Welcome to the Universal Soul Show. I'm Sarah Griffiths here with you for the next hour. Coming up, my wonderful guest, actor and children's author Caroline Trowbridge. If you want the perfect book to gift a child, then she has surely written it. In fact, do you know, it could have been written specifically for the show, given the kind of themes that Caroline brings through in her writing. So, really looking forward to talking to her in just a couple of moments. Of course, we're going to find out the five things that feed her soul and we're going to hear her favorite pieces of music. But first of all, a huge thank you to all of you who've reached out to myself or the show over the last few weeks on social media. These are the ways you can contact us here at the show. So via email, we're presentersomensradiostation.com on Facebook, we're the Universal Soul show and Twitter, women's radio station. I actually, it's womensradiostn oriversalsoulsh. You'd think I'd know that by now, wouldn't you? Show nine. Anyway, the second half of the show, I'll be announcing who's won the beautiful calendula and almond face oils I brought back from Croatia for you in the Best things in Life Are Free. And we're going to be sharing what our new giveaway will be. And of course, there'll be more of your five things that feed your soul. But first of all, time to introduce my guest for this week, actor, children's author and Reiki master, Caroline Trowbridge. Caroline, it's wonderful to have you here. Oh, Sarah, it's so good to be here. So good to see you. We say that because we go back quite a long way. I love the ability in this day and age to sort of be more than one thing. Yeah. So I think maybe when we first started being actors, you had to be just an actor. And it was quite a while back that we met on a production called Sense and Sensibility. Working together. When we did that, did you have any idea that you would diversify and become, you know, a children's author and a Reiki healer? Where were you at then? I suppose, like that first part in my life, I think I was probably a little bit more ego led. And I mean that in the nicest possible way as an actor and as a fellow actor that you. You're very much on that trajectory of, I need to do this. I'm going out for auditions. I don't have a committed relationship I don't have dependence and all of those sorts of things. And so you can be a bit more singular minded about your profession and your career. Absolutely. Also, I was very lucky that when I left drama school I looked a lot younger. And I say lucky because it just meant that there were availability of roles and I was fresh out of. I was a newbie and I did really well with television work and that work, baguette work. And I was just on that role. And I think, as. I think women are put in that situation where we do need to diversify. I think that what's out there for women has changed a lot over the last 15 years, and especially this last year with a lot in the press about MeToo movement, etc. Etc. But I think we were put in that situation where we had to look outside of just the profession and also because we're blessed with that wonderful thing of, you know, time clock and we want to have children. And I knew that that was important for me. So. So I think that naturally there was always going to be diversification in, in my life. And I think I always was very protective of the things that I loved doing. I loved doing astrology. I was really interested in mystical arts. And it's interesting actually, because that is the first of the five that feeds your soul. So love. So all these things that you love. Yes, exactly. So love in that sense, I think that I was always a seeker. Always. And it always stems back to love, of course. Love, physical love, love of another, love of your family, love of self, working on yourself, but essentially universal love, which is the all embodying, all encompassing love, which is, as I said, it's like you wrote this specifically for the show. Do you feel at this moment in time. Because I keep getting the feeling that more and more people are waking up to this kind of collective appreciation of this. So it is becoming more universal, this understanding of our consciousness awakening. I think so. I think we're all indelibly linked. That's the way that I've always seen it, you know, and the whole book of I am me, you are so we, which I know you've just mentioned, but the whole premise of that book essentially was me in New York looking at my two children who are fighting every single day. And this is having had your children move to New York. And is this what. So is this. So this is what prompted the writing of it. This is what prompted one of the main reasons that, you know, we. We went in our 40s, my husband and another actor, Edward Baker Dooley, who's currently in the King and I, just down the road. And he and I embarked on getting our green cards and going to New York, culminating in 2012, moving to New York with two small children. They were 4 and 6 at the time. I was always immensely admiring of that, by the way. We've sort of followed each other's lives, you know, whether you love or hate Facebook, it's allowed people like ourselves to connect. And I always thought, what a brave thing to do. But again, were following your spirit, following your. Following the spirit, following the soul, following in astrological sense. There's a kind of Uranus kind of aspect that happens in our 40s. That's why people kind of have midlife crisis or kind of go and buy a Porsche or go and do. So you do. You're more prone to. Did you do that, by the way? No, I didn't. I didn't go for the Porsche. I just thought life relocation. Yeah, exactly. So I moved to New York and, you know, a lot of pressure then as a mum with no family around me, making friends, all of that sort of stuff. And the children's attention and command upon me got more and more, and so they were kind of fighting quite a lot. And. And I think at the. Around about the same time, I. I was drawn to Reiki and became really good friends with a lady, and we both kind of got attuned at the same time. Just explain to someone listening what being attuned is. Okay, so an attunement is a bit like it's a ceremony, if you like. It's. It's a little bit more than a meditation. Something happens to you where you become attuned to a frequency. So it's energetic, it's working with energy. So I had my First Reiki Achievement Reiki 1 by an amazing author, Reiki master Brett Bevel. Check him out. Brett bevel.com. he works out of Omega Institute in. In. In New York, which is the center for Healing and Holistic Studies. And he basically gave me an attunement. And from that, you're kind of getting down into more of your core purpose, those life purpose, those reasons of why am I here, what am I here to do? And it kind of is encapsulating that stage in my life where I was thinking, well, what's more, what's out there for me? And interesting. Your second thing that feeds you. So you say freedom. So you really excited exploring in a literal and energetic sense what freedom is absolutely like. Freedom to me is everything. You know, I Covet that more than anything to be able to be free and to live freely. And that's not just about geographically where I live. Freedom of movement, but just freedom of speech, freedom of thought, having space to think, to really meditate, to have that capacity to really hone into what your true purpose is in our existence, in this. In this lifetime. And so you know how that tied back in with my book, is that the attunement bringing you back into a core purpose? I literally woke up one morning with this book in my head. Do you know, Caroline, we're going to listen to your first song now, and then we're going to talk more about the book and where people can get the book, because I really would urge people to get hold of it, have a read of it even for yourself, and then gift it to a little one. Or as I said, the perfect Christmas present. You know, if somebody wants to get really organized, we're going to listen to your first choice of song now, which is Chandelier, a song I love myself. And then we're going to be right back and talk more about Caroline's beautiful book. I am me, you, us. And we party girls don't get hurt can't feel anything when will I learn? Every little will help. Well, I'm here with Caroline Trowbridge. We've just got down from the chandeliers in the studio. Very unusual to have a radio studio with chandeliers and in Actual fact, we don't normally have them, but we requested them today so that Caroline and I could swing from them. I enjoyed that. Did you? I'm still swinging. I'm still. Could you get me down? Could you get me down, please? Caroline. Caroline, we talked about. So I Am Me, you, Us, and We. The most divine book. As I said, people can get hold of it on Amazon. Just go onto Amazon, put in the title, put in Caroline Trowbridge, and it will pop up. We were in New York, and you were saying you were feeling the need. Your children were maybe a little bit at loggerheads. Yeah. And I think there's. When, you know, with two children, you're looking at your son and you're going, you're amazing. You're incredible. I love you. How can I convey that anymore? I look at my. My daughter Iris, and I say, you're amazing. I love you. You don't need to fight. You know, like, as a parent, you want to be able to say, it's okay. I know it. I understand. I've been there. But of course, they're on their own journeys, and they have their own evolution, and that's the whole point, and that's the whole purpose. But I just wanted to have something for them to understand that love begets love, actually, that the more love that you have for self, for others, and the more love you start to see in others, and the more that you recognize love everywhere. And. And that is that kind of universal connectedness that we all tap into, and it's the feel good and the thing that makes us feel just pure bliss. And I think it's the shift, isn't it? I mean, as we've said, the complete coincidence of us both going off on our journeys, and then you come back and you've written this book about universal love, and I'm doing the radio show, the Universal Soul show, and Universal Soul Company. It's the shift for me between love is what people need to look for or just recognizing that love is what you are. Absolutely. We're all born from love. We are loved, and we go back to love. You know, it's just our pure essence. So what did you do? Sit down with a pen and say, I'm gonna write them a love letter in the form of a book. How did it happen? You know what? I literally dreamt it. I literally went to bed. I woke up in the morning, and I just had this, you know, that gut feeling. And I just literally just put pen to paper and I wrote it, and it wasn't like I had a prolific writing career prior to this. I'd written poetry and I felt compelled at times in my life to write, but it was, it was literally like that. I've written this thing and I see it all happening. I see it now in print. I see the illustration, I see the colors. Let's talk about the illustration because it's such a charming book. So Leila Eldridge. And you knew Leila before, is that right? Yes, that's right. We were at drama school together. She was a year above me at Guild hall, but even prior to that we were at Chichester College of Technology studying drama prior to that. And again, she's just a seeker and an incredible illustrator, an incredible person. She's an unschooler, so she lives. So I don't know if you know much about the unschooling movement, but she, she basically, it's self directed learning. And you know, her and her husband are incredible advocates and they've written a book called Jump Fall Fly Again available on Amazon, which is all about unschooling movement. Now I see her and she inspires me. People inspire me. And, and it's incredible when you link in and with someone who you had a connection with and you revisit and the connection's always there. And it's like us. Yeah, it's like us, isn't it, that we've had this connection all throughout, since we've known each other. But then it just intensifies when you kind of combine energies again. So did you send her what you'd written and say, draw me some pictures? Well, I am a bit of an artist myself, but I'm not an illustrator. So what's the difference, by the way? Well, an illustrator, she is amazing at. It's to do with a knowledge of how to illustrate a book and how to interpret the words. She read many books and how to interpret the words and I really had no understanding about how to work with someone. So as synchronous as these things are, Leila posted on Facebook that she was looking for more illustration work. And I went, oh, I'm connecting in. I need you to illustrate my book. And she was like, yeah, I'd love to. And it all just happened. And it was a real collaboration. As far as, you know, her color, her use of color. I had a very strong directive. I think I can direct things quite so what you want. And you know, if anyone's sitting listening to this kind of. Because obviously we're broadcasting globally, so anywhere around the world and they want to Place an order for this. It's available. It's available. Just who would you say it's for in terms of if people are going, well, what age, you know, what stage, what. Yeah, so this really, I mean, is preschool through to, you know, if you're an American system, sort of like Kate 2, that sort of stage, or up to year three, year four. Although the principles of it, of course, are, because they're universal, principles mean that they're adults. They're adults. If you're an adult that likes pictures in a book, as I do, if you're an adult who likes about sort of 12 or so words on a page, as I do, you know, or if you're an adult that's just very, very busy, it's wonderful to order it. I loved ordering and having the excuse to read it, you know, before I handed it to my, to my little boy. But everything in that book was, is considered. And that's the, that's the thing. When I wrote, when I wrote it down and I thought, how can I pare this down to its simplest form? I was trying to do, I don't know, my Paul McCartney yesterday, do you know what I mean, where he said it just came through him. There was an element of like, this was not written by me, it was written through me. And, and I, you know, had my moment where I just thought, right, well, how can I pare this down to its bare bones? And it's just about being, being loving, being universal, connecting to that life force energy. And I think, you know, looking at what children are taught in schools, or perhaps I should say not talking taught in schools, but also what children, in my experience inherently know about themselves. It only takes very little nurturing, very little opportunity for children to actually, they know this stuff already. You have been going into schools, haven't you, and doing workshops. So if people got hold of the book and loved it and then wanted you to come in again. CarolineTrobridge.com there's also a Facebook page where you can go to I am me, you, us, and we. You can ping Caroline a message and invite her to come in. So I love this, this idea of constantly seeking your second choice of music. Caroline is from you too. I mean, I can't believe 31 years ago, I still haven't found what I'm looking for. How are you feeling about your search at the moment? Where are you at? I mean, you originally asked me about diversity, diversification and everything like that. And I still feel that there's so much to, to look for to be to do. Absolutely. This is why I just love this song because it makes. It gives me hope and it's about looking forward and. And I connect to that. Wherever you are in the world, whatever anybody out there is actually looking for. Let's just take a moment. It's almost like a meditation in its own right. We've got U2 with I still Haven't Found what I'm Looking for from the album the Joshua Tree. I am glad Highest mountain I have run through the fields Only to be with you Only to be with you I have run I have grown I have scared these city walls these city walls I'll let you be with you But I still haven't found what I'm looking for But I still haven't found what I'm looking for I am kiss. But still I found what I'm looking for But I still haven't found what I. You broke. The cross. You know I believe it. But still for what I'm looking for but still. I. Sam, I just love that song. Amazing to think it was 1987, 31 years ago from the Joshua Tree album. Unbelievable. Well, actor, children's author and reiki master Caroline Trowbridge is here with me. Before the break, we heard I still haven't found what I'm looking for. Music choice from Caroline Trowbridge, who's here with me. Caroline, it's interesting, the kind of rhythm and the pace to that. You know what immediately evokes an image of in my head, you with your running. I mean, I know one of the things you picked as things that feed your soul is this running and yoga and obviously this combination with being a Reiki master. We were just talking a little bit in the break, actually, how even though, you know, energetic, spiritual, this kind of realm can often be pushed into or automatically assume that one has to then meditate, one has to do yoga. You've always been very disciplined with that. But we were also saying how people find their own poison, as it were, in terms of what they do as a spiritual practice or what they do that makes them connect. How is it running and yoga has always done that for you? I think it's because you're breathing in and you're breathing out. Simple as that. And you're putting one foot in front of the other. Pretty good. Pretty good reason. Unless you're doing a downward dog, then you're not. Aren't your feet beside each other in a downward dog? And do you woof or not? No. Stretching is just like. That's when I feel Like I can, I can, you know, when your body can do like. And I can stretch and obviously, you know, that's the challenge, isn't it? As, as we're growing and older and our bodies do age, but also the physical flexibility. Because I don't know about you, but I always think the whole purpose, if there is a purpose of developing ourselves and, and following our journeys towards spirituality. I know some people hate the word journey, but, you know, whatever it is is surely it's not that you are going to become immune to challenges of life and issues when they come up. It's that hopefully you have some slightly more flexibility or plasticity when these issues show up. So in a way that's what we're doing literally with our bodies through things like yoga. But then hopefully we can do it mentally and emotionally when issues come up. Absolutely. I think the flexibility of the body, the mind, the spirit, it's about being adaptable. That's what we are as human beings, isn't it? The survival of the fittest and that the only the people that are the most adaptable are the ones that survive. And I think being flexible sort of echoes that in a physical format. And running is just something that we. You know, my favourite thing to do when I'm running is to just discover new. I remember going to the Edinburgh Festival and just running around Edinburgh when everybody else was sort of like eking out and staying out late, but just being able to finding the best bar, finding the best restaurants, running down do, you know, but following you on Facebook and it is interesting, you know, I said I admired you doing this kind of move, you know, with husband and children to New York. But again, I was amazed. You know, it's taken me years and I still haven't found anywhere to run or you know, a charity run in my neighborhood and you were suddenly doing them in New York, posting pictures. But you just need to do it, don't you? Yeah, I just need to do it. And I think that the. Listen within that there's days when you fall off the wagon and you just don't. And that's okay. You keep on keeping on, you be kind to yourself. I think that's the thing. It's just sometimes if. Just be honest, just be honest in that present moment, you do. At the moment I'm not currently running and I'm having to do that whole thing of negotiate. How does somebody who's run a couple of marathons, you know, just put on, lace up the trainers and just get out the door and that's just life, isn't it? Absolutely such a metaphor for no matter what it is, but the guilt is the killer. Don't give yourself the guilt, as you say, just move on. Water is also something I love that you pick that feeds your soul. In what form? In all forms. Just drinking water. I like running by water. I live by the sea down in Hampshire on the south coast. I like it would be my view, my view of water. I like the sound of water. I like to feel. I like bars. I love showers. I just feel that purification on all levels. I love how when we've been talking about energy affecting it, I was always really interested. Masaru Emoto, you know, the Japanese chap, Do you know about him? He believes basically that human consciousness has an effect on the molecular structure of water. So he's no longer with us. He was an author and an entrepreneur and he wrote an amazing book called Messages from Water. And he took photographs of how emotions or energy affected water and froze it so you would see them in the ice crystals and you see the most incredible shapes really worth looking at. If anybody's into messages from Water, I think it was called talking about the personal development that we've talked about a lot during the show. I know you've been very inspired by the likes of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Oprah, Louise Hay. What is it specifically in them as people or their messages? And when did you first connect to their writing or them? Probably like wayne Dyer, probably 10 years, I suppose. My sister's, I would say, probably introduced me into his writings. And I love listening to his podcasts. I mean, something about just listening to someone who just speaks truth and. And is real and doesn't sort of flounce up spirituality in a way. You can just tell it as it is and just live it. And I'm not saying, you know, we're meeting a man or listening to a man, he's sadly no longer with us, but, you know, it was his life quest and he was an academic and all of these sorts of things. But, you know, is well documented his troubles in his life. And, you know, you're right. Rather than that, I. I think one of the reasons the Universal Soul Company was sort of coming through was this. This idea of rather than spirituality being a flight to the mystic, it's how do we use it in an integrated fashion here on the ground as spiritual beings having a physical moment, maybe, you know, rather than physical beings having a spiritual moment and how we can actually use it to help us. I remember doing shows actually with Wayne at QVC he would come on and do an hour long show and you know, family issues, children issues, all the things that all of us deal with all the time. But using the things he learned to actually help his experience while he was here. Yeah, I mean, and, and that's the thing that I resonate to most is that like as a mum, to be told and to be reminded of the fact you don't own your children, you know, they are evolving spiritual beings, you know. And I felt that very intrinsically from becoming a parent. You know, I remember like that, that sobbing of knowing that they didn't belong to me anymore once I'd given birth. It was that feeling of like anyone can look after the children, you know, but you know, they teach you every day. Absolutely. And that's the thing. It's that they're in some ways so much more evolved in a way and that it's what we do to them. It's so interesting, isn't it? Trying not to shut them down, actually, because of what happens as you get older. But as you say, if you can capture the essence which children seem to be connected to, their connection to source early and leave it there. And I do think just going back to your book, you know, that is what your book does so beautifully. It, you know, it really allows them. I think they know that book when you read it to them. It's like you're reading when I read it to my little boy and then you heard him read it in actual fact, you know, they know that stuff as they say it and you can just see them almost sort of. Yeah, they're just very in themselves and in their bodies when they recognize it. Absolutely. And I think that it is bringing back to self. I think that's what my hope would be for people reading both that book and Shooting Star, which was the second book that I had written as well, is that they're connected to something that is within themselves, the essence that is within themselves and that they know it to be a truth. Well, the winner of last week's giveaway, which of course was the beautiful skin softening and nourishing almond oil, so great for really dehydrated and sensitive skins. And also we've got the gentle calendula oil, also great for sensitive skins, I think. Really good at this time of year maybe, as we're moving from the summer into the autumn months, just to add some real nourishment to the skin. Well, the winner is, I'm delighted to say, Steph Denny. Steph liked the post about the oils. I posted a picture there as usual, and I know listens to the show when she can. So huge congratulations, Steph. I'll get those in the post to you if you just send me a direct message with your address. I'll get those to you as soon as I possibly can. By the way, I happen to know, and Steph didn't ask me to say this because of course she didn't know she was going to win, that Steph is an amazing virtual PA admin person, so I just wanted to give her a little plug if anybody there has a business or they're looking to have someone work with them remotely. Steph is absolutely superb. She's got incredible references, amazingly organized, just incredible at getting things up and running and streamlined. So I know at the moment she's looking at potentially adding some new contracts. So send me a message here at the show in all of the usual ways and I can put you in touch with Steph to hear more. Now let's move on to this week's giveaway. As I mentioned a little bit earlier, my guest this week, the lovely Caroline Trowbridge, author of I Am Me, you, Us and we and Shooting Star, has gifted us signed copies of her book. If I can, if I find out who you'd like them dedicated to, I'll see if I can even get Caroline to dedicate them to somebody. But maybe perfect to stash away, dare I say it, as a Christmas present. I can't believe I've said that. I wasn't going to say that today, but now I've said it. Or perhaps just a gift to a little person in your life, as always, to be in with a chance of winning. You can just get in touch with the show in whatever way works for you best. There'll be pictures of the books on social media soon, so you can either like one of those posts or as always, you can send in more of the five things that feed your soul, which I love being able to read out here on the show. So the usual ways to get in touch with me. Presenterswomensradiostation.com if you just put the show name. So the Universal Soul show in the subject. That's helpful. Facebook. We are the Universal Soul Show. Or on Twitter universalsoulsh or womensradiostn, of course. Also, if you feel you have something that you'd like to gift us as a giveaway, please also feel free to get in touch. We've had lots of very generous things gifted in the past. We've had flowers and chocolates and theatre tickets, luxury beauty products and treatments and champagne even. Talking of which, I just wanted to share with you, actually, as the summer draws to a close and we're looking forward to the autumn favourite place of mine actually, over the summer that I've enjoyed hugely, that's definitely fed my soul and more quite literally is a place called Manicomio. I just wanted to share it with you if you happen to be amongst our London listeners. Obviously we're broadcasting globally, in which case, wherever you are around the world, it's a hot tip if you're ever visiting, so just jot it down for the future, perhaps. But if you're in London, it's a real gem and one of my real favorite places that definitely warms the soul. So it's actually located in Duke of York Square, which is off the King's Road in Chelsea, really close to the Saatchi Gallery. Manicomio, I recently discovered, means madhouse in Italian. Now they tell me. I knew there was some reason why I was drawn there. Anyway, it's got just fantastic atmosphere to it, gorgeous cocktails with a fabulous half price. Happy hour from 5 till 7. So perhaps if you're heading from the Saatchi Gallery, or maybe you're going to the Royal Court Theatre. God, I'm sounding like a travel agent. Nice suggestion to combine it, but it just has quite simply the best Italian food in town. My favourite dish, I've got to say, is the lobster linguine. Tiramisu is to die for. And also if it's the other end of the day that you're looking for, a good stop off the cafe next door, which is also Manacomio, serves literally the best breakfast in London, with the most amazing eggs from Italy. Either that or they've got Italian chickens that lay them here, I'm not quite sure. Anyway, to be found out. Staff are fabulous and I know it's all thanks to the man at the top, A nice man you couldn't hope to meet. Kind of. I like to think of him as a sort of celebrity restaurant manager. He's called Michael Mayhew. I often go There just to spot him. I know a lot of other people do as well. It's a very rare sport, Michael Mayhew spotting. But, yeah, fabulous, fabulous pace, great staff, really looked after. So do check it out. Perfect as the evening's draw in because there are heaters on the terrace and then beautifully cosy inside. So Sloane Square tube, Duke of York Square by the Saatchi Gallery. Do you know, I've even got a phone number, 020-773-0336. So if you'd like to book a table or just pop in and have a drink, that's the place to head to. Now, moving on, let's have some more of the five things that feed your soul. Natalie Durkin says gravy, Lindy hop, which I didn't know what it was. Apparently it's swing dancing. Very catchy and she loves it. And we've got musical theatre. Her nephew Harry, who's 10 years old. So hi to Harry, if you're listening. And the north of England, which we love. Natalie has her own radio show here on women's radio station, and she's often my engineer and does a brilliant job, I have to say. So big thumbs up to Natalie. Lovely Emily Lander in Australia. Hello, my friends. So amazing to get your messages from all around the world. Really makes the world feel like a much smaller place. Cockatoos and rosellas squawking very loudly. The guy next door firing up his motorbike at 6am every day. Not sure if that's sent with a little bit of irony. Kangaroos bounding by as you wait by the bus stop. Certainly doesn't happen in Chelsea. And she's got the Sun. Special mention for Eamon Clark here in the uk, who sent his in. He says, here are some of the things that remind me that life is sweet and they're really beautiful. We've got waves breaking on a sandy beach, the touch of her skin on my fingertips, a good night kiss, that sparkle in her eye and the wind in my hair. Really gorgeous. Well, a huge thanks as we come to almost the end of the show to Caroline Trowbridge, who was my guest this week. Remember, if you'd like a copy of either of her books, I am me, you, us and we, or Shooting Star, you can get them on Amazon. The main theme of the books, of course, being love. So I was just having a little look through some of the quotes and readings that I often keep, and some of the thoughts that I found about love, which I absolutely love, came from Neale Donald Walsh, actually. And I think it's a really good reminder. Contrary to what we often think, love is not what we want, it's what we are. And I think it's very important not to get these two confused. So if you think that love is what you want, all you do is go searching for it all over the place. If you think love is what you are, you'll go sharing it all over the place. The second approach will cause you to find what the searching will never reveal. And yet you cannot give love in order to get it. Doing that is as much as saying you don't already have it. And then that statement will of course be your reality. No, you must give love simply because you have it to give. So in doing this, you will experience your own possession of it. Thanks again to Caroline Trowbridge. Thank you most of all to you. Wherever you are in the world, whatever time of day or night it might be that you're listening to this for your time. Time without doubt, whether it's to our friends or family or our children, one of the most precious things we can gift anyone. I wish you all a wonderful week and we'll be back with another show very soon. Until then, much love and bye for now. Those days are gone now the memories on the wall I hear the songs from the places where I was born. Upon that hill across the blue lake that's where I had my first heartbreak I still remember how how it all change My father said don't you worry don't you worry, child she ever got a plan for you don't you worry don't you worry now yeah, There was a time I met a girl of a different kind.
