Let's start with talking a bit about January. January is the start of a new year, yet in the Chinese calendar it's the last month of the Dog Year. So the Dog year ran from February 2018 to January 2019. Next month, February, it will be the Chinese New Year with the Year of the Pig. So about January this month. It's a time when you might be thinking ahead and looking ahead. So let's gear are horoscopes to help you make January a good end to the Dog Year and a good beginning for 2019. If you want to check your Chinese horoscope sign, then do visit www.Feng ShuiAPPS. That's Feng Shui Apps.com to download our free Chinese Destiny Stars Astrology. You can buy a life reading in app and you can still use the app for free to find out your year Animal sign In the Year Animal Signs, we usually start with the rat. You're born in the Year of the Rat. If you were born in 1972, 1984 or 1996, count forwards and backwards 12 years from each of those years to get the rat years. So rat, when you do what you do with a smile, it makes you feel happier. If you're happy with what you're doing, it will make you smile whichever way you look at it. This month, remember to lift the corners of your mouth and think ahead of how great 2019 will be for you. Even if there are moments when you feel you need to force yourself to smile, remember to take time to look at how far you've come and all the things you're going to look forward to. Choose to see the funny side of things this month. Ox. You were born in the Year of the Ox. If you were born in 1973, 1985, 1997, add 12 or go back 12 from those years. If you want to check if you're an Ox Year now. If you're born in the Year of the Ox, January is Ox Month. So that's you stepping into your own month. If you're a solo ox. If you're single and you're making New Year's resolutions to meet new love, think about what sort of qualities you're looking for. When you're aware of what you're looking for, it's a little bit easier for you to find it. Meanwhile, do those little things that make you feel loved for yourself when what is it that you can do for yourself today to put a spring in your step and a smile in your face? January is also a good time for you to get a little bit more organized to prepare for the year ahead. Tiger. You are born in the year of the Tiger. If you were born in 1974, 1986 or 1998, count forwards or backwards from those years to find out if you were born in the year of the tiger. It's only when you try out new things that you can find out whether or not they will work. Your tiger personality is not adverse to testing new ideas and testing new ways of doing things. So this January think about what what new things you want to try out. If you have been a little frivolous with the Christmas and New Year spending, maybe this January you also need to tighten your belt a little and take a close look at your finances. Your tiger nature doesn't like to do things because everyone else is doing them. So do your own thing and do it sensibly. Rabbit. If you were born in 1975, 1987 or 1999, those are rabbit years. You can count 12 years forwards and back to check which year is a rabbit year. During this month it can be easy for you to get involved with things which perhaps you might think later were not great ideas. Think carefully before you do new things. The new year is often a time for making resolutions and whilst it's good for you to make resolutions to be your best self, think carefully about whether there are some things you're not going to do. Reflect on what's happened and look ahead. When you have a plan, you can track your progress. So make a plan and be gentle with yourself about how well you stick with it. Dragon. You were born in the year of the Dragon. If your birth year was 1976, 1988, 2000, count backwards or forwards from those years in 12 so that you can check if you're born in the year of the Dragon. Remember, you can check our app on FengShowApps.com to get your year animal sign. As a dragon sign, you're often full of optimism and you can see that this could be a quite an amazing and wonderful year ahead for you. Do you know what you want to do this year? Is it time for you to re evaluate your plans not just for the year ahead, but in terms of what you want to do this month as well, could you be doing something to lay the foundation for having a great year ahead? Could it be there are some things that you know you need to do which you've been procrastinating? It's time for you to get yourself into good shape and be ready to fly through the year ahead. Snake. You're born in the Year of the Snake. If you were born in 1977, 1989, 2001, one count backwards 12 years or forwards 12 years to get other years of the snake. So 2019 is here, yet it's still the last month of the Year of the Dog. When the Year of the Pig arrives next month, you need to be well prepared for changes this month. In January. Take time to tie up loose ends. Have there been things you've been meaning to do and haven't got round to doing just yet? When you choose to prioritize, then you will find time to do those things you want to do. Is there something exciting for you in the year ahead? Quite possibly. And it's only by clearing out the old stuff that you can make room for new stuff to come into your life. Reach out and talk to your friends you could find you get inspiration and ideas from those little conversations. Get ready to have a fantastic 2019. Now that's the first six signs of the Chinese zodiac. There are a total of 12 signs, so in part two, we will talk about the other six signs. Let's finish off this section by helping you get ready for the Chinese New Year, which is coming in February. A good thing to do in January is to clear out all the old stuff in your house that you don't need to make room for new things. Traditionally, Chinese people did a lot of spring cleaning in January. Whilst it's still winter and not quite spring, it's still a good time to go through your Christmas stuff and. And maybe there are some presents which you love, and maybe there are some that could find a new and better home. So clear your clutter out to get ready for the new Chinese New Year. The other thing that's a really good Feng Shui tip at this time of year is to make sure that everything in your house is in good shape. If there are broken things, check for broken things. They're not a good thing to have around. You could repair them or maybe if they can't be repaired, it might be time for you to let a few things go. So use January to help you get ready for the Chinese New Year. And if you're planning a Chinese New Year party, think about how you can use the animal signs as inspiration to have a fantastic party. January is the start of 2019 and it's the last month of the year, the Chinese Year. Let's talk about the remaining six Chinese horoscope signs. If you want to check your horoscope sign, Remember to visit ww.feng ShuiApps.com to download your free Chinese Destiny Stars Astrology app. So the website is spelled F E N G S H U I a p p s.com if you're born in the year of the horse, your birth year could be 1978, 1990 or 2002. Count backwards every 12 years from 1978 to find other horse years. There are times when life can seem easy and effortless, and there are times when you need to put a bit more work into your work or your relationship to make things work. Your horse personality loves to have freedom and you might feel that there are some things you need to do which are not quite what you want to do. The sooner you tackle these chores, the sooner you will have more freedom in your mind and in your time to do what you want to do. So just take things and get them done. Be open to new ideas this month. There could be some easier way for you to do things. There's no need to do things the way you've always done them. When you try something new, it lifts your spirits. So experiment and have a great month ahead. Goat. You were born in the year of the Goat. If you were born in 1979, 19, 1991 or 2003, if you count back 12 from 1978, you get the previous goat year and you can keep counting back to find other goat years. Now, as a goat sign, when you step into January, January is ox month and they couldn't bring some changes into your life. It could be some small changes which you choose to instigate yourself, or it could be that other people want to change things. Whether it's you taking control or if change is right in front of you, choose to embrace it. When you conceive the positives of making changes, you will feel so joyful with the excitement of new things coming into your life. Remember that a lively debate can be stimulating. So if there's a difference of opinion between you and your friends and family, see it as an opportunity to learn something new. Monkey. Make a point of Checking all the details this month Sometimes there are things which you need to examine a lot more carefully. When you are confident you know all the details, you might still need to ask a few more questions. Don't be afraid of saying exactly what you think your monkey personality rarely holds back, yet you you can find a firm and delightful way of getting your point across, especially if you've seen something in the small print that doesn't quite make sense. Take some time this month to think about what you want to do for the rest of 2019. It could be some small changes or it could be some big changes. Whatever you want to plan for, take some time to consider how you're going to do things and who else you want to include. Rooster you're born in the year of the Rooster. If you were born in 1969, 1981, 1993. So as you step into 2019, what is it that you would most like to see happen? Your rooster personality tends to set yourself high standards. That's great when you're going for a goal and you want to do it absolutely to the best of your ability. Perhaps you might want to consider making life a little bit easier for yourself as you set off to embrace new challenges. Could there be a way for you to not try to do so much all at once? When you have a step by step plan, you'll feel a sense of accomplishment every time you move forward. Be gentle with yourself, yet still be keep your sense of ambition. When you have that balance, you will feel a great satisfaction from accomplishing your goals this year. If you want to check your Chinese astrology sign, remember you can visit www.fengshouapps.com to download the Chinese Destiny Stars astrology app. Dog. You are born in the year of the Dog. If you were born in 1970, 1982 or 1994 again, count backwards from each year by 12 years or forwards to get other dog years. Your dog personality often likes to say you're going to do something, yet it might be a good idea this month to resist the temptation to make promises which you're not going to be able to keep. It might be that it's far more sensible not to agree to something, even though others might not like it. Don't feel that you need to please other people if you do what's right for you, there will be times when you say yes for the right reasons. And there'll be times when you say no for all the right reasons. So think about what's most meaningful for you for January and for the year ahead. And stick to doing those things that make you feel happy. Pig does it feel like this year has already got off to a busy start? If you're born in the Year of the Pig, you could have this feeling because 2019 is going to be your year. Pig Year so if you were born in a pig year, you would have been born in 1971, 1983 or 1995. And remember, 2019 is a pig year, so it's not quite your year yet. This month, January is the last month of Dog Year. So as you wrap up Dog Year, how have your dreams come true? Maybe you've moved a step closer. Think about what you would like to do for your own year, Pig Year, which is next month. Sometimes you can dream big, yet it's those little things that make the difference. Are there some small steps that you can begin to make? Take some time to plot and plan and be prepared for things to not always go according to plan. When you're open to lots of possibilities, you're also ready to change your plans. But decide what you want to do and you will be able to figure out a way of doing it. So get ready to have an amazing year when it's your year starting next month. The Chinese New Year starts in February. According to Chinese astrology, there's a Lunar New Year and a Solar New Year. What's really amazing about 2019 is the lunar New Year and the Solar New Year are both around the same time right at the start of February. If you're planning a celebration for Chinese New Year, remember that you can celebrate for a fortnight. Yes, that's right. As long as a fortnight to celebrate Chinese New Year. For Chinese people, Chinese New Year is like Christmas and New Year all rolled together.
