look, you know, and obviously I'll be ordering the book and, you know, you certainly need to be signed by yourself if possible. Of course. But when we're looking and we're talking about, I mean, you were, you know, in the past, you know, you've been Mrs. Universe, you've been the beauty queen, you've had been gifted the most beautiful looks. Yes, you've been young, but you've had trauma. As we were saying, you've gone back, you know, and with the cancer, but going through. But Joanna, when you, when you've written this book and we look at manifesting our beauty, looking at the inner, there's so much now when we look at the children from a young age of 3, 5, doing podcasts, all their hair's done, trying to do makeup all the way through. Do you believe then we the book and the teachings of the book, and you being in the limelight as a beauty queen, that this will help people see that it's more than the face. And did you face any difficulties by just showing the beauty of your face and not showing the inner you? Did you come across anything like that? You know, when I had my, when I had my surgery done and when I was When I lost my vision, I was on steroids. Honestly telling you, I, I was in a size 8 to 10, and through my pregnancy, one, with my two daughters, my size was around 12. And after losing my vision, I was on steroids, what I was taking, and that has given me a huge weight I put on. I went on a size 24. So you can imagine, I did not have my stomach or my face, my neck. It was like a one piece. So from there, to look at yourself that when you're a teen— I was also— I forgot to mention one thing here, that I was a TV presenter in Andhava Durdarshan in All India Radio, Akashwani. I used to give my programs. So I was, I was a media face, and people used to admire me when, when they see my big posters, big hoardings in, um, in the city of Ahmedabad, where I, where I've been brought up. Born in Mumbai, brought up in Gujarat, in Ahmedabad. So people have seen in this way. When you, when you go through the challenges of your life-threatening And when you change your identity like completely, how would you feel? I've lost my look, I lost myself, and I lost my self-esteem. That, that's what I want to bring it out to my readers here. Honestly telling you that I want to bring and I want to help my readers through this book that I want to share my personal Tools and strategies that have helped me to accept my new identity and cultivate inner beauty. After I recovered from the life-threatening illnesses, and I decided to dedicate my life towards serving humanity until my last breath, I started to carry out immense humanitarian and philanthropic work. I concentrated— seriously telling— I concentrated on attending good health through Ayurveda because Ayurveda has given me the new life from 2010. Yeah, let me— yeah, from 2010 when I had my second attack of my cancer, but I was going through a lot of crisis, um, that My doctors have told me that I will be only there for few, a few hours, a few days, that's it. And Ayurveda has helped me to what I am right now. I'm a very strong believer of Ayurveda, yoga, meditation, and at the same time concentrated on helping the global societies. I don't think about myself seriously. For 24/7 I've been working. I only sleep for 2-3 hours, and I constantly keep on working. And I want to— because I know my— I don't have enough time. Even my doctors, whenever I go to the hospital in UCL, they always tell me, "Poreen, are you still there? Are you okay?" When I do for my checks. And I tell my doctors, "Yes, I'm still here because I have not finished my work which is required. That's why I'm still here." So I know myself, I don't have enough time, but I want to do— I want to accomplish a lot of things. I want to give back to the society. And what I have experienced, I don't want anyone to experience that. I want everyone to enjoy their life to the fullest of what they would love to do. So that's why I keep on focusing on my work to help the societies. And I was headhunted by several medias. Yeah, so many medias have approached me for the participating in beauty pageant. Honestly telling you, this was a thought that had never crossed my mind because I felt that I'm a journalist, I'm a writer, I'm an author, I'm a banker. I'm an educator and, and an academic individual that helps others through that process. The question was going in my mind all the time. No, I want to help people but in my own strength, but not going towards the path of the beauty pageant. But when the medias will keep on approaching me I give it a— I give her a very good thought, and I had a very long discussion with my family. Because of the family's encouragement, with their motivation, I consider it to be part of the beauty pageant. And when I entered it, honestly telling you, I realized that by entering beauty pageant, I could help to empower individuals to be the best version of themselves. I took that leap into another realm. To my immense surprise, I became a runner-up of Mrs. Queen of India in July 2021. That was my start of my journey for my beauty pageant. I was just a runner-up, and I was not very happy. I said, 'Oh, oh, what happened? Where did I go wrong?' I really worked very, very hard. And I'll tell you that as well, the way I went into this system, into this beauty pageant, by delivering my talks. They wanted me to join the group of people and, and do a motivational talk to inspire young girls and to be part of Mrs. category. Because Miss category, you can see a lot of girls are taking part, but they wanted to bring the married women from the little villages, little towns, and to bring them on the Mrs. category. And I used to give the lectures, I used to motivate them, I used to inspire them, I used to tell them the stories. And they were inspired. And at one point, I do remember, for Mrs. India 2021, when I was giving the talks, they had a lot of entries. And I do remember it was more than hundreds of entries, where they could not even find 10 entries before. But by, by my inspirational talk, by helping them, by guiding them to know themselves, to know who they are, In the end, I became the part of their beauty pageant because they insisted, making, Dr. Somani, we would like you to be the part of it. I know you were delivering the talks, why don't you? And I was in two minds, but because I become the runner-up of Mrs. Queen of India in July, I thought I need to work hard and see if I can do something. I'm honestly telling you, when I took part in Mrs. India 2021 in October, I was crowned by Aditi Gowadri, who is a Bollywood star in, in, in India. She crowned me for Mrs. India 2021, and then my journey started for winning Mrs. Universe International 2021 Winner of Mrs. Brit Asian 2021, and that was in London. Winner of Mrs. India Global 2021 in Odisha. And I was invited— I was nominated— sorry, I was nominated for Mrs. World Enigma 2021 in Thailand. I, I was invited to go there, and I become the winner there in Thailand. And then last year in December 2022, just before Christmas, I was crowned by Mahak Chal, one of the renowned Bollywood star. Again, she crowned me for Mrs. Universe 2022. Now this time I did not go for the competition for Mrs. Universe. This was purely based on my merit of humanitarian work. Because I won so many crowns, this was the last thing on the list was left for me. And they said, we don't want you to take part, we wanted to give you as honoring you, Dr. Sumani, because of your determination, because of your hard work, what you've done and help the societies. Have you have helped the young female who were not able to come out of the house and you have bought them and you help them to motivate and be the part of this beauty pageant show, we want to honor you. And that was the honor given to me, Mrs. Universe 2022. I had found that through participating within these initiatives, I have been able to inspire and motivate individuals, promote women empowerment, and became a societal role model. It has been like a dream to me. Honestly, I never dreamt that I can do that. So Manifest Inner Beauty Part 1 shares how individual can perceive themselves in a positive light and how this positive can help them towards living a happier life. This book also teaches how to create inner beauty through changing negative beliefs and thoughts, how to focus the mind on the important things, set healthy boundaries, accept others, create a happy life for family and friends, It will also teach you how to have a positive mindset and use visualization techniques to help to achieve goals. Throughout the book Manifest Inner Beauty Part 1 and Part 2, I have used my personal quotes which I want to inspire and motivate individuals I have written what I can remember, that every year I have a— I had a target that I want to write at least 100 quotes to motivate my audience. So up till now I have written 540, 530 quotes, and that quotes are very powerful quotes. You can go on my YouTube channel and you can see some of the quotes are already there. And that quotes are so powerful that inspires and motivates individuals together with the tools encapsulated that it is my deepest hope that readers, all my listeners who are listening to me today, and all my readers who will be reading my upcoming book, Manifest Inner Beauty Part 1, you will notice a change in your self-esteem and appearance with the persistence and dedication. It is my sincere desire that readers will be inspired into discovering and manifesting their inner beauty in the same way that I have. Because when we look at that and the book that you have brought out, because there is a lot of negativity around beauty pageants because they are commonly seen as a showcase of vanity and shallowness, they can also be a stressor for, for the people taking part. It can also 100%, which in mental health, you know, it's like a highly competitive atmosphere that can actually trigger comparisons with people, body disconformity, anxiety, and other mental health disorders. So through this book that you have written and actually being part at a later stage after having cancer, after helping and mentoring You feel that this book will show a different light to get rid of the negativity, saying what this is and how you help people to go in. And for that reason, the book that you have written will actually— how to— the book How to Manifest Your Inner Beauty will actually help the reader or anybody looking at going into beauty pageants, that they are okay, but By going inside, it's not just about the mask that we paint on our face. You're showing them to release the inner beauty. So when we hear them being asked questions on stage, you know, but are they humanitarians? They work to show the goodness that they are good to help, like you said, of bringing people out from their houses, etc. So From what I can hear, and I hope that the listeners at home will actually see, yes, you know, we do read about negative, we see people going on, are they good or are they bad for society? But with this book, Manifest Your Inner Beauty, and listening to, um, Professor Dr. Parine Simoni, that she has a walked that path of that journey later in life to be, you know, crowned many, many times. She's helped many, many people to come through that, you know, because we have to look at the effects of beauty and our inner self. You know, beauty pageants, they teach children at a young age that people will judge someone. Based on looks and not for their personality. So with your book, you know, will that touch on that subject? You know, we've seen children, you know, in America is well known for it, with beauty pageants being based on children wearing hairpieces, makeup, spray tans, they have false teeth. They're shown at a very young age this competitive stuff. So by looking looking at Manifest Your Inner Beauty. You've used the balance, you've brought balance of equality out through that book, which I know with your education, who you are as a humanitarian, we believe in mankind first. This book will empower. What I do believe, the book actually is released on the 17th. Of June. Which— where can somebody buy it? How, you know, can they get it personally signed from you? Are you doing a book tour? And we know we're doing lots of media and there's coverage on that, but can you just tell the listeners how they can get your book? Um, they can get it from Amazon. Um, once the book is out, the— you can get, get hold of this book through Amazon, and you can see the link will be there on my website, parinsomani.com. So you can go on my website as well, and you can see the link once the book is going to be released. The plan at the moment, we— what I'm, what I'm looking at, the timescale and everything, hopefully it should be released on my 54th birthday. Which is on 17th of June, and hopefully you will be able to get hold of the book. And I'm sure this will lead you towards living a fulfilled life and improve the quality of life. Because I want you to support this book, and I really hope it will touch— it will touches and inspire you. And it is my hope that You will all get inspired and motivated to manifest inner beauty. Well, what we may see is an increase, um, Preen, on us ladies, you know, over 50s now, not having fear that we can go into a beauty pageant, we can be comfortable in who we are and in the work that we do to show people we are enough and we can. You're not too old to enter the beauty pageant. You haven't got to start at 5. You're happy with your inner self. Manifest on that. Show the world the beauty that you will excel at and to have more of this. I mean, when we go back in history, you know, the old Butlins. I don't know if you have any recall to that, you know, for people in England, you know, we have Heidi Heitkampers, we have the caravan lots of things on it, and it was very, very much in the forefront to go in where you had the glamorous granny, or, you know, and I was so excited when I become a granny, think, oh, I can take part in a beauty pageant. But they stopped. Bring them back, bring them back. Let us show our inner self and our manifesto, go on, to what and who we are from that. But, um, what is your future vision? Yes, one thing I want to clarify, one more thing here, um, Dr. Candel, that, um, you know, when you say that way, because we are— though I was in a beauty pageant, and if anybody are going to be in a beauty pageant, remember, uh, we are looking at our age, our experiences, so we are not going to be one of the person who is going to be on like a showcase person. We are the role model for the society, remember. We are the future. We want to bring the future generation to know who they are. We want to give them the knowledge. We want to help them to grow and flourish in their personal behavior, in the personal lifestyle. So we are, we are going to be a role model. To be in a beauty pageant doesn't mean we have to be coming with the open clothes and things. No, beauty lies within you. You don't have to have an outer look. Your beauty is inside you. So you are a good role model. You want to be a good role model, and that is the way to move forward, to be part of this pageant. And when you ask about my vision and mission, that also covers the same thing. My future vision and mission is in the life— my life stems from my two mottos. It is my aim to help and to serve mankind until my last breath. And my second motto is, by working together, we can make a positive global change. By enduring my health challenges, I've cultivated a strong desire to help humanity and create sustainable societal development, I will continue to work and specialize in education, women empowerment, and youth development through various means, which will include by writing books, academic journal articles, by delivering my talks, participating on the global platforms on the various capacity to help global societies or through other means, I would like to keep inspiring and motivating global societies through sharing my knowledge and research in my, in my endeavor to live up to my motto. So I have involved myself in numerous designation which contributes to societal betterment with NGOs, governmental organization. In addition, I have been helping to ensure the less privileged societies can experience a better quality of life and comfortable living condition. For example, um, I've been supporting for a sanitize— as for the sanitary water, for the clean drinking water in the deprived educational institutions in different states of India. Um, I have tried to help the deprived students for the education. They are not able to get the good education, so we— I tried to build the local school in collaboration with the local authorities and helping the parents to have a training center in a forgotten village in Jharkhand. I wanted to help break down the barriers and stigmas attached towards the creating all-inclusive world where there is peace and harmony. Peace and harmony, they are two words. Peace and harmony, being at peace with ourselves and living a very harmonic life which brings out our happiness and with our inner self that we can manifest what beauty, etc., is true. And you Your vision is incredible as always. So do you have plans to write more books? I know you touched on that a moment ago with some different bits, but, you know, we know when the release date, you know, on your 54th birthday, the 17th of June, and many happy returns of the day as that comes approaching very fast to us. Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, but you know, the plans for any more books is, um, currently— yeah, so yes, currently I'm just, um, I'm writing. I'm in process of completing my Manifest Inner Beauty Part 2. Uh, hopefully I'm thinking it should be coming out by end of the year if my book is ready to go market, or it will be coming next year. So this, my Part 2, is, is going to be purely an attempt to inspire global societies and complete the knowledge and skills that I have shared with the world. In addition, I'm in process of writing several other books because since I have got my new life, and from 2011 I've been living a life given given by the Paramatma, given by the person who really wants me to be here and do the work which is not completed. So I want to tell the world, don't let your hope die. Don't let your hope die. And that's something I'm writing a book on— the hopes. And other thing, I would— I'm writing a book on health and well-being because a lot of people are going through the mental health at the moment, and they are having a lot of issues with the health. So I want to write on that as well. This is my other project. And I want to write about India, about all the different cultures and societies, about the music, and also a plant-based cooking book—no sugar, no salt, and no oil. So we are preparing, and that I'm planning. I'm working with my daughters because my daughters are plant-based. Vegan, vegetarian. So I'm learning a lot from them, and I'm also putting my input, and we are going to be preparing that book purely on a plant-based to keep the healthy way of living lifestyle. Therefore, I invite you all and all my listeners, watch out for the future exciting initiatives which I will be bringing it out for you. Yes, incredible. I can't wait for that because we are— you know, we look at the supermarkets now looking at plant-based products because we are what we eat. And some of the foods, you know, that we don't realize that we are eating can trigger, you know, immense mental health in ourselves. Now when we're looking gout, you know, even people who have been diagnosed with gout, they are still eating, you know, red meat. I know having visited India myself, the cow is sacred in India. And, you know, there's a report even when we look at Japan, you know, people are living so much healthier. They have the lowest obesity at 3.1% in Japan because of the food they're eating more vegetables and they can't, you know, contribute to so much fish that they eat. That does help. And again, you're talking about plant-based. We need to look at that. We want to improve our mental health. We're looking at that again, using the power of the pen and your motivation, encouraging people to, you know, look at themselves. Hey, by trying, you know, when we recap and we go back that you didn't initially look at writing a book. It was only because you had a motorcycle accident and you couldn't go out the house, and then a 1,000-page book that then went on that shows that you can at any stage in your life use the power of the pen to do that. By reading your books, which are available, people can get them on Amazon and etc., and obviously by contacting yourself, and we'll just touch on that quickly in a moment, how to do that. But what are the important key messages you would like to relay to the readers of your book as we're, you know, coming towards the end of this show? Okay, I would like to tell you all my listeners Today, and the readers of my book, that currently the world is upside down. But you know how to turn it back around. You are the future, the master of your own destiny. When people around you are unwell and hungry, power and money you make alone is immaterial. And my overall view is that most of us have faced ridicule and bullying for one way since we've looked as a child. This is bound to have left a scar to our minds the rest of our lives as we look at the mental health. This is not a solidarity incident that happened to a few alone. Even without such experience, the societal pressure is so high to conform to certain beauty concepts and standards that it's leading to serious mental health issues. Low esteem and a negative image are the common fallout. You cannot fault such a person for wishing for more beauty and wanting to change their physical appearance all through their lives. Even the best of the best are are unhappy and dissatisfied with their appearance. We are constantly trying to change how we look with plastic surgeries, Botox treatments, etc. As sad as though it is, the truth still remains that we are born, certainly born with certain facial and body attributes. Will we be able to change the way you are looking at the law of attraction? You know, we have to look at everything. In a simple language, beauty can be described as an aggregate qualities in a person that makes them pleasing to the senses. Though all senses are involved in gauging the beauty of a person, appearance gains prominence as sight as a dominating one against all senses. Our public perception of beauty mostly revolves around the exterior of the physical appearance through unfair, on many counts, changing public opinion is not easy. When we see so many children now trying to use Face Apps to change how they look, create an image, we need to be going back. But we're seeing the adverts now where they are removing that, showing children, etc. Yes, it's fine, but we need to look and manifest our inner self, the inner beauty beauty that we have within. We have to learn that we are enough. We have to learn that our mental health is important and imperative. How much do you value yourself? Then pick up the book. Order off of Amazon now.
