Join host LKJ as she welcomes certified life coach and wealth generating strategist Tiffney Butler from Charlotte, North Carolina, in this inspiring episode of Free Your Mind with LKJ. Tiffney shares her journey from Columbus, Ohio, where she was raised in a loving, opportunity-filled environment by parents who instilled strong family values. With one younger brother who remains her closest confidant, Tiffney discusses how her tight-knit family bond shaped her approach to life, leadership, and motherhood. The episode opens with a delightful cultural exchange about dining etiquette and family traditions, revealing how different upbringings—American versus British—influence our approaches to connection and communication.
Throughout the conversation, Tiffney reflects on her role as the protective older sister and how family dynamics have evolved as she’s built her own life and career. She candidly discusses the ‘mom guilt’ of parenting differently than how she was raised, while maintaining the core values of love and connection her parents modeled. Hello and welcome to Free Your Mind, Let's Talk About It with LKJ. This show which is sponsored for www.womensradiostation.com which we support people with mental health and look at everybody across life no matter which, um, genre, whatever their religion, whatever color. We, I believe, under Free Your Mind, Let's Talk About It with LKJ, we all live under the color of a rainbow where we dance inclusion, where everyone's voice counts, we don't remain voices, and why we need different people in our lives to express, bring out the best version of ourselves. Today, as many of the listeners will know, I've been across the pond to the wonderful USA, and I am bridging the gap between the USA and the UK with the Sian Fahey Leadership Tour. On that tour, there was 40 incredible leadership speakers, and on their grace at the stage was a young lady, beautifully, um, eloquent in her design, how she dressed. Her smile, um, captivated me from the moment I saw her with her wonderful, um, husband. And she is from Charlotte, North Carolina. Her name is Tiffany Butler. So I'll give you just a little sneaking to her what they, you know, her website is all about. And she is Tiffany, she's a certified life coach and a wealth generating strategist. She is committed to helping women, especially mothers out there— I hope you're listening, mothers— to manifest their first million pounds. Over there they call it a buck, but you know, we refer to as pounds here, or anything they truly want in life. Entrepreneurs and career-oriented plug in to her website and listen to what Tiffany's going to say to you. She's absolutely amazing in there, and we're going to cover lots of avenues during this show, and we are hoping that she does come next year when— to the Sean Fair and introducing her to everybody in the UK. Tiffany has so much to offer, so it's going to be a fantastic show. So on that, I'm going to bring Tiffany in. Tiffany, are you there? Hello, hello, I'm here. Hi, hi, hi, hi, and fantastic. One thing I will say, you know, she is a tequila-loving girl. You know, she celebrated with my ambassador and the wonderful Ramona Pop, one of the UK speakers over on the Sean Fairley's ship tour. And when she came on, you know, just this energy. And if you want to check out some, you know, by putting her name into Google or the Sean Fairley ship, you'll be seeing lots and lots of promotion reels coming out that show the— she's just like electric. She just smiles and everything, from being on the suitcase trolley going to her room with her big cardigan on, jumping around. She was just so energetic. And so much to meet people and engage. And you do immediately, you have this wonderful smile that comes in and everybody counts you straight away. Doesn't matter who they are, you light up that room. And, you know, for me it was incredible to see such a person as yourself that has so much lust for life and wanting to do everything that's possibly given to you in your life journey. So I'm going to take the listener back, if that's okay. Can you tell us, you know, where was you born? That's the first question. How many siblings? And early life, can we just start to— so everybody listening here, who you was, where you was created, and you know, some stuff on that? Well, First and foremost, like, talk about smile. I am smiling from ear to ear just hearing you say such kind words. Like, oh my gosh, thank you so much. I am so excited to be here and to be able to just connect with you and share with your listeners some really great— just tap in on everybody. This is so awesome. Thank you so much. That was just so great of an intro. I am like, whoa, wow. Lkj, she's at it. Now let me just tell you a little bit about me. I love this. I was born in Columbus, Ohio, and this is kind of exciting for me right now because my birthday is January 23rd. Now we're jumping into the year of 2023, so I'm so excited. I'm 1, 2, 3, 2, 3, right? Coming up in a few weeks, right? So this is kind of fun. So I graced the world's presence in January in Columbus, Ohio. And, you know, for a very long time, I thought that Columbus was the promised land because I just loved the way I was raised and my upbringing was really, really, it was just, it was fun and exciting. My parents really opened up a world of opportunity for me. And as I will share, I have one sibling. I have a brother and he is about 5 years younger than me. And we now, as a whole entire family, all of us have moved ourselves, you know, throughout the years to different cities, but we all have now been able to just live within a few miles from each other, honestly, in Charlotte, North Carolina. So, we moved around. My parents are here in North Carolina. My brother is here in North Carolina. My family here in North Carolina. It really goes to connect to the effect of how special and important family is, because no matter where we have kind of gone through the years, we came back together and we are here in this really great city. But it all began in Columbus, Ohio, and that was where the fun really, really started. I mean, it sounds amazing, you know, being in Ohio, you know, for many of the English listeners here, because this radio station does go out globally across the world. So anybody listening all across the globe, please connect and like on Facebook, all the different social media channels which you can find Tiffany on. As you can see, so one brother, you know, may I ask, was you the bossy sister? Oh, you know I was the bossy sister. In fact, I laugh because even to this day, I'm like, you know, we're super, super close. Okay, so we're super close. And I've always taken the position of being like the mom to him. And even when my parents— I would be like, where's my brother? What's he doing? What's— and my parents would be like, listen, we, we parent him just fine. You know, we have— we know our role well. But I've always taken on just this responsibility for him, even back when I was even younger, but up until now, we talk every day still, and we just have a very close bond. And I really believe that it's because my parents reminded us as we were growing up that there's only two people on this planet that are made of the same thing, and that is my brother and I. And so I took that seriously, and so did he, and we've always just had that bond knowing that We're the only two people on the planet made of exactly the same thing. We are bonded for life. And that was just kind of something that I knew meant something big and why family is so important. And so I have taken that, you know, serious for the way I teach my kids to be with them, with each other, with, you know, themselves. And I just look at that as something really special. So I love— yes, bossy sister. Absolutely. You can ask him even to this day. I'm totally bossy with him. You can see, you can see that. And I'm sure when people, um, listen to that, you know, being the big sister, etc., we do take on that role of doing— but it's a part of our persona, isn't it? And, um, for a lot of sisters in that way, that we do take that responsibility. It's the empathic language that is being entrusted to us by our mother. It is a natural instinct. So your natural instinct was coming out to protect, but coming from a great friend— because there's lots of families that don't have or didn't have what you had, this strong bond. So by opening up, as we're freeing your mind and, you know, getting the listeners to see who Tiffany is, is that, you know, your family, they seem to have been strict. But not over strict. There wasn't helicopter parents, as we call, always buzzing around your head and, you know, being too strict, because that pushes you sometimes in different directions. But for you, Tiffany, there was a balance. You knew your borderline and not to cross and, you know, be on there. And obviously family time was important. Did you eat every night? For dinner together, or, you know, because for us in England, we're very reserved in a lot of ways that we don't— but in America, it seems a bit, you know, lighter that you come and go, you know. It seems, you know, by all the movies that our kids are growing up now in the UK think, that's all very Americanized. You don't use your knife and fork, use one fork, which I found when I went over there. When I sat at the table for lunch with the crew. I was the only one using a knife and fork. Everyone else ate with a fork. Didn't cut anything. They ate everything with a fork. I love this. This is so good. You know, it's so funny how as generations and cultures just kind of progress with time, it's so funny how you even mention this. For a couple of reasons. Number 1, yes, growing up as a family, we absolutely ate dinner every single night together. Now translate that to my kids. Now we don't do that. And it's, it's a more relaxed atmosphere and we take certain times that we bond together as opposed to the dinner hour being that time. And growing up, that was one of the major, major bonding times for our family. And it's so great because my mom set such a good example of being, you know, a very attentive mom in that situation. And sometimes I will pour on the mom guilt now because I didn't go that route with my kids. And so sometimes it's like I do feel like, oh man, should I be better at this or be better at that? And it's It's interesting how each family gets to create their own dynamic and their own culture, no matter how we were raised. I just know that with the way that my mom wanted to make sure she let us know how she communicated love was that way, was like us sitting together as a family for dinner. And my dad as well. And so doing something differently now you know, for my kids is so different. Now you are going to love this. This is the second funny part. So, I was at an event with my son for his football team and it was like a mom and son brunch. One part of the order that some people chose was to have fries with their meal and One of the moms like nudged their son because he grabbed the French fry with his finger as opposed to his fork. OK, so I was like, I didn't say anything, but I went home and I was like, OK, what's like the proper etiquette? So for you to say what you said about using one utensil for everything kind of cracked me up because when I found out how you should eat French fries, whether it was with a fork at the table or it was with your fingers, you know, what is the proper way to do it? I was like shocked because I had to Google it. I had to Google it. What? It's so funny that this conversation has come up because we do see things so different, like culturally, how to, you know, how to show up, right? Yeah. You show up, you dress, you don't go back. If you go out to the dinner table, you sit there like, you know, sit at dinner table and my knife, my fork, my spoon is my eating utensils, not my fingers, is that? And it's like, okay, so you can see some people getting this fork, they're digging in this fork, they're going across, I think, what are you doing? It was like, you know, not being a sop, but you know, we do go, you know, we're not Aiden over in the UK where we go out and yes, you go to McDonald's and you have fast food, which is a little bit different. Although I do know people I sit with will actually get their burger and cut it and eat the knife and fork, which they do get some strange looks at doing that. However, you know, we talk about etiquette, different things. I know you want to learn quite a little bit about the UK and coming over, and it is very refined, and us British are very proud of that sort of reaction because I suppose it's showing us in the UK and the generation the importance of sitting around the table, because if people stop— and you are a life coach and showing people how to socialize, engage— if people stop eating at that table and doing this, how can they learn the skills of communication. We all need the use of the alphabet, Tiffany, which we use, and no matter what language, you know, it's how we use those words together and group them together to build our conversation up, to engage, make an impression, act. And, and, you know, if someone's suffering mental health, how do you know if your child is not going through something if you are not at the table, they're always out, they're not sitting there, you're losing that thing. You know, there's a big argument still about this, that not being a helicopter parent where you're allowing them just to go everywhere, but to come in so that you can talk, so they learn to engage when you are going out in a group, sitting around a table, even now, where you can eat and talk through the conversation, you don't have a newspaper, the table. You don't have mobile phones. That's one of the worst etiquette that anybody can do, is seen as ignorance. And because everyone's now just on their phone looking at this, tapping away, doing this, it's about— you're gonna end up with no conversation. It'll be, you know, it's gonna go, you know. And something that you, you're doing as an international speaker is the fun engagement part with the audience. But when you're doing that and people come to you to learn these skills, they've got to have skills. When you're there, what you're doing, because you're waiting for them to have the life they've always wanted, you want to manifest their dream. This is Tiffany, this is what you are all about, and you are a life coach. And you know, to unlock the power within them, you know, how they can generate money. But you still got to be able to have a voice. You still got to be able to sit at the table, engage. And that's part of why I feel the importance of the table and the family life is that not every night, but you can communicate, you can see, you understand body language, everything like that with it. So for me, that's important. So when you come over and you pick up one fork in a restaurant, people start looking at you, be like, Okay, why they all staring at me? Because you got one fork. I love it. I love that. And I couldn't agree with you more. I'm telling you what, it's insane how the communication level has changed so much from just what technology has brought to the table and how something that's such a good thing, that there's so many good things about it, has, you know, for some has been able to, you know, hinder them in the progression to communicating. And you see it a lot in young people today, for sure, right? Because there's just so many avenues for them to go down. And for my household personally, you know, the schedule, our schedules are so fluctuating when it comes to when we get to get, when we get to, you know, have time to really sit together. But as you said, it gets to be created, it gets to be deliberate, and it gets to be committed to. And that is something that every household, you know, really gets to create for themselves what works for them. So for example, ours is a breakfast time. So my son and I, you know, we sit, we have this you know, breakfast time together where we get to talk and really start his day great. As a Life Coach, as you have mentioned, as a Life Coach, you know, the beginning of the day is one of the most crucial times of the day because just think about it, everything from the day before, all of the momentum has ceased from any of the activities before and you have an opportunity to not recreate what is now the past. So starting your day fresh and new is beautiful. And it's really great because my son and I get to do that together every single morning. He is in high school. He's about to graduate high school this year. And we still make a point to, to make sure we have breakfast together every single day. And these are, these are just some of the ideas and tips that really can help families bond and help people to be better communicators. To be better one-on-one. As you said, use the alphabet, you know, talk, don't hide behind a screen, you know, not hiding behind, you know, a keypad to type out an answer or your opinion, but to actually be able to communicate and to use your voice. That's really what gets to help people because they get to express themselves how they really, really feel. And so I found that that's really helped even with bonding with my children and my relationship with my whole family, you know, with Craig, all of us here. And so as time connects with what people's desires are, you get to see how when you take the time to create relationships and connection through actually one-on-ones and actually touching people. You know, we had this time where virtually we, you know, that was the only way we could do it. And yes, we get to exchange energy that way as well. But if you have an opportunity to be before someone, that is really how you get to, um, really give in to that person and really hone in on them and That's one reason why I'm really excited to come to the UK. Woohoo! Right? And to connect and share that energy because it's activating that energy that really creates the goals that people want and to really tap in on that vision. And that's what I found that's helped my clients. And that's been the connection to what is the way to create, and that is, you know, collaborating. We gotta touch, talk to people nowadays, definitely. Yes, because we have forgotten what it means to touch or connect or shake the hand, or people become shy, more introverts, and come out especially after the pandemic, you know, getting back out there knowing we're in a safer environment but still, you know, keeping distance and stuff, which we understand from that side of it. But like we say, because you are so known, Tiffany, for how you do light up the room, because you make everybody feel special. You, when you talk and you engage with that audience, whether it's hundreds or thousands that you speak to, you engage because you believe completely in the fact that you want an individual, every one of them in that room, to feel individually like you are talking directly to them. And you have this magic essence about when you do connect, as if you're sitting in that audience, you're talking direct to me, and you have a wonderful instinct and body language that goes with your speaking and with that connection and engagement. And I do believe that comes through being relaxed and opening up, you know, starting your day like you're saying with your son who goes off feeling energized. Because sometimes we may be going for a job interview, we may be having exams, you may be having difficult jobs to do with meetings. You may have to be putting somebody in for an appraisal or something. Oh God. But just that freedom of freeing your mind in the morning, We always say start the day with breakfast, clear your mind, get ready, talk to somebody and open up. Because it's also feeling the love that you have from family or even if you live by yourself, just walking out that door yourself and say good morning to someone that you pass in the street or to smile makes such a difference because you're giving something to the universe, to these people, say, hey, I'm enough. This is who I am, you know. And if you feel it's not, we'll talk about where the communication comes in. And like with your life coach skills, because people don't go to work and leave their jobs because they don't like it. They don't like the person they're with. And that's a lot of it is again down to communication and why we all need people like yourself. Everybody should have a life coach. I spoke about it on LinkedIn today. You saw about the fundamental key. You know, we all have different keys. We say to you, what keys do you have? What is the importance? What level do you put those keys at? You know, that open up your daily challenges and how you face them. And like you say, coming to the UK, you have a different perspective and different audience to go and be like, I'm interested in, in the different cultures. You're interested in doing that. But by using your communication skills, which is so high, is how you've been able to manifest and make people make all this money. And at the end of the day, people are home going, I want to do this, how do I do it? Can somebody tell me? But everything comes into you. If you're a person sitting there, phone on there, you're not engaging Someone's talking to you, you're not looking at them in the eye. You're not going to make the energetic and magnetic force align to understand, to get the mindset and the skill set together to connect and collaborate, because collaboration is the new currency. It's again back to communication. It's the big C in how we are with culture. No matter what culture, collaboration, currency, It's coming down to communication and getting that magnetic field of energy working and how you can turn something around because it's a positive mindset. You've got to start and erase this negativity. Negativity will just bring you down and down and down. And how do you get out? Using people like coaches, speak coaches, etc. All make us feel better because we've got to first and foremost know we're enough. Know we were enough when we sat at the table. If either just ignored you at the table, or when you went in, no, there was no conversation, you don't believe in yourself, you know. And you need many people now will walk with you and be part of your life, but that's how we make friends, because only some of them will stay and become friends. They'll be the ones that will help you and hold your heart. They'll make you feel stronger. They'll make you believe that you are enough and what you think, and you can achieve this. But yes, live your dream. Don't leave your dream on the pillow. Take that dream to reality. So when we do that, like you talk to people, um, and I believe we all work in this leadership, when you, uh, have leadership skills. You're not boss, you're a leader, because you lead as you wish to be followed. You need to uplift your group, you need to show these people and the individuals who they are, they can do that. So one of the things is, how do you get somebody that's a listener on this radio say Tiffany Butler is coming to the UK and obviously is going to be very, very visible in the UK lots of things, great things happening. And, you know, Tiffany's got the passion and energy to bring this across to the UK. She wants to show you how to turn, you know, your pennies into pounds that become into £100 that you saved. I mean, the UK is facing one of the biggest recessions in 33 years with energy bills going up, You know, food prices have hiked up, interest rates are going up, mortgage repayments, loan costing to stop people spending. But how do we get people to invest, to spend? They come and see this speaker and think, you know, if I do that, I've got no money left to pay, you know, for next week's shopping. What you don't realize is that money by investing in the communication and one-to-one will change your mindset, will make you and your mental health better to get up and say, "I am enough, I'm going to do it, I can beat this." You're here for a reason. God didn't put us here to just sit and do nothing because every day of our challenges in our daily life are about the lesson. So for me, it's What is your lesson that you could possibly teach the people in the UK? Oh, I just love this. Uh, this is so like resonating so beautifully. And, um, you are— you've nailed every single point that I love to just highlight and, and create because Really, when we have a chance to realize that we all have a gift and it's in— inside of each and every one of us, and to see that our gift gets to be activated and opened up, that's when change comes. And it's really such a beautiful thing because So many times, and this is something that I really can't wait to share when I come to the UK, so many times people believe that it's all about the do. What do I do to get this? What do I do to get the million bucks or the million pounds? What do I do, you know, to, to create this in my life? And, you know, I really stand from a different angle, a different way. And that is the process. Instead of doing first and then being that person who now stands as a millionaire or, or has, you know, has the bank account that's just so huge, and then they get to, you know, have all these things that they desire, you know, standing differently is the process that it takes in order to create. And that is this, okay? Strap yourself for the secret. Here's the secret: you get to be, then do, then have. So it's all about who you get to be first. And that being person, that being person already has it set. That place in who they want to be is already set in their way of being that the do follows. So you don't have to know how— okay, what, you know, what do I need to do to become a millionaire? Tell me these, these little, you know, exactly the strategies that it takes to do that. And let me explain why this is so true. Have you ever seen anybody that can do the same type, the same exact strategy, but get completely different results from it? It's, it's like, how is it possible that they did— I did the exact same thing as they did and it turned out differently? It turned out differently. Well, that's because It's not about the strategy. So, so we can do, 100 of us can do the exact same thing, but we all come from 100 different places and we all stand in 100 different ways of being. And so it's gonna be adjusted, it's gonna be different, the result's gonna be different for all of us. So it's really the do that's, or the be, that's more important than the do. And so that's really what I help people and support people in really identifying themselves with. Well, what is it? Who do I really want to be? You know, and how does that person behave? How does that person act? How does that person, you know, respond to things? How do people respond to them? You know, how do people show up for a person that's like this?. And so that is really the key. Once that gets to become, you get to replace the old way of being with this new way of being. It is like we are already set at a way, you know, it is almost like a cybernetic system or like a thermostat. It is set at a place. So, no matter what happens, if the door gets wide open and a rush of air comes in, that thermostat is going to go right back to that place. So, it is about setting ourselves, being a certain person, setting ourselves at a certain place so that no matter what happens around us, that is the result we are going to come in at. So, that is the first part of this. As we go through these processes that create a great way of being, what we realize is that at the end of the day, It's through collaboration that gives us the quantum leap, that gives us that catapult to that next place and that way of being. So when we connect with others and really see what their gift is and then our gift, and we put this all together, the do, that's, that's what flourishes. That's what blossoms and comes to life. So you don't need to know that first. I think that's the thing that people are so like, wait, what? I don't have to know the, the, the process first? No, you don't have to know exactly what step is to be taken first. First, we get to be the peop— the person we want to be. And that's where the success comes in. And it's been really fun to see, you know, my clients open up in these ways of being, ways of being, that's what we call it, and transform. And that's where I really stand. You know, I stand in a place where I see the world as a transformed world through love, connection, commitment. And my vision is to see how I can spread that to as many people as possible. And we get to measure it by all, you know, helping everybody make their first million bucks. Now how fun is that, right? It gets to be fun. I love it. Yes, just going over some of the points that you made, um, for the listeners have obviously been very well engaging now into this conversation, um, because as you were saying, um, it's the be is more important than the do. Yeah, you've got to know who you are first, really, and your mindset. Because, you know, it's already there, it's already built within you to do this. You can do it. But we are all individual, like our fingerprint. Our DNA is different. That is why the blood that flows around our body is different to the person next. You may be the same blood group, but it's different blood going around you, even though the same blood group, the way oxygen, the way the air, the way your soul, the way your mind, the way your mindset, skill set, your love, your compassion, your empathy that does that builds you. But if you don't feel that oxygen and that power and that heartbeat into its fullest potential, and you feel tired, you feel fatigue, you can't achieve this. Because this is why you need people like yourself, the Life Coach, to say, why is it— why do I need the Life Coach to do that? You need it because if you're struggling to know who you are, we can't get up to the next step because we are paralyzed by our own thoughts, and that's preventing us lifting that next foot to put in front of each other. Being able to stand in your own presence I'm enough. I've got to change. I know how to do this. How do I do it? Well, you know, we go through that wheel because we all suffer with mental health at some point, and it's our mental health that's stopping us, is paralysing us to say we can't do it. If you're told enough that you're not good enough, you believe it. What you have to do is by engaging and changing with different form of communication said, I am enough, I can do this. How do I find— and you can bring what is inside in you. You've got to bring what's within out of you because you need to believe on the inside to bring it out and showcase that beauty outside. And once people see that and you're doing that, um, because you have to identify firstly what you want then And using people like Tiffany is, they will show you, as you can hear by the power of voice, you know, with the enthusiasm to show that. So you can do, be your be, then you can do, and then you can have, to be what you want to get and who you are first. So first and foremost, as Tiffany's saying, is, you know, get to be who you want to be first. There is no harm whatsoever in— as my mother always said, put yourself first and then do it. It's not selfish to put yourself first. Putting yourself first is enabling you then to act and support and everything, you know. And then when you become a mother, when you become a grandmother, you know, a wife, whatever, you are being a support system— and that support system is what you're going to bring through your legacy, your memories that you're doing. Like we're saying, isn't it, Tiffany? You know, like, do you believe in that? Because you can't grab for the oxygen mask and then put it straight onto the child or your friend, because you've got to have your strength in yourself and breathe in that oxygen, breathe in that power, Breathing that empowerment. So then you go, you know, yes, the oxygen mask has fallen from the plane. Oh my God, we've got a little bit of turbulence here. Let's put that on. Let's brace ourselves and brace yourself for this new person that's going to do it. And be— if you know how many of you are walking around now at Christmas, I'm like, oh, how am I going to do that? It's a negative thought that is paralyzing your brain to stop you engaging and having your coaching. And we say, well, how do I do this? These are my obstacles, these are my challenges. But if you didn't have a challenge, you didn't have an obstacle, how would you know how great that would feel when you achieved it? And that's what you do. And you can show them to, you know, to do the be and then the do and then to have. In that chronological order, and you will be first and put them through. And again, with yourself. And that's how you empower your audiences, isn't it? Oh, absolutely. And you nailed it 100%. You know, I remember that there was a point in time where I felt like I was just giving, giving, giving, giving, giving, giving, giving, giving, and never filled myself up. And it was like I was just, I was dry. I was dry as a bone. I did not have, I feel like I had absolutely no more to give. And when I realized that through putting myself first, that's how I get to give and activate others. That's when really the action started going. That's when it started, the nitty-gritty and all the pathways started opening up until then it is like you are working on zero. And I, you know, it is so funny how it is like, where did we come up with the idea of loving on ourself is selfish? It is like, wait, showing love to ourselves, giving ourselves self-care and filling ourselves up so that we have everything we can give to to others so that we can create a better world is a bad thing. Like, when did that happen? Like, no, that is not the way it works. We get to give to ourselves so that we have everything and all the necessary skills to hone in and to give to others. We have to, you know, we get to be alert, we get to be confident, we get to be connected and committed and all these beautiful ways of being ourselves so that others can tap in on that, see those beautiful qualities, and they too can be filled up and then learn that same way of being. And, and once I got that in my head and it really, really connected and I understood that, everything changed. See, what happens is, is that our conscious mind, it accepts or rejects any idea, right? It accepts or rejects any idea because it is based on our senses. Our 5 senses are see, taste, touch, smell, hear, you know, all of those things. It can say, yes, I am going to accept that right now, or no, I am not. But see, our subconscious mind, that is like our feeling mind, that it only accepts. So, if you want to know what your subconscious mind how, what it is thinking, how it is really functioning, look at your results because that is what you have accepted and really 96% to 98% of our results come from this place in our mind. So, the question is, what have I fed it? Have I fed it that I, you know, it is selfish to give myself attention and to fill myself up? That is what we fed it. So, it is time to reprogram that and say, no, I get to stand tall and I get to be full so that therefore I can connect to my vision and then I can spread that like a beautiful love ripple across the world, over, you know, into every neighborhood, through my family and such, and really connect people to the best way of life, the way of life that they get get to be, that they get to choose, and then watch the do just open up. Watch those do actions open up after we get to that place of where we get to be. And so in my opinion, the most important part of that subconscious mind, or that, you know, the part of our mind that creates our— what, who we are and what we have— that the part of that is our— the most important part to me our self-image, our self-concept, and that is not to be confused with self-confidence, but it is really what we draw into ourselves and how we see ourselves. So, every day I get to say things to myself like, you are confident. You know, I say it in an I am statement, the 2 most powerful words in the universe. I am confident. I am committed, connected, confident leader. I am chosen, I'm cherished, I'm loved, um, I'm pure and powerful. All of these beautiful ways that I am so connecting to as a way of being opens up opportunities for me to now know what action steps to take. But if those ways of being aren't massaged and worked on through different ways that I teach my clients how to do, you know, the doing part, you know, you are not going to know. You are just not going to know what action to do. And I always say, if you don't know what to do, don't do anything because you are going to make a choice that isn't going to be in alignment with who you are. So, if you don't know what to do, don't do anything because you are just going to do something. You are just going to pick. So, know who you are first so that those actions are inspired actions and you are taking the best choice you have, not just out there guessing, trying to do something. That is why having a Coach is so important, because that is where you get that guidance and support and inspiration as you create an accountability in yourself to know that, oh, I have made a great decision. I know what I am doing and let's go. Which is one of the best parts of connection, is decision. We sit back and we don't make decisions. We let fear and procrastination jump in our way, and it's like we're looking through this, like, mask. We're like, I don't know what to do, I'm scared. Yeah, we're scared because we haven't made a decision on something. So when we get to make that decision and say, oh, this is who I'm gonna be, That's when everything opens. It is just like the most beautiful feeling ever. And you know you're on the right track because it feels so good and you're inspired and you're just like motivated to go to that next thing. You jump out of bed in the morning. Who needs an alarm? You're like, I can't wait to start my day. This is so great. You know? Yeah. And this is one thing for the listeners that are doing it. When you see that you can't wait to start my day. Can't wait to do this. Having the life coach that you need. And, you know, imagine listening to Tiffany, you know, it's encouraging going through and having someone you can just chat to. I mean, because with Savvy Life is what your company is called, you do a course. Course 1 is 6 Weeks to a Savvy Life. What modules do you cover in those 6 weeks. Oh, those 6 weeks are phenomenal because we go from really honing in on self-concept and self-image. And when you can really nail that part of who you want to be and who you get to be, that is when everything changes. You know, watch out world, here I come. These are 6 weeks of really creating that. And what I found is that within those 6 weeks, we are really identifying what it is that you really want. Now, it's funny. So many times people are just like, oh my gosh, of course I know what I want. I know what I want. I want this. I want a million bucks. I want a million pounds. I want this. I want this great car, blah, blah, blah. But when you really sit down and put pen to paper and identify what you really want, what really lights you up, it's a whole nother ballgame. And if you don't know that, you don't know who you get to be because how do you know what a person like XYZ is, what a person with this end result with those things. How do you know what they are if you don't know what you want? So we go through this process of really identifying these things in these 6 weeks, of identifying these things and then nailing who that person gets to be in order to get a hold of those things in their actual 3D life. So those are crucial. That's a really crucial program. It's really awesome. Which is amazing, as you can see with that, because that's cool, Swan. Course 2, after doing that, you can take, which is called Mind Power Intensive. Yes. How many weeks is that? That is a 12-week, amazingly intensive program. See, here we really hone in on now the self-image, self-concept. We use universal laws like The truth about the law of attraction, the law of assumption, that are universal laws, just like the law of gravity. So everybody goes through. I mean, it's not like, you know, you could just decide, oh, today I'm not going to use gravity. I think I'll just like let somebody else use that. No, these are universal laws that everyone has and everyone goes through consciously or unconsciously. We really hone in on how to create that in a conscious way so that your results get to be what you want. But it's, it's an intensive way of doing it, and we start to figure out exactly how that can be monetized. So it's a great 12 weeks. And then we go on to the drum roll, drum roll, which we want to have. Are you ready, guys? The millionaire, the millionaire, goal getter. That's right, that's right. And it is so good. That is the machine I'm bringing. You've had 18 weeks of coaching, your life coach getting it. So now you're sitting at that slot machine, although not literally, you know, but in your mind, right? That's your goal. You're there. There's your goal. You can turn this because you believe in yourself. You've got your do, now you're going to get your have. You're right there with your have, that slotty thing. You're going to pull that arm on that thing, pull it back. I'm going for it with the biggest pull, with all the energy to obtain and go get what is yours with your mindset and how you built this and see how life is changing for you. Because the million pounds for me is the beauty within yourself. That you believe in yourself. That's for me. You become a millionaire over those 18 weeks because you believed in yourself. You doing things that you believe in. You are so rich in your mind. Yes. And that's when you believe in everything, when things become more productive because you're believing it. You believe if you're selling something and it's your product, you believe in it because of what you've done. That's for me. But how many weeks is that course? Oh yes, belief is so huge. Belief is it because whatever you believe comes to fruition, period. It comes to life. It's that belief because when you believe something, that now becomes a feeling for you. And just think about it. I'm going to tell you about this program in just a second, but I just love what you just said. You know, a thought you continue to think, that's what a belief is. So a thought that you continue to think becomes a belief. So now that you believe something, you— it started with a thought, you believe it over and over, that becomes your belief, and that's how you manifest. That's how you manifest. That's how you create in your life.. And so getting to that third program, it is a 6-month program where we go on this belief system. Now your belief system is set, and now we, we incorporate the two lives, okay? Those two lives that you have, that life of your mindset being set as well. Now that's your, your, your, um, be, your being. And then we can completely merge the doing together. And it is like phenomenal because now is when all of these beautiful ideas in marketing and strategy, we really start to focus on those because before it's like we're getting you created and creative in a way that you make the pathway open to be able to accept these ways. And I'll tell you, just for an example, just, you know, a Client that's just newly enrolled in this Program has just decided, you know, she is in real estate out here in the States and she was speaking about how she has been using her own money for real estate. And so we were like, no more, no more. We are using that because we are creating wealth. Being rich and wealthy are two different things. We're creating wealth that is just, that's generational, right? And so she just came to me and said, this is just after a few days of this declaration of no longer using her money. She just found out that she is now open, or she just created an opening to receiving $400,000. $100,000 that she gets to use towards business, her business ventures only, and no longer has to use her money to create for her real estate projects now. And this is what she qualified for and now gets to receive. So I'm telling you, this program is like instantly gets you like, woo, results right away. It's so super fun. And that happened for her just in a matter of days. So this program is the one that is really on the cusp. If this is for the person who is like, I'm ready, I'm really ready to go, let's do this. Yes. Which is absolutely amazing. From that, and as you've seen how in belief, how you can change your mindset and how this does happen. So to the listeners at home, Believe me, you know, get on this platform, you can reach and connect with the wonderful Tiffany Butler. She has a website. What is your website? Do you want to, you know, tell them? Because I know it's www.savvylife.com. If you can say it in your own words, which it is, and any other social media platforms where they can contact you. And you want to be wealthy, you want to do it, and say, that's it, I've had enough being down there, I count, I come first, and I'm not going to keep supporting this. In a time in England where we're going to— you've got to get out there and do it. And, you know, be the paddles that row the boat. Don't be in the boat that allows the water— you know, there's been— the boat's been sitting in the water for too long you know, where it's wet, it needs oiling, you need to be the paddles, be the strength that's rowing that boat to the next destination where that little paddle boat is going to become your little steamboat that then becomes your yacht that becomes your big ship. Because so your world is yours, and by whether you see it by car, plane, boat, whatever, it all takes money to do that. You know your starting point, you know your end point. It's what you want to do in between, and do that. And we can do it. So can I get you to give everybody your, um, social media angles, please, Tiffany? And you're welcome. Absolutely. Yes. And that is just so beautiful. You know, that's one of the things that I, I really especially tell those that I get to talk to, like, burn the bridge, burn the bridge behind you, go forward and just don't stop. Don't give up on yourself. You can find me at www.savvylifesociety.com and it's /s-l-s, which stands for Savvy Life Society. So Savvy with two V's, savvylifesociety.com/s-l-s. SLS. And you can even find me also on Instagram at Savvy Life Society. That's my Instagram. And I would love to connect and jump on a call, just see where you're at. What are your goals? What do you want to do? It would be so wonderful to connect with each and every one of you. And I know this resonates with you. And I know that you know your gift. And I am here to help activate that, to bring that out. And I would love to be able to touch you virtually or in person to make that happen. Thank you so much. We are just about coming to the close of this show. Where does this hour go? You know, it goes on and on once we start freeing our mind. But there are exciting things happening for Tiffany where she wants to come across to the UK, and I hope that she comes back on more regularly basis on the radio show and to speak with us or Dr. Ronda, etc. And obviously, as everybody knows, we— LKJ Media have got their new TV, I think, with different, uh, the channel, which is Dr. Ronda's channel, which will have shows and everything on there. So, you know, hoping that, you know, you may be able to tune in. And, uh, Tiffany will have her own show on there. She, uh, connects and goes in. So you can say, "Bertschi coming in," and it going out on that, um, which there is exciting stuff to do. But just quickly, we've got 1 minute to be able to— is there anything that is on your vision board that you want to get? You've reached this top thing, what is it that you want to get? You've got 1 minute. In 1 minute, I will tell you that just that opening that you just created with my own show, TV show, is on my radar. And that is that next step. And I'm ready and willing and excited to see that come to fruition. So everybody look out for that. Yeah, because sometimes, you know, even with radio, we engage like this show, um, you'll hear Tiffany show and it goes out for 7 days, 8 AM UK time, 8 PM UK time, and it goes across globally. You tune in and then obviously it goes on there. But it would be lovely to work and bring Tiffany into the media world of the TV, where when you are seeing people, she has her own show that works in there where she can we can invite our own guests on and do our own panels. And for people coming where you can engage in your own platform and everything that you have on it. It has been absolutely amazing to have you on it. Thank you. Because the show, my show's all for sponsorship, which, you know, help people with mental health, help people. Thank you for paying, you know, and sponsoring the show to reach everybody out there that's listening, to help them achieve and know they're enough, know their worth, and they're not worthless, and they are simply enough, and their voice is not voices. So from me, LKJ, thank you very much and goodbye.
