Episode Summary

Join Avril Price as she welcomes Ricardo Balakhoven, a Lomi Lomi healing practitioner from the Netherlands, to discuss this sacred Hawaiian healing art. Ricardo shares his extraordinary spiritual journey that began 25 years ago in Bali when he experienced a profound awakening through connection with nature—a moment that would ultimately lead him to become a healer. This intimate conversation explores how ancient Hawaiian practices were suppressed and later resurrected by elders and kahunas (shamans) in the 1960s-70s, bringing this transformative bodywork to the Western world for the first time.

Discover what Lomi Lomi truly means beyond a simple massage—it’s sacred healing bodywork rooted in Hawaiian metaphysical philosophy, working with the concepts of aloha (the breath of God’s presence) and mana (spiritual energy). Ricardo reveals how his life-changing spiritual experience with a palm tree in Bali connected him to a source of light and love that he now channels through his healing work. Listeners will be captivated by his story of how he brought this ancient wisdom into his practice, helping clients release pain and reconnect with their own spiritual essence. Avril also invites listeners to participate in a special question segment—email your response to presenters@womensradiostation.com for a chance to be featured in an upcoming episode.

So, without further ado from the studio in downtown sunny London, it really is very gorgeous here at the moment. I want to introduce you to my very special guest, Ricardo Balakhoven. Hi, Ricardo. Hi, April. Good afternoon. Thank you so much for joining us. I'm so excited. Well, actually, me too. It's my first radio interview ever, so. Ah, you'll love it. Mostly I am in places and work that's in silence. Yes, but we can go into that because I don't think that when you're working spiritually, it's ever truly silent. Silence can be so noisy, don't you think? Silence can be so noisy. Yes, that's true. The inner voice, which can be very active and very loud. Well, I don't know about you, but I get the unseen chatting to me regularly. But that's not what we're here to talk about. We're here to talk about your journey as a healer. And you are a Lomi Lomi practitioner, are you not? Yes, that's indeed what I am, since a couple of years, actually. But my journey started a long time ago, actually 25 years ago in Bali. In Bali. But first of all, I'd like to tell the listeners that you're actually from the Netherlands. Yes, I'm Dutch and actually I live in Spain, where I have, with my partner nowadays, a bed and breakfast in a small retreat center. Yeah. In fact, I'd also like to tell our listeners that that's where I met you, on a wonderful plant medicine retreat that I went on in the summer, which was the most amazing, amazing experience. Very therapeutic and very nurturing. But I was lucky enough to be able to experience one of your lomi Lomi treatments, which was mass impressive and left me feeling really, well, supercharged. And also I think the word for it is quite inspired about my own journey. So I think. Can we just have a brief outline of what Lomi Lomi actually is? Well, Lomi Lomi is actually an element of the Hawaiian healing arts and it's like a massage, but more than that, you know, it's healing bodywork. Lomi, one word means to rub, to knead, massage. But in Hawaii, when words are pronounced twice, there is an emphasis on the importance of the word. And in this case it becomes like, you can say a sacred shift. So, yeah, and it is sacred work. It's old work, it's ancient work, and it has absolutely also some shamanic elements. And the shamans in Hawaii are called kahunas. And so from generation to generation it has been brought into this time and actually Lomi Lomi to the west, the western world is actually quite new. It's only like maybe 50 years now that it was more presented to the world by the elders and some of these kahunas. Because for a long time the Americans, who, according to many native Hawaiians occupied Hawaii, didn't allow the Hawaiians to, you know, to have all those traditional practices. It wasn't, you know, in line of Christianity and all those kind of things. So. And there were quite some severe punishments. So it was really underground, all those ancient knowledge, actually. So. But it was in the 60s 70s that some kahunas and elders, the masters of some of those practices came out and decided it's time to share this beautiful art with the world. And I am very happy they did because ever since Lomi Lomi entered my life, it has changed my life, enriched my life, and not only that of mine, but also of many of the receivers. And that's not only what is my experience, but everybody who is a serious practitioner of this work. Oh, that sounds really interesting. I was fascinating to hear about how it emerged from being suppressed culturally. It's almost the way you're describing that. It almost sounds as if it was strengthened or reinforced by the very fact that it was suppressed. And I also, I have to say that I'm wondering how Lomi Lomi improved your life. Well, you know, to tell. To give you there a proper answer, I really have to go also a little bit to the past because, well, you know, Lomi Lomi works with it's sacred and it is embedded in a kind of metaphysical context. Working with aloha, working with mana, and mana means spiritual energy. What does aloha mean aloha. You know, Hawaiian language is very layered, and it's almost an esoteric language. You know, it's some kind of sacred and secretness within. So there's many words, sorry, many meanings to the word. Like, some people think it's hello or goodbye, but it also means love. Now, in Lomi Lomi, it works. It means even more than that. Or the word means even more than that. It means the bread of life. Or the A is God, alo is God is present, and ha is breath. So the meaning becomes the breath of God, is presence. Oh, I love that. And that's beautiful. Yeah. Well, you know, can you imagine. And even more wonderful that this has emerged through that cultural suppression. It almost gives this idea that anything that is sacred cannot be buried for long. It has to emerge somehow. Well, exactly. And so that brings me back also to my personal journey, because I couldn't suppress also the need of expressing something which came into my life when I was living in Bali. The reason why I'm sitting here in this studio in London on this sunny day, as you said already, is that I actually, I had a spiritual experience in Bali when I was working and living there in a small hotel. And, yeah, I fell in love with a tree. And I wasn't spiritual, I wasn't religious, but, yeah, I just, you know, realized that it is possible to fall in love with a tree. I've got to ask what kind of a tree it was. Yeah, it was a palm tree, actually. Yes. And a tree is a tree. You know, a tree is just a word. It's a categorization, is a concept to understand for us human beings, the world around us. Now, if we start to lift up the vial and we. We stay out of the categorizations, out of, you know, words and language, and we make real connection, then we don't see a tree. Then we see a living creature. We see a breeding creature. We see beauty. You know, we see a living organism with a lot of intelligence. And I was so incredibly moved by the beauty, and I start to talk with the tree and like, wow, you are amazing. Beautiful. And the expression of that appreciation and the gratitude for its presence there invokes an experience, a spiritual experience. An awakening, actually. Yeah, an awakening which gave me various kind of knowledge, but mainly it connected me with a source. And that source is what I'm using nowadays in my work. So it sounds to me like it really touched your heart center and opened you up to other realms that are around us. But we don't always connect with that's exactly what happened. And it was a very confusing but wonderful experience. And I knew that one day I would do something with these immense insights and this incredible, beautiful energy I was in contact with. Well, we're going to talk a little bit more about that after the break. So we're gonna go now for a short one. WRS Women's radio station, Voice of Women Worldwide, Sarah's Universal Soul Show. Every little will help. And welcome back everybody. This is Avril Price, Kitchen sink spirituality on womensradiostation.com and we are having a wonderful conversation with the very lovely Ricardo Balakhofan and we are discussing all things lomi lomi. So right, Ricardo, before the break, we were having an enchanting conversation about how you had a spiritual experience with a palm tree. So do tell us more. We're all rather intrigued. Yeah, so you know me just living the life of sex, drugs and rock and roll in that time and not spiritual at all. I had and at that instant moment, being alone in nature with that tree, this incredible connection and these insights, like everything is one, everything is connected. And it's like it felt like I am the tree, you know, and I'm the light and the light is me, et cetera. And I felt an incredible feeling of love, amazing feeling of love, like ecstasy, bliss. And I, and I felt, or I knew, it's just like, you know, the knowledge of the heart that I am, I was, I am and I will be like eternal, timeless. There was no feeling of time at all. So it was an amazing, impressive, life changing experience. And I knew that one day I would do something with that experience and with this amazing feeling of bliss and joy and love. And yeah, soon after that I had my first. I was traveling actually as a tour guide in Asia for that time. And soon after that I followed a massage training in Nepal when I was staying in an ashram for some weeks. And my very first client was a Dutch lady with a lot of pain and agony in her legs. And I helped her and actually I had an inner voice and the inner voice was connect, connect with that light which was there, present in that beautiful experience in Bali. So I just did. It's like I visualized myself connecting with that light, with that energy and I felt streaming in my body. It's like, whoa. And the response of the lady was with tears and there was no talk, actually. And the next day I met her again and the pain was gone. Well, probably that could be also a coincidence, but I was actually impressed by the power of touch and I never told people that I was doing this connection with this source, with this energy. But I was so impressed that I thought, this is my calling and this is my aim and this is what I want to do in life. I want to touch people and. And help them heal, Heal. But for some reasons, my ego was still too strong, and I wanted to prove myself so much in life, and I just neglected actually that calling, that feeling. And then I was lucky enough that some years ago, Lomi Lomi came on my path and I had a new calling, a second calling. I mean, it was really a very powerful and very moving experience when I decided to go to Spain with my partner to have a life there. And I thought, well, what I'm going to do is, yeah, I loved body work. And so I do some other courses and trainings. And so I followed this training in which they offered also a workshop of Lomi Lomi. And immediately I felt, oh, this is. This feels so nice. I feel called and drawn to this work and. And I want to know more about it. So I was searching the web to follow a more serious training. And on the very first day when the teacher gave a demonstration, something changed in that space. I felt the sacredness of the work and I felt the love. And I got tears in my eyes like the other students. And it was the first time in my life that I got tears in my eyes from just watching somebody giving a massage, like a body work. It's like, yeah, that sounds really powerful. I want to. I kind of can't help but think about what you were describing earlier about joy and bliss, because I feel that joy and bliss is our natural heritage. And talking to you has made me think that maybe healing is very much about connecting us through the heart center to our natural connection to joy and bliss again, which is so often suppressed by society and so on and so forth. So would you say that Lomi Lomi is another way of bringing out our personal joy? Absolutely. Absolutely. And is it that that's so emotionally overwhelming about it? Because we remember how disconnected we are to our sense of joy. You know, Lomi Lomi is all about that. And I think that probably the majority of spiritual practice and exercise is about the journey to home, you know, about homecoming. And for me, Lomi Lomi is about coming home, coming home to your true self. And so what is your true self? Yeah, that's love. I mean, and I use, in this perspective always the example of the baby. I mean, if we see a baby, if we hold a baby in our arms, all we feel and always see is love. So then we could say, you know, and also, of course, we feel and see innocence and nature, pure nature. And so if we all have been babies, then we could say we come all from love. And I believe that as the trees outside and the plants we have, you know, the plants and the trees can't lose their seed. You know, somewhere deep down in the soil is still the seed which contains all the information, all the intelligence. And so I believe we can't lose our connection with our seed, which is love, which is innocence. And so Lomi Lomi helps people to remember their truth, their authentic truth. Authentic truth, which is, which is this love. Okay, yeah. Now I have to say, you know, that's the purpose, the restoration, the reconnection. The reconnection with the miracle, with the wonder, with that truth. And yes, you're right, you know, I mean, and we are so often so disconnected because of various reasons, but one of the main reason, of course, is that we come into this illusionary state of being. You know, I mean, we think a lot. We are reasoning beings. We think that's, that's perfectly fine. But we have 40 to 60,000 thoughts a day. Many are practical. And some of those thoughts, you know, they're just like wild, crazy thoughts. And it can get slippery slope. The moment that, you know, we're going to take our own thinking mind as really a reliable source of truth. I mean, the moment you're going to start thinking I'm not good enough or, you know, I'm not beautiful, whatever. It's like really, in what kind of stories are you getting yourself and what kind of thoughts do you have, what kind of toxicity your mind is producing. So Lomi Lomi has the power to get you out of those stories, to disconnect you with the stories and to disconnect you with your thinking and to reconnect you with the miracle that is. Do you know, I love that because. And it's almost as if we're hearing that Lomi Lomi, that rose through the suppression, it's cultural suppression, and has now kind of migrated into the west, into the first World, which is so disconnected, which is so riddled with self loathing and not feeling good enough. I think that, you know, 90% of our work is encouraging people to love themselves, to believe in themselves and to have a greater sense of self worth. It's almost as if that you have this mission within the context of Lomi Lomi, to reconnect people back to who they truly are. So in a wider view, we could see that we're bringing light into First World issues so that there's a greater sense of awareness about where we're all heading in a way. Yeah. You know, when I was taught my first Lumi strokes, after five minutes I started to cry and I felt like coming home. It was the answer for me on two, you know, I found it an answer on how could I bring. I mean, that love of that experience in Bali, how could I bring that love into the world? And I found it myself, a tool away. And secondly, I was so grateful for Universe that I was getting a second opportunity to follow my heart, you know, And I just like. And that love that comes with Lomi Lomi is so immense and it's just. I can't, you know, once you're called to it, you can't suppress it. And it's all what I want to do for the remainder of my life. What I want to do when we come back, back after our break in a moment, is I want to understand the purpose of Lomi Lomi in its original culture, because we've talked a lot about how good it is in the First World and I'm interested in its source and where it began. So we're going to break now for a short while, then we're going to come back. Welcome to Women's Radio Station, the voice of women worldwide. Hungry. But for now we're having a wonderful chat with Ricardo Balakhofen about Lomi Lomi. So, Ricardo, let's go back to Hawaii. We've got our hula hula skirt on. Actually, I've got to say, I watch sometimes those dances on YouTube. They are amazing. Yes, it's very, very sacred also. I mean, it's just incredible. They make it look so easy, but I'm sure it's really hard work and very exacting, very extensive training also. Yeah, I should imagine. So there we are. You know, we're out there in Hawaii and it's like paradise. It is. You know, I've never been, but I know people who have and I've seen pictures and I thought that's definitely on my book at the list. So before the break we were talking about how Lomi Lomi could be so useful in a first world environment. So that makes me wonder why and how Lomi Lomi came about in the first place in paradise. Well, you know, first of all, let me Say that there are many different lomi lomis, there are different islands and there are different lineages, styles developed over a long time. Yeah. It was even possible that the lomi lomi at the coast was a different practice than the lomi lomi at in more inwards, lent inwards, because the muscles of fishermen, they used their body in a different way and needed a different kind of work than the ones more inland. And so. And most of the time it was like the kahunas or the elders, the kapuas who were practicing it. Can I stop there? Can you just remind us what lomi lomi actually means? Yeah, well, lomi means actually massage, and lomi lomi, like double pronounced. It's more like a sacred kind of fabulous bodywork now. So, yeah, different styles and actually a part of the complete healing arts. You know, the Hawaiian healing arts contains also the herbs and the plants knowledge, but also, you know, like detoxing, sweat, lodging, the foods, the nutritions, things like that. So. And lomi lomi also has been developed over time to treat the warriors because there were sometimes fights between islands or invaders. And like, the Tahitian came to Hawaii, and with the fights, the bones were broken and the bones had to be set and things like that. So over time it was also developed to help in that perspective. So it's about making people strong. It's about me making people strong, about healing people in a very practical way. But on the other side, there are also stories that lomi lomi was applied to people in a very sacred way in temples where people received, in important transformational rit, the passage moments, a treatment that could even take days, sometimes even more than that, by different practitioners to help, for example, a couple that it was going to marry or royalty to help them to release everything what was needed to release and not served anymore. So it was, on one side very practical, and on the other side applied as a very spiritual system to help people by transformation life transformations in important life events in their life. That sounds really intriguing because again, you can see the connection between the Hawaiian need for lomi lomi and the first world. And it's this idea, again, about making people strong, making them fit, enabling them to survive the world and their environment. Well, everything. You know, I mean, that's also maybe a kind of a shamanic element. It is all about harmony and on different levels. I mean, creating harmony, maintaining harmony and restoring harmony is a big part of Hawaiian culture. You know, they also have the famous hooponopono, which is the system for Hawaiian system for forgiveness. And reconciliation, to restore, on a more meso level, the community level, to keep the balance and harmony within the community, but also, you know, on the micro, on the personal level, to restore harmony within the receiver, for example, of Lomi Lomi. So all it's about harmony. So harmony seems to be quite a theme for that particular kind of culture. And it leads me to think that those Polynesians must have been quite aggressive when they went to battle with each other. I think the idea that they must do everything with such passion. Well, the story is that the Hawaiians were actually a quite peaceful nation between the islands. There was not really a lot of problems and fights and wars, but that actually started when the Tahitians were expanding their power and their control and created conflict and war. So, yeah, so it was all about bringing things back into a sense of harmony, back to a sense of equilibrium, which I feel is central to all modalities of healing, because I think we all need healing when we've got out of balance, when we've got out of kilter, when we've been neglecting ourselves or maybe where stress has kicked in and created disharmony. Which creates a dis. Ease. Exactly. So I'm a great believer. The mind affects the body and the spirit. So it's almost as if, from my experience of Lomi Lomi is that the spirit gets nurtured, which then eases the mind, which then eases the body. Would you kind of say that that's how it works? Yeah, I mean, you know, it's of course a very holistic. And that's again, maybe even a shamanic kind of perspective or a. Or Polynesian East Asian perspective. The old cultures all have those holistic views on our being. And that's also in Lomi Lomi. So we see the human body is this complete organism of body, mind, soul, emotions, energies. And I have to say that, you know, I am practicing. I learned various Lomi Lomi styles in Hawaii, but the one I'm applying most and which is also known the most in. In. In the west is Tempo style. Lomi Lomi. It's one of the more known temple style. Yeah, it's. It's actually considered not as one of the traditional ancient ones like they are. This one, this style is developed by a native by Abram Kauai, who is Hawaii native, but who. Who with his knowledge and with his view on life and his metaphysical system, created this, this. This. This new style. And. And this style is. Is using specific techniques. Now, Lomi Lomi is. Is not really about technique. But the technique of course is still a part of it. And he, what he used, what he implemented is movement circles and figure eights. Infinity strokes, actually. So the whole treatment is constantly one rhythmic flow of infinity strokes, whether it is on your arms, on your back, on the front side. And the idea about it is that those infinity strokes will help the receiver to remember its own infinity. That's beautiful, isn't it? I love that. I was only talking about that with somebody yesterday about our journey through eternity and how we are infinite beings. So I think to be reminded of that really kind of hooks us into a sense of our own power and our own miracle. Yeah, that's exactly what happens. So what happens on the table is that, you know, what I see is that actually it's miracle work. I really have to say that. Meaning people really the moment you are able to surrender, which is of course one of those important things in life in general, but in specifically when you're going to receive bodywork, just get out of your head, send the monkey, the monkey mind away with a banana and just surrender and receive. Then if that happens, then the release is coming, the healing takes place. And healing indeed is like letting go what you don't need anymore and making that journey to that authentic truth which is that state of love and state of harmony and restore harmony and. Yeah. Well, when we come back after the next break, I'd like to talk about what can we expect from a low Meloni treatment. Thank you very much. I look forward to hearing from you. So now back to the lovely Ricardo Balakhofen. Now you're on tour here at the moment, aren't you? You're in London for a few days but you've been traveling around Europe and in fact you go all over the place, don't you? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. More and more. You know, as I told you, we have a retreat center in Spain. That's where I work. That's also where I teach. And also in different other retreat centers in Spain, it's where I work. That's also how we met. But in the winter and autumn, I'm traveling around and I'm traveling therapists. A lot of my clients in Spain are from England, so that's brought me actually to England, but also. Yeah, France and Germany, and I'm going to Norway in January also. So it's. Yeah. And then I actually, I go with the flow. So, you know, if there's anybody listening and say, I want to have that guy here and I get some people together, well, why not? You know, I can fly. Absolutely. We go where spirit sends us. Ricardo. So many times I've got on a plane myself, and I'm thinking, I've got no idea where I'm going. But you just get on it and trust. And that's the way of the world that we live in. So look, Ricardo, so I had a fabulous treatment with you. I have to say I was a little surprised at how full on it is, both in terms of how you throw yourself right into the treatment, but also how much I engage with it. Because normally when I have a treatment, it's really quite passive and you just lie there and, you know, you go through the healing treatment. You absorb the energies. But I think, if I remember rightly, we were singing our tops off during our healing session, and it felt so good to do that. So talk us through a healing treatment. What can somebody expect from a lomi Lomi healing? Well, you know, lomi lomi, the way I have been taught it, you know, that's the way I. I practice it, which is in a traditional way. Although there are different lomi lomis, some things are just in common. And one thing, Lomi lomi, and that's Auntie Margaret Machado, one of the elders, a lady who brought actually lomi lomi, also in Western world, said lomi lomi is prayer work. So. And that's where it all starts with also for me, Hawaiian chance, you know, because it is about connection and connectivity with everything. There is universal energy. Some people call it God or, you know, know. And so that's a very important one. I am talking first with my clients to, you know, I mean, we're going to make a journey. And many of my receivers say afterwards, yeah, it is a journey. It's not like a massage. It's so then we talk and when we are at ease and we also, we set an intent also often for the treatment because. Yeah, that's how it works with energy. Energy flows where tension goes. So we set the intention, then we do the prayer. And after the prayer the work starts. And the work is very intuitive. There's no sequence into it. Well, anyway, not in the style I just mentioned. That's a very intuitive flowing. It's almost like a dance. And the thing here, what happens is that you want to bypass the rational thinking mind, trick the mind so that the mind can't follow what actually happens on the table and surrenders. And like I told you before, when you surrender into the work, then the healing is able to start. Yeah, and I have all kinds of. There is all kinds of responses. People can have convulsions, people can have tremble, people burp, sigh, yawn, moan, chatter. It's all possible as a response of the work of releasing energy. I have a lot of women in my practice. The majority actually is women because I work in yoga retreats. So what does that mean? Are you inferring that only women go to yoga retreats? No. Well, the majority of where I go actually still wherever I go and practice yoga, the majority of our ladies are ladies. Okay. Yeah. So. And many of those women have trauma or sexual trauma or other kind of. I mean, there are even. There are many people anyway with trauma. It's interesting to hear you talk about sexual trauma because for me, Loma Loma was. It was really hands on. I was really surprised at how, you know, because it's skin to skin contact. And so do you find that there is a resistance from people who've had sexual trauma to the healing? Is it something that you've got to get people used to? No, I mean, you know, the reason why I think I have many people with. Or women with sexual trauma is that for some reasons they feel that safety with me as a practitioner. And I think that's a. That's probably also very much a personal thing. Yes. You know, and the type of work combined with the type of work, you know, people come to the place where they, where they are able to let go and to release and to reconnect again. And you know, trauma is very much also a biological aspect. You know, it's like if we didn't release properly our trauma energy, which we have, which we God, when the fearful event was occurred, then it can stay with us forever until that really is properly released and the body is calmed down, because that's Mainly what People who are traumatized are very fragmented and scattered around in pieces. And Lomi Lomi has the ability to bring people back in alignment, so back into that harmony. So it is for this reason, much more than a massage. It's really restoring alignment, bringing people into that wholeness. And, yeah, I have the most incredible experiences with it that people, even after one treatment in just 24 hours, sent me a WhatsApp message and said, say, you have changed my life. Well, I didn't. The work did, but. So you're facilitator for that energy. Absolutely. That's what we are, you know, all healers. You know, some. That's. That's a misconception. Healers are no fixers. Absolutely. I couldn't agree more. Yes, all healing is self healing. You know, I mean, you have to fix yourself, but healers hold space for you to help you, to guide you through that process. And there's many ways. And Lomi Lomi is one of those incredible, beautiful, powerful ways to help you come back into that alignment and wholeness. It was a gorgeous experience. It was almost luxurious because we have the beautiful music going on in the background and you can really feel the energy building up. It's almost palpable. And you really get a sense that there are spirit guardians around who are helping facilitate and hold the space. But I noticed as we went physically through the treatment that you work systematically on the legs, on the arms, even down to the fingertips and the toes. Everything, every single corner of the body gets attention. Although I have to say that precautions are taken for your privacy, shall we say? Yeah, yeah. So don't worry about that. But I felt that that was. What's so remarkable is that, you know, the head, the shoulders, the arms, the legs, the torso, the back, the belly. The belly, the toes, everything got, you know, a blast. Yeah, it's full body work. And that's also because, you know, emotions and memories are stored throughout our body, even on cellular level, in bones, in soft tissues, everywhere. It's not only in our brains, so we need to be everywhere. And during the massage, you work purely on intuition, and the intuition brings you to the places where you need to be most, you know, to release. It's very much about navigation. That's something you learn to navigate, self discovery, isn't it? I think self discovery is so important. Important. Yeah. No, no, that's, that's. That's true. So, okay, Ricardo, we're very lucky to have you in this part of the world. So how long are you in London for? Well, I'm a couple of days in London and then I'm continuing with my travel around uk, which is about five weeks. People can read my entire program on my website, which is www. Vida Vida Vida Vital with all kinds of information about my work. There's also a video presentation. I'm also on Facebook and also I am on Instagram. And if people want to start learning Lomi Lomi, that's also possible in Spain, for example, on a retreat. Yeah. You have a lovely retreat in Andalusia. Perfect place to have one so they can find out and see pictures of your retreat. Yeah. All the very best and thank you. Welcome to Women's Radio Station, the voice of women Worldwide. Hungry?
