Hello and welcome to another edition of Free Your Mind, Let's Talk About It with LKJ. Today we have an amazing guest that's, you know, coming to join us, um, Dr. Tandra Price from the USA, known as the Networking Ninja. So all you Ninja Turtles out there, you know, wanting to network, wanting to collaborate, this lady is coming to the UK She's going global. She is amazing. And I have the privilege of having met her before in the States. So, Dr. Tandra, let me tell you a little bit about this exciting guest that is going to be coming on and connecting with you. Dr. Tandra Price is the founder of Tap In Magazine. Yes, ladies. Yes, gents. Front cover, front cover, front cover. Alert, alert. We all want to be on that front cover to say who we are with our legacies and what we have to offer. Whether it's about dementia, Alzheimer's, whether it's fashion, whether it's about your business, you know, we need media coverage. And when you have media coverage from the Networking Ninja that then gives you that coverage global, that's the person we need to know. She's uplifting, she's full of positivity, she is just bouncing off the walls with energy. So Dr. Tanya Price, who is Tapping Magazine founder, is also the global publication that helps men— women, sorry, and men entrepreneurs increase their visibility to expand their network, connect with other influential leaders, and increase their client base. Now that's what we want about— this is all what it's about, guys. Her demographic distribution is over 350,000 people spanning from the Caribbean, Nigeria, Ghana. We are coming to the UK, she says, and our TV distribution channels covers multiple platforms. So we're talking real media here, we're talking visibility. We cannot have a book or a product that sits in a corner. It needs to be on a shelf. We know that with PR marketing. We know we have to sit at a certain level, but eye level, if it's the latest thing that's coming out. We don't write a book to leave it in the corner. It needs to be glossy and shiny and have marketing and being out there, you know. And a lot of these books or products are to do with mental health. They are our reasoning, they are our journey, they are our story. So with Tapping Magazine, it is also available in print and digital. We have over 400 media partners, international contributors, worldwide writers, Tandra says. The readership includes celebrities. She has collaborated with some of the most prominent speaker platforms, and one that I am actually the editor-in-chief for the UK is the Sean Fair Leadership Tour, also Cheryl Wood SpeakerCon and Entertainment PR firms. On that note, I think we just need to bring her in with a huge like, yay, scream, and welcome to the show, the wonderful Dr. Tandra Price. How are you doing? I'm doing great. I am so excited to be here. Thank you so much. This is amazing. Oh, it's our pleasure. So, you know, for us, when we buy all these magazines you're walking past a tube or the underground, um, here in London, you know, there's lots on there, different magazine covers that go out there, and people are always shown by fashion what leads a front page. How do you get on a front page? Why is it important to be on a front page? So my question first is, Tandra, why should anybody with a business or a product or brand, why should they be on a front cover? The front cover is everything. The front cover is really your walking billboard. It is like, you know, have you ever walked by a window display and it was so beautiful and so captivating that you just wanted to go inside? That's kind of what happens when you get on the front cover of a magazine. It is your window display. People want to get curious to see what's inside of the magazine. Yes, I often am drawn to the Windows and Clothes, which, you know, we can be shopaholics. We often think— I'm often told by my neighbors that they think I'm married to the Amazon man because it's so good how they do it and how you dress that, how you dress that window. And coming through to have the visibility. So marketing is very important in there, and for people to know who you are and your product. And it's quite noticeable when people have been on a cover of a magazine to go out there to say, you know, um, to come across. But it gives you credibility too as who you are in your industry. I mean, just imagine how you're going into a, a board meeting or or something of that nature, and then you can show or hand someone a magazine that has your front, your picture on the front cover of it. I mean, just think how powerful that is even in conversation starting. I mean, it's like, I am the expert in the industry that I'm in, and that's kind of really what that represents. But it also gives you so much visibility to show who you are. Who you are, what you do. And it helps you as you do your presentations, as you open up the door to other opportunities. Yes, because it's something that you were doing. You was actually speaking about this at the, uh, LET, which is the Sean Fair Leadership Experience Tour, in June, where I was keynote speaker. And I sat in one of the conference rooms where you was talking about this to people that were sitting there that had been coaching and the importance of this and why to connect. Now, many people say, oh gosh, you know, how do you do— how to have a blueprint? Some people call it blueprint, some people call it a footprint. How high up does that person have to be? Or do you work with people firsthand that have, you know, been spending years mentally challenging their own selves with their anxieties, etc.? To try and get this product out, to get this brand out, or to use their voice? Because our voice is our brand as well. And if you're a speaker or some— an international speaker to be noticed, yeah. So, don't they— where do they start? So, so here is what happens, I think, when you think about a magazine and if you're like the right fit. It is— your story is really not your story, it's for someone else. We have stories, a multitude of different stories that, you know, talk anywhere from mental illness to fashion to entertainment to business. I think everyone's story needs to, to have a voice, just like you said. And we look for those particular type of stories for our readership. I mean, we have over 350,000 online distribution, and we have readers, a diverse side of readers that are looking for different stories. Um, in, in those particular stories can be of anything, but those are the ones that we look for to put into our magazine that could be really inspiration, motivational, and inspiring to our readership. And I am, um, aware that you made a wonderful, uh, donation to my charity ball, which I thank you so much, so much, so much for. And I actually know the to the person that won that raffle prize. Now this shows the kind heart that you are because people just think, oh, you know, you own these magazines, everything like that, that, you know, people don't think about charity, but you did. You firsthand helped the UK with the charities of the NHS, Headway, and Service for a Reason. And I know all those charities very grateful for that over £10,000 prize that you put in the raffle. And I do know that a dear friend of mine, actually one that is so excited to be working with you, is Angela Sung. And Angela Sung has over 30 properties that she's bought. Chinese lady, that's empowering us. She's building a school in Nepal with me and is a humanitarian as well. So went to an absolutely wonderful person, and she's coming on your front cover. And she's also a good friend of ours with Nikki Clark, who is the head of the UK marketing for Sodexo Live, that cover all the hospitality, you know, everybody in Ascot and all these glamorous events that she attends daily, but works very hard. Everyone thinks it's just all glamour, but there's a lot of hard work that goes on behind the scenes. So for us, for anybody listening, this magazine, Tapping Magazine, with Dr. Tandra Price is bringing over here is UK-based, is phenomenal. It's going to knock some of them top magazines that we have in the UK right off their shelves because there's a storm coming and it's not the Ninja Turtles. It is the Dr. Tandra Price, the Networking Ninja. And that power, and the power that she has in there to bring that through, to get your voice out, to get— so you don't remain voiceless, but your product doesn't remain voiceless with doing that. And it is exciting, um, to do that, and I know they are very excited themselves connecting. And myself, you may even see my face on this magazine soon, and we're working with Dr. Sandra to do it because we do need exposure, you know, uh, regarding that. So we're going to come back to that shortly a little bit more, how we can book, tell us a little more about your sites, etc. But how did you become so powerful? You know, it's really, you know, stemmed from my, my family. Uh, my grandmother, she was a really, uh, very inspirational, motivational woman that did a lot of things in her community. Um, it was really all about giving back and serving Um, she would go and volunteer at the hospital. Um, she also volunteered at the— there was called like a bookstore for, um, elderlies. And she would go and volunteer there as well and just read books and different stories to those who, you know, were kind of at an age or kind of at a time when they were going through dementia and Alzheimer's and, you know, just needed someone to kind of, um you know, just be there to listen. I mean, it's always good to have like a warm body or someone that was next to you, especially during those times and when your family couldn't be there a lot of times. But she did a lot of volunteers, so I was really inspired and motivated by what she did and how she gave back to her community. Yeah, and it is about giving back and starting on our ground roots where we do come from, and these products and everything we've got on there So did you go to school to train to become and produce this, or was you self-taught? Um, no, I was really self-taught. So I've been in the network marketing industry for over 20+ years, and again, it was all about giving back. I would go in and I would see people as they would try to network and build relationships with other people, but they were having a hard time doing that. So I kind of just took it up on myself from just the training that I learned and from watching other people people. And, you know, I've had some mentors too that, you know, I just kind of followed. But as I kind of learned the system, or the blueprint you would say, of really how to make an effective conversation and how to turn conversation into cash, I wanted to share that, that with other people as well that was in my network. Because I know that being an entrepreneur, you can't do it by yourself. You really need someone else to help you. But those who kind of were afraid to, to not network or go and talk up to people. You know, I think we had to be the leader to really kind of help those to do that. Yeah, and you do offer, um, you know, where you're saying when people think, oh, you're self-taught, or do that. I actually think sometimes, I mean, we can all be, um, swots. I'm a bit of a nerd, but if people see me, I'm actually not a nerd. But a lot of it is you learn and do this, but there's nothing like walking in the shoes of the adversity that you're in, the trials and tribulations that you may encounter, to know when you'll bring that service there. And that's why, you know, we're saying, wow, how did you get there? How did this work? You know, other people reaching out. And you offer as well, I do see, tips on how to network virtually in your workshops. You offer a workshop package package, don't you? Yes, we do. We offer a package. Well, our networking package is really, uh, again, how do we start the conversation, turning the conversation into revenue or revenue stream for you and your family. So, uh, we do a lot of training through LinkedIn, making sure that your profile and everything is excellent. We also do some, you know, podcasts as well to help you again just distribute your get your voice out there, let people know what you do. It's really about how do I keep my product moving? How do I keep my product, you know, a distribution of that so other people can see it? And how do we spend our network? So the workshop really teaches you how to do all those different things. It is a marketing and promotional training class. Yeah, if I may just read some of this out to the listeners, some of the things that were the importance of networking is a critical part of any business, but it can also be intimidating, which can cause us mental health and anxieties, pressures, and make you step out of your comfort zone and connect with strangers. And this is what Dr. Sandra Price has done. She's created this, uh, module with her workshop to help you succeed. Um, it helps you, and through her client workshops basis that she does is like find an event where your audience hangs out. And some people are like, it's double Dutch. What do you mean find a place where your audience hangs out? Does that mean I've got to go, where's the coffee shop that go? We don't mean what that. Can you explain that to the listener? Yeah, so what we want to do is to find out exactly, you know, who are you trying to sell your products and service to? We know that we can't sell our products and services to everyone, so we kind of help you pinpoint who exactly is your target audience. And then once we do that, then we try to find out different locations. Like you said, where, you know, where are your audience hanging out at? A lot of times it could, it could be a coffee shop, but it cannot be a coffee shop. It could be different social media platforms. It could be a rare of different things. But the, the main goal is for you to be in front of them, to be in the same space as they are, because then once you're there, then you can be able to sell your products and services to that group of people. It's not as hard. I mean, networking tends to not be so hard. It won't be so intimidating. You're right, there's a lot of anxiety and mental health that comes in with networking because a lot of people are not sometimes comfortable with going up and talking with other people or even just having that conversation. And with these workshops, we kind of geared to help you with that again by pinpointing the people who you really need to talk to because we know our products are not for everybody. It is for a certain niche of people, and we want to help you find that target audience. And if somebody's not quite ready in the workshop, I mean, we know there's some fantastic mindset transformation coaches, etc., out there, um, like for instance Dr. Theresa Mosley, you know, working with her, um, you know, to know your purpose and where you're Dr. Marcia herself, you know, that you have to believe in yourself and your worth and everything that you're doing, you know, like girl bosses that she's got coming on, etc., and networking together. But like you said, it does cause mental health anxieties and pressures, and some of this stuff is really good. So now we know, guys, you know, one of the things that Tandra is saying, where your audience is, another is that a question I want to ask you is, do you find that some platforms are completely wrong for your product and don't follow? A lot of people think we have to follow like sheep, but sheep actually do not follow each other. It's a complete and utter myth. And the reason I know it, because I'm a sheep— and my passion, I love sheep, you know, I sponsor sheep. I got to speak to the inspector, which is one of the sheep that come in their personalities are amazing. So we don't just follow because you don't follow the pack. Like, for instance, with Facebook, people say, "Oh, are you on Facebook? You're on Facebook? You've got to be on Facebook." But I'm not on Facebook. It's not the right place for me. But, and that's what my family believe, so they say, "No, I'm banned from Facebook." But everyone keeps asking me, "Can I go on there?" No, it's not the place to be because Facebook has a bad reputation. And I'm sorry, Facebook, this is an unjudgmental— un budget— has an un— they're not quite strong on some things on the trolling, which they should be. We all know that. But some of us can be trolled, etc., on there, as we can on many social media platforms. But sometimes your product doesn't fit. My product and who I am, I don't believe fits on Facebook. But lots of people say, are you on there? If you think that person's decision is wrong, would you be able to explain that actually that's wrong? You really need to be on here because, you know, for advertising that side to go on to make that product work. Would you make that judgment call? You know what, I'm not a— I, I think we, again, we have to find out exactly where the decision makers are. And the decision makers are going to be on LinkedIn. I think that's where everyone should be at if they have any type of product or service that they're selling, because that audience is looking for people just like you to sell your products and services. I think that Facebook, um, it could be a plus and it could be a negative. I think it depends on what you're selling, depending on where you want to be at. And I think it's really where all your target audiences— I think a lot of times Some people can do very well on Facebook and on other different social medias as Instagram, TikTok. But then again, everybody should be on— to me, everyone should be on LinkedIn because that is where the decision makers are. That's where you're going to be able to have those, those one-on-one connective conversations in order to get in front of the right people. And I totally agree with you because I am very visible on LinkedIn because it's professional, how you're working. You know, because some of these sites, I don't know about yourself, but you get some people think it's a dating site. On LinkedIn, it's not a dating site. We've had, you know, nobody does that to you. It's a safe, and I believe safe, portal. It's like going into a boardroom one-to-one. Think, you know, like this advertisement, Headhunters. Look, and everything, our project's notice, we connect and we work in a professional manner. So yes, I agree with you, Tandra, on that. For myself, another question is regarding some of the work that you've done. We've spoken about that, but I don't want to talk too much on that with you because we want to give that information out a little bit later. But you know, you're very visible everywhere around and what you do. And you always, when I met you, you said, "Everybody, like, take pictures. You've got to be visible. Do recordings." Could you explain? I mean, I have increased that since meeting you. I think you can see I've done that because, "Oh, I only want to have one picture." No, no, no, you have to be visible. And I took that lesson from yourself, which I'm very grateful for that advice that you gave me at the Sean Fair leadership thing, because you are a kind person. You are there, you are trying to actually help someone, because you actually get a lot of joy back when you see the success from people, don't you? Yes, yes. I mean, visibility is, is, it is the key. You can have the best product and services in the world, but if no one knows that you exist, it's just like it's sitting on the shelf collecting dust. So, you know, how do you get that product out in front of people? You know, you have to be, you know, taking pictures, you have to show yourself, you have to be transparent. I mean, your audience want to know if you're the real deal, who you are and what you do. So by taking pictures and doing reels and getting your message out, there's several different ways that you could do that, but you have to be able to do that in order for people to know that you exist. I mean, Nicki Giovanni says it very well. We have to find a way to let people know that you're there. And how do you do that? We do that through photos, and we know that those are very important. We do that through video, which a lot of people like to see video. We do that through, you know, podcasts, just like, uh, and radio shows, just like what we're doing now. I mean, people want to know that we're still existing and how our products and services can be a transformation to their lives. Yes, completely. And you know, I was just seeing a wonderful testimony that's been left on because your methods do work. And for the listeners, this is one of the recommendations and testimonials that came in on this one. Fully, Tantra Price is a networking guru who has a powerful presence that exudes confidence, commands the stage. From the moment she steps on the stage, you cannot help but be engaged and enlightened by her energy. If you are looking for a dynamic speaker to energize your audience, then I am confident that Tandra can do a good job for you, and I highly recommend her without reservation. That was from Dr. Rhonda Wood, mental health advocate, top lawyer in the USA, also, um, you know, will be one of the radio presenters on www.womensradiostation.com, which is absolutely wonderful that she's got her own show here from the United States coming across. And, you know, powerful voice, and knowing you, um, yourself, which is amazing, you know, to see this work. Another one, you're fondly referred to as the Networking Ninja. Sandra Price is widely sought after networking marketing leader. She's an international keynote speaker, trainer, author, networking coach, and award-winning entrepreneur. Over the years, she has made incredible efforts to help women who deserve to build a sustainable career in the realm of networking. That's some powerful stuff there, uh, Dr. Tandra. Thank you. Yeah, so, um, let's just go and, you know, let's have a look at— if I had a new product and I'm listening in now, I'm in the UK, what do you believe you could do for me if I was listening to this radio show in the UK from somebody that's in America, that obviously you are global now and, um, going to be doing other shows, etc., here. What do you think your networking and your magazine can do for them? So a little something for the UK here, what you believe will help. Well, if you had a product and service, definitely we want to get you on the front cover to show, uh, to show who you are. We want to definitely do an article for you to talk about who you are, what your products and services can do. And then we want to do a bunch, a bunch of media marketing, definitely even just for the UK, get you into some media press, but also get you some media press in the UK as well, as well as get you on a few podcasts that we have here in the, in the UK. Because we— the whole thing is that we want people to know that what you do and what your products and services is, and we want to get that in front of as many people as we can. Again, also we would share that with our 350,000 and online readership as well to really give you the visibility. And then what we would do from there is we would do some marketing and promotional training on different areas of where we need to place you at as well. So there's several different steps that we can do to build a blueprint for you as far as getting your products and service out to the market. Amazing. And we touched the subject of LinkedIn. You also have a dedicated segment called Talk to Me Tuesday where you host and co-host networking events. Can you tell the audience about this and can anyone come in across the globe to listen to this? Oh, absolutely. I love my Talk to Me Tuesday because we are sharing helpful networking tips to help grow your business. It's an hour show that we do and we, you know, we look for amazing entrepreneurs to come on., and we give them that platform to share again with our audience, you know, what they do. But it is a place where we are sharing helpful networking tips to help grow your business. And we talk about a bunch of different things. We talk about from self-care to mental health. We talk about visibility is what we're doing right now for the fourth quarter. But we really break it down into a lot of different components when we're talking about, you know, how do— what does it take to really build your business? What are some things that people are struggling with? And we help you in those particular areas, uh, with our Talk to Me Tuesday. But yeah, we're welcome for lots of entrepreneurs to come across because the audience that we get, or the, the expanding engagement we get, is amazing on that show. So yes, amazing. I must, uh, hopefully be able to tune on. I'll be in, um, Miami Saturday, so hopefully Tuesday I fly into the tour in Detroit. So I should be around sometime with all these time differences to tune in on that, and that is on my, uh, plus list when I get back and things quieten down to come in and see that and working with you on that. Um, can I just touch on another thing, Leda? The Exceptional Woman Tour, as women around the globe stand together to create legacy for all futures. You know, it's just tapping magazine Time to Prosper. What was that about? Can you tell our audience what you did there? Yes, so on the Exceptional Women Tour, it was amazing. It was with Michelle, uh, Thomas, and again, another person that I was able to build an amazing relationship with. But she really wanted to touch women in a different way. She wanted women to understand, um, that again, you can't do this, this journey by yourself, that you need other people. Other amazing people to come along with you and help you and collaborate with you. So my role in that was two things. I mean, I was able to speak again about how networking is a, a good avenue for you and how we can really maximize networking and your networking efforts. But we also— I also did their publication because one thing what happens is once you get on stage, you just don't want your message to stop on the stage. You want the message, your message to still be distributed throughout your marketplace. And one thing that we find is once we do these amazing conferences that we can now come in as the magazine publication and be able to highlight amazing women that have came on the stage, men and women that come on the stage and say, listen, just because you did your, your speech here, guess what? I have a whole nother audience that still needs to hear your speech. But with this Exceptional Women, she did such a phenomenal job because she really wanted to touch the hearts and souls of other women who are going through the juggling struggles of what it takes to be in business. Yes, and, um, another, um, one I was just, uh, you know, looking at is that you did was the, um, oh, where did I see that one? I had it already in there. Black, um, so much information. Yeah, we do the Black. Where do I choose? What can I talk about with this? You really need to connect, anyone listening to that, you know, because you're going, what do I choose? It's like going into a sweetie shop and thinking, oh, but I like that and I like that. So if you do Google, uh, Dr. Dr. Tandra Price. It's Dr. Tandra, capital T-A-N-D-R-A, and then Price, P-R-I-C-E. It's phenomenal, you know, the work and everything on there. That is a footprint, that is a blueprint that is on there, and incredible, um, you know, going in there. So can we talk about, um, while I'm I'm gonna look back at what I found very interesting and come back to. Um, can we talk about the, um, different levels of programs? You know, what charges do you have a discovery call? Can you talk us through the procedure for anyone wanting to pick up that phone now? Yes, so what I do is I do a 15-minute complimentary, uh, call. In, in that 15 minutes, we just want to kind of get just a little information of what you're what, who you are, what you do, what your products are, and then maybe one or two of your goals. And then from there we want to do another more extensive call. And then that call is, there's normally a small fee with that to do an hour call. But then we really kind of break it down a little bit more from the 15-minute call. But we go over some great detail of information about where you're going, your goals, like kind of where, where you want your product to be, how much you're looking to, to earn, or what your revenue goals are. And we really break those down and we put them into different segments for you. And then if from there, if you want to do a one-on-one coaching, then we can talk about that at the end of the call. But it's really about how do we— how do you get started? And a lot of times what's so important that a lot of us as entrepreneurs miss out is, is not having a coach to kind of coach us along. One thing I have learned is that, you know, even I need a coach and my coach need a coach. We all need a coach to kind of help us kind of get out of our own, our own mindset, to kind of get out of our own way, because there's a lot of things that we don't sometimes see that could really be beneficial to us. But we need that coaching because we need that extra experience to help us to be able to to reach our goals. Um, and that's kind of what we do within the process. We go from the 15-minute consultation to an hour, and then we will then turn in to do a one-on-one, uh, monthly session for you. Thank you so much. And I also noticed that you are an author. Um, I am on— did you ask me what kind of, uh, which sessions I'm on? No, I said I noticed that you're also an author. Oh yeah, yes. Oh my God, I am an author. So I did, um, I didn't— I actually did two anthologies and they turned out to be the number one best-selling on Amazon. And we're actually doing another anthology with some amazing ladies from the Leadership Experience Tour, which is called Daddy's Little Girl. And I'm so excited really about this anthology because of the fact that It's going to talk about, you know, our fathers who are heroes. A lot of the ladies in the book, their fathers have passed away, and it's just kind of talking about the journey that we've had with our fathers that made it so special, so inspirational, and, and really something that really touched our hearts that probably would touch a lot of other people's hearts that, you know, if I've had a loved one that passed away, especially your father. So yeah, we are making an amazing anthology with some amazing ladies from the leadership experience tour that is going to be phenomenal. But yes, so this— and I'm looking for that to be a number one bestseller too once we're done. That is really, really, um, exciting to hear that. I'm really looking forward to that. But then this is you, isn't it? When we, we're interviewing here today, from the person, um, listening in, wow, when I, I introduce you as the powerhouse that you are, but you are always, and you keep that very close and resonate in your heart because you are a huge believer in helping others to elevate each other, aren't you? To— you must elevate. Yes, you must elevate. You have to be able to take your time, talent, resources, gifts, and services to help another entrepreneur win. I mean, that's really what it's all about. That's I mean, that's, that's how we serve, that's how we give back. And as leaders, I think it's our responsibility to help someone else to win. Yeah, because obviously the, um, another thing that you've done, you know, when, um, having a— each one promote one, this is your motto, each one promote one. What does that mean? Can you explain that to our listeners? Yes. So again, when I started out in this industry, I wanted to change the networking space. And the only way that I knew how to change the networking space is if that we all promote one. Again, it's about how do you help someone else win. But with the magazine, I knew that if we put everyone on the front cover of the magazine, that they would share that magazine with their social media. They will share that with their other clients. And as you're sharing that publication, you're also sharing it with other influential leaders that are inside that magazine. You can't help but to share it. But we wanted to be able to put someone in the spotlight. And how we do that is by being featured on the front cover. Everyone gets on the front cover. So that was the way how we said, listen, each one promote one. If we promote you, you're going to be able to promote the other people. And it's just kind of a trickle effect down. And we've seen some amazing results that come from that. I mean, we've seen people that, you know, have gotten offered their own radio show. We've seen people that's gotten collaborations with other partners. We've even seen people that has got started new businesses because of what their story was. I mean, everyone, again, your story is not for you. And when people see that story and you spread that story amongst other people, it's just a trickle effect. I mean, the results are in the air, is in the, is in the proof. Yes, completely. So obviously with this vast portfolio of things that you do, what sits the most comfortable with you? You know, if you were to get up— for me, my answer to that, if it will help you with the question, is I like to taste all the pies. I don't have one particular favourite, but I would, you know, enjoy. With some people just like that one piece of pie, you know, that's their apple pie, don't want anything else, I want to sit and have that coffee with that. For me, I like banoffee, you know, I like variety. So in my work, it very much represents that in the radio, TV, work that I do, in that for yourself. So what is your— are you a one pie eater or you're a multiple pie eater? And they'll all be laughing, my audience, you know, "Are you a one-paint or you're a three?" So when you see me, you know, in a coffee shop having three different bits, I just like a taste of it all. But, and that's why I am, you know, have this varied bio. But for yourself and speaking, do you prefer dealing with the magazine first? Do you prefer the international speaking? You know, that's what I'm saying. Or do you like the whole What gives you the most buzz? Well, you know what, um, I think it all— if you, if you're talking about the pie, I think the whole pie comes together. Because once you, once you are featured on the magazine, the COVID it opens up multiple doors. It takes you to the speaking on stage, it takes you to the podcast. Then it takes you to, you know, developing other relationships on other different platforms. So I think, you know, it all starts with the most favorite would be the, the magazine, because once people see who you are, then it opens up tons of opportunities for you. But then where does that take you from? So we kind of give you the, the, the pattern, the road, you know. Here's the magazine, now I'm on a speaking engagement, now I'm doing other conferences, now I'm on podcasts. Now guess what? I'm on radio now, and I'm on television, so it kind of just trickles down. Yes, okay, love that, love that. Um, so for somebody— now this is, um, on a different subject, taking the magazine to a different level. As I said, I was going to speak about, um, was about Alzheimer's dementia. Like somebody that's at home that wants to speak out and having this pain, they can also contact you, can't they? And have a cover to say this is real, this is, you know, get a story out. You can still have that story be on front cover, can't you? Absolutely. So we've had, um, amazing, um, caregivers on our front cover. We've had amazing doctors on our front cover and talking about the different— we've had people that have on our front cover that's talked about cancer, but just different things in their life that people have really made an impact in their community. Again, I mean, we talk about, you know, Alzheimer's or dementia. I mean, personally, I think that those are stories that definitely need to be heard because right now a lot of our families are dealing with this particular illness. And I've had personal reference to that as well. But I mean, just to hear those stories and just to know that there's a resource or a contact out there that can be of service to you is amazing. Yes, wonderful, wonderful stuff. And for anybody that is listening, you know, be the voice for the voiceless. Say to yourself, you're sitting at home, you know, thinking, how can somebody understand what I'm going through? But people are in the same boat. How can we get recognition? Nobody's listening to me. I keep battering on the doors. Nobody's answering. Get onto Tapping Magazine because Tandra Price, Dr. Tandra Price, has had firsthand adversity in this area with members of the family suffering. If we are looking at that part, for instance, just in dementia and Alzheimer's, even to other areas, as Dr. Tandra was saying, regarding cancer, etc. But get your voice heard, get yourself on the COVID of that front and say, hey, No, no more. Listen to me. This is what Tantra does. It's not just about having a business. If you're that person who's sitting at the desk listening to this radio show, oh my God, oh, oh, I have such a great vision. God, when are you going to shine the light on me? When is this going to happen to me? You know, the light is always there. You just got to find the door to open it. And again, to stand up, stand tall, put your coat on and head towards Tapping Magazine in your mind, not literally walk out your jobs at the moment now, guys. You know, you're like, "Lady Jags, what are you doing? We just jacked our jobs." And what I'm saying is you've got to reach out and it'll be there and start, start with the COVID Look for a nice photograph, you know, stuff like that. You don't have to have a photo shoot, but a good headshot or whatever. Talita will do that for you when you reach out and have that call, and she will narrow that down in discovery call for you, and it will help. But be prepared, because once you start getting in with the Networking Ninja, you you know what, her product works. So it's going to be quite fast, you know, you need to get this done. And the quality is amazing through there. So for myself, it's very much so that when you connect— I need to hear back because I know there'll be a testimony to what she does on that. So can we have some social media angles Yes, so go to tapin— it's tapinmagazine.org. You can connect with me there. You could connect with me on LinkedIn at Tandra Price. You can also connect to me on Facebook, which is Tandra Price, and we are on Instagram as well, Tap In Magazine. Wonderful. Now with the magazine, and they've done everything on there, and you've done it for yourself, how do you wind down from the pressures of running all this and speaking on stage? Do you get nervous? Do you suffer with anxiety? Do you just think, oh, well, yeah, I mean, I think that anytime I get ready to walk on the stage, I mean, I I feel like I'm just like another speaker. I get some anxiety because, you know what, I'm so passionate about what I'm trying to say that I want to make sure that it comes out correctly, clear, and concise, that my audience will know exactly what it is that— you know what I'm saying? So sometimes we have to take those extra breathers. That's where that self-care comes in, that meditation comes in, to be in a space space of, you know, peace that would allow you to be able to deliver the message that you're trying to deliver. So I do a lot of wind-down and self-caring, uh, you know, whether it's taking walks, stepping away from what I'm doing, uh, even trying to just go out and serve and help someone else, just to kind of break the, the monotony, I guess, in my mind, so I could be able to deliver my message in an effective way. Yes, that's a wonderful insight again you do in with that, and the glamour that comes with it. I mean, you're so glamorous when you look at the pictures and everyone looking— it's so glamorous, is, uh, and seeing how you are, and you work very much— you paint yourself a different picture on each day, you know, to show keep going. And when we look at some of the posts, etc., that are up on there, but that's part of your branding and how you network, isn't it? Because you're keeping people alive, is that correct? Yes. Um, again, we got to think about, you know, the window display is the first impression. So, you know, once we are actually putting ourselves out there, uh, we want to make sure that we're at our best, that we're, that we're looking our best, that we're in the right setting when we're actually taking photos and pictures and make sure that it's representing exactly what it is that we're trying to convey to our audience. Yeah, because we have to be— we can't just lay in bed and think the world's going to happen to us. While you're sleeping in that bed, the world is still working. I'm a great believer of that, you know, and to go on with that. So for, for myself, in that, so with the strategies we start out is you would pick up the phone, you would have this wonderful discovery call with Dr. Sandra Price, and then she would go from there, and you would then assign a certain amount of hours and do a scheduled plan to help ease those pressures. So is it basically like if I was to call up and say Tandra, you know, like the Broken Girl in the Red Shoes. I have that book. I need to do a cover, and everybody wants to cover. And if we, you know, if you wouldn't think about myself, but I don't have the time. But is it like, basically you connect, you say, hey, this is what I want, you can do all that groundwork, you do all that, just watch it coming in, you can control that? Because we make it real easy to be a part of the COVID I mean, we do a lot of the groundwork for you. Again, that's really what the— we'll sit down, do that consultation with you, you know, get a little bit of information from you. And then what we do is we have an amazing editor who will just amplify you to the, to the highest. I mean, she really takes what, what you have and what you give her to really write it out. So Rhonda, she's very amazing. And, you know, I've really never seen a person who can take just a few lines and just turn it into gold. So, um, we really do all the, the work for you. We, again, we start with that consultation and then we just start connecting you and building you up to highlight you to the highest. We really roll out the red carpet for you. Most definitely. And I can actually, uh, you know, uh, agree with that statement you just made because Rhonda just done recently a little bit of wording about myself ready for the leadership tour coming in. I was amazed, I mean, I'm an award-winning author in the world and she just turns this around. I mean, it's like amazing stuff for you and you do pick a team, so when you do work with you, you do work with somebody that believes in 100% 100%. You want it to be right. Yes, sometimes, you know, we have to mix around a little bit, but, um, but at your Tapping Magazine, you know, you, and you know, there's some top players that have been on your magazine, which is amazing, and, and it works. And when you follow this up, even when you've gone through from the footprint, you're watching to make sure that goes, because nobody wants to say, oh, I went on there, it didn't work. Oh, absolutely. I, you know, I go back to when we very first started our publication, we had one online distribution. And through the power of visibility and getting the right team and the right people around you and believing in your vision and mission, I mean, now I'm proud to say that we're over 350,000 online distribution. I mean, that's an amazing transformation again from 1 to 350,000 and having an amazing team. And, you know, like, again, Rhonda being on our team, and she's really, uh, I mean, I just love her to death because, you know, when you can have good people around you and when God puts good people in your place and in your— and understand what your vision— I mean, it's just a win-win. Yes, absolutely. Um, so do you have any message Tawandra, that at this point in the interview that you would like to say to the listener directly? I would say my message would be is to get on the COVID to get on the COVID and let us really to be able to promote you to the highest. I think that the front cover is everything, and I think every one of us have a message, and I think we have to get that message out because again, it's not our message, it's some— the message is for someone else. And when we can do that and we can see the transformation that happens in the lives that we touch, it's amazing. Thank you so much for that point on that. So the next question that I have for you is, where do you see yourself in 5 years' time? I see myself as one, especially for my publication. I don't know if anyone in the UK ever heard of the O Magazine. I see myself as a higher publication than that, and that's pretty amazing. Um, I look to— I look to be on— our publication looks to be as, as big as a household name as the O Magazine. Wow. Yeah. So, um, talking about that and wanting to be there in the next 5 years, when will we start seeing the publication? Do we know in the UK, so that we are being distributed in the UK and the USA, or people come on now, it will just be in the USA, will it? No. So what we're going to start, uh, the UK publication is we're going to start, uh, in 2023. We're going to kick off 2023 with a bang. But in the meantime, we are going to start promoting, um, the people that are, are looking to get into the publication. We're going to start doing our promotion next month, uh, with putting the people that's going to be on the future cover in 2023. We're going to start promoting you right now because what happens when you get into the magazine is not just that we promote you when you're on the COVID but we promote you before you get on the COVID Uh-huh. Is that because obviously, like, everything— like myself, as you saw, and my listeners will know, I put information out about who's coming on the show, so people can give you time to have a look, see, you know, some people say, oh, is that a sip me? Try it. We don't know unless we test the water, whether it's hot or cold, you know. Our brains and our natural instinct will tell us by our instinct whether we think it's hot or cold, and, you know, but we can't let that stop us moving forward and going in there. And, um, yeah, I'm looking forward to being on there myself. I can't wait for you to be on there. The thing for me, being on the COVID is as the editor-in-chief for the Sean Fair, that we've both been on a platform for me with a voice in the UK, is to show people I'm not afraid to tread in unknown grounds or unknown waters. That are there, because I know you, and I'm a great believer in my intuition. And there's something works that what I'm saying to you, and even you coming on this show, you know, you sponsored this show. Tapping Magazine sponsored this show to help people with mental health, to help people with that money that you pay to sponsor this show, to go in to help people with Alzheimer's, with dementia, that having anxiety, show that you are a humanitarian person first and foremost, aren't you? Yes. And regarding that, it's being about the well-being of another person and coming in here, that you can be sure that because I think it's exciting, all the stuff that's coming, we see lots and lots of things going on there. And I know people that have won in raffle prizes and stuff. You've given so much charitable, uh, for charity in that way, um, for the UK. We're a great believer in charity, right? I really am. I, I feel that it's— we have to give back. We have to get back and serve. And whatever I can do, again, to make the impact and to make a a change and to help someone else, I'm willing to do it. That is amazing. And because I say, when Angela Sung comes on, she— the people that were buying the raffle tickets in that room wanted to get on your cover. It was like the size after was like, oh no, you know. Um, and you know, it didn't go into the auction. I was too late to go came to the auction, so everybody was buying the raffle tickets, you know. We haven't had the final count yet because everything coming in, but I know they was, you know, coming in there too, and every lady in there was like, oh. But don't be deflated because you can come on to this wonderful magazine. I urge you all who are listening to have a look. Well, instead of looking at a magazine that's in the shop or online, Look at tapping, tap in, tap into your inner mind because you know what's right or wrong. You know with that instinct what is right or wrong. You know if this is going to fit for you or not. If you're sitting there and you have an idea, shout it out, shout it out for people to see you, to be visual. So they know who you are. Don't be in the corner, you should be under the light and the light will shine. Like when you go on stage, if you look at a stage in a theater and the lights are shining on the stage, whenever the main character comes into play or sing, the spotlight goes on to them and in the background the light shines. There's a spotlight moment, innit? But let yourself be free, let yourself be allowed to have that spotlight shine on them, and that spotlight is Tapping Magazine, without a doubt. I give it my full 100% recommendation, and people know for myself as a world critic, when I give out, um, accreditations, they've really got to be good. Because I believe in you, the person that is behind my voice, that's listening to my voice. If I tell you that ice cream tastes like ice cream, it will goddamn taste of ice cream. If I tell you that magazine cover is the magazine, I am telling you. I don't get paid by these people to do that, or I won't do that. What I do, I will self-promote a person who I believe is honest, is humanitarian. They have honesty, they're sincere, they believe in your product. They know, yes, every person has to gain because we have to gain to proceed when we have a business, or there's no point starting out, that you will get this. But I also believe when the passion that she holds for this product, even, you know, for somebody who's got cancer that's I've got a lovely lady that contacted me today, Tandra, but unfortunately she wants to speak out in this film being done for narcissism, okay, and she's too frightened to put her name against anything. Fear of like this husband of 17 years come after her and said, you know, but she can't sell her house, It's fallen out that her money was— how can I make some money to tell your story in the magazine? Because— but I can't put my name there. But if you go to Tapping, I know on your front cover will be narcissist, how to stop this, domestic violence, fear, that you can empower that, but you can tell your voice without putting your name to it, where you will put a picture on that will be right, yeah. You need to come through. We have to let people, no matter what, even in situations like that, don't be frightened to have your voice heard. Do not remain voiceless, because you would be able to do that, wouldn't you? Absolutely. And that's somebody that I know is desperate to do it because she wants a film to be made, um, in where she was married to a very, very highly famous person, you know, who's battered, he's done everything. But because of the lawyers and everything like that, you can't— she can't say anything yet because she's been tapped down under that, you know, crucified and crumbled to the floor. And how can I help her? I said, can you— and that call came to, how can I help her? Well, the reason I can help her is because I'm going to work with you and get this story out on a front page, on a front cover, to show people you don't need your face, you don't need your name, you you're too shy to do that, that you can still get impact and this message can be out. So even when you look at that, you know, when you read that, yes, I told my story, but with no harm or failure to come or fear to you, you know, or any retribution, because everything is completely there. So for Dr. Tandra, one last— we've got like 10 seconds for you to go. Just give them your last, uh, www. Is it Tapping? Yes, it's www.tapinmagazine.org. Please connect with me there, or you can connect with me on LinkedIn at Tandra Price. Lovely, thank you very much. And I'm afraid that's the end of our hour show. We'll be welcoming Dr. Tardif later when we launch in the UK. Thank you so much and goodbye from Free Your Mind. Let's talk about it with LKJ and Dr. Tardif Rice today.
