And today we have a very, very special guest. We have Doug Gordon, and he is actually incredible. He's— his journey started with, um, some health issues that he was having, which I'm sure he'll be sharing with us. And he's now gone on to be one of the best healers and an amazing, inspiring speaker on stages and a fellow radio presenter. So I'm very honored to have him on today. Doug, welcome to the show. Aídean, thank you so much for having me on. It's nice to see you, literally. Absolutely. Absolutely. So how are things today? You're based over in the gorgeous Emerald Isles in Ireland, which is lovely. But it's nice chatting to you over the seas via Wi-Fi, the wonders of technology, which is brilliant. And thank you for coming. Now, when I chatted to you briefly the other day, you, you was telling me that your journey started because you had some health conditions and that led you on to being a healer. Do you want to tell us a little bit about that and share that story? Of course, yeah. So firstly, thank you for having me on. I lived in London myself for many years. I was working in the financial world there, in the investment world, selling basically mutual and hedge funds to B2B, to some of one of the biggest banks in the world. During that time period, obviously, you remember 2008, which is quite a tough time for many people. There's a lot of people who laid off. As our company had, we had to do the same thing because we lost billions basically. In fact, we lost, in our hedge fund side, we lost $3.3 billion in the space of about 6 months. That was probably the most profitable side of our business. At that point, I became very stressed because not only because my own stress, but because I cared about the people I worked with and I was watching friends of mine having to pack up boxes and walk out of the office. So at that point, I ended up getting really stressed. Ailment after ailment, doctor after doctor, specialist after specialist, two operations that went wrong, three years of chronic pain. Sometimes I was waking up 10 times in the night. And then after that, when I thought nothing could get any worse, I ended up catching the norovirus, which is a stomach bomb, basically. And linked with the digestive-oriented issues that I had, it wasn't a good thing to have. So after 10 days of serious dehydration, electrolytes down to virtually zero, there was heart issues, and an ambulance was called. In the ambulance, ECG set off, blood pressure doubled, rushed into A&E, rushed down to X-ray. And on the way down to X-ray, I died. And I was encapsulated in this amazing feeling of love, energy, connection, nothing like I'd ever felt before. But I was getting a massive wake-up call. So when I came back at that point, then that was the time when I started to pivot and I started— I wanted to heal myself. So you, you literally died just before we— because I'm just going to pull back to that because you, you actually literally died and you felt that you were surrounded by love. That's one of those experiences that you hear that people have, but I've never actually met someone in person— in person— who's had all those experiences. This is quite exciting. Yeah, carry on. Sorry. Yeah, so I had a near-death experience, exactly. So, uh, and, and at that point, having come back from that near-death experience, I decided, one, I wanted to change my life to not have these health issues, but I also wanted to give back. And the first thing I did in terms of giving back was I went and did something called the Alpha Course, which is a spiritual religious course with the church because I heard Bear Grylls had done it, so I thought it was good enough for Bear Grylls, it's probably good enough for me. But when I arrived there— Did you have to climb a mountain to do it though? Did you have to survive an island? I've climbed many a mountain, but not just because of that, no. And actually, yeah, so actually one of my best friends is Pat Falvey, who's been on my radio show. He's climbed, I think he's done the Seven Summits of the World twice, including Everest from both sides. So no, I love mountaineering, but no, I didn't have to do that. But what I realized is when I went to that course, I thought it was a beautiful thing, but I also felt that, that religions are beautiful in all their own right, but they're like rivers to the sea, the sea being God, universal energy, or the subconscious, whatever you believe in. And I truly believe that they're all a beautiful route, but it's all about just getting to that sea and whatever that is in terms of connecting to your heart, even if that's the way you need to go. So anyway, I became more spiritual rather than religious. Got into healing, became a master teacher healer of 5 modalities of healing, uh, discovered I actually had a healing ability anyway as well, and then healed myself first and then started healing other people. I had some miracle healings and yeah, the healing— How did you heal yourself and what is the healing ability that you just mentioned? Well, so most of my ailments came from stress. And if you think about what is stress, stress is when you take something and you bend it out of shape. Or let's face it, when you have an injury in terms of if it was a sports injury, every single cell in your body is connected through energy and that energy vibrates as we know. Let's face it, even a block of lead has atoms with neutrons, electrons, and protons racing around at light speed. So there's energy within even that vibrating. So when we know that in the scientific point of view, when you get a slice, dice, bang, you get a knock that knocks that energy out of sync. So the vibration there sends a vibration that pain there up to your brain and back to the area. So when you get stressed over a long period of time, that stress can cause disharmony within the body and can cause dis-ease within the body. So that's why it's so important to make sure that you are in the best possible state. So yeah, so why did I want to heal myself and how did I do it? Well, I believe that energetically, the physical, the mental, the emotional, and even the spiritual are all interconnected. You know, the physical is all about body. So it's all about nutrition, exercise, proper rest, and working on those individually to make sure you get yourself in the best physical state, but also mentally and emotionally. You know, we need to work on our emotional intelligence, self-love, self-confidence, so that we are aware of the triggers, the traumas, the parental programs that we're playing so that we can create win-win interactions of life, including with our own self, as well as the other people around us. Because let's face it, you know, you can— they say as a kid, you know, sticks and stones may break your bones, but names will never hurt you. That's a load of rubbish because— I think it wounds deeper than a cut will heal, but a wound internally is much, much harder to heal. Yeah, and you know, as kids, you know, like, you know, I've got a daughter and a son, and you know, if they are spoken to in a bad way by their, you know, their peers in school, they feel it and they get upset and they come and tell you, oh, so-and-so said this and so-and-so said that, and it hurts them internally and it hurts, gives them stomach issues, whatever it might be. And that's why it's so important to make sure that you manage your emotions and manage your thoughts and manage your habits and behaviors and feelings so that you get into the best possible state and react in the right way. And that way it'll have the intertwining effect positively on your physical body as well as your mental body and your emotional body as well. Yeah, I really agree with that. I've had some quite stressful things go on in my life in the last decade, and I've got quite ill as a result of that. Like, my immune system definitely was impaired, and I just kept getting ill and couldn't really recover. I'd, you know, accidents, literal physical accidents, loss of parents, loss of children, people, things in my life, and loss of being able to walk when I couldn't walk after my accident. And also loss of losing my living and my body, because I was always a model in shape. And when you can't walk for a year and a half, you kind of, you know, you lose your body and all of that. It was like the grief of all those things coming together, and I kept getting really ill, and I couldn't wonder why. It's definitely stress. Definitely impacts me in that way, and I think anyone else. That's why they call it the silent killer. That's why I think people learning about how to heal themselves and heal their body and deal with that is essential. So I'm really excited to hear what you've got to share today about this. Yes, absolutely. Well, we've been in a pandemic over the last 2 and a half years, whatever, and you know, the biggest pandemic I think really is mental wellness issues. And I think it's now time for us to wake up, whether it be in the office or at home in terms of life, to be able to get ourselves into the best mental and emotional state so that we can be the best versions of ourselves. And, you know, it is very much intertwined, as you said, into the physical side of things as well. So what did you actually do? See, you went on your healing journey. What did you actually do to heal yourself? Was it mindset stuff? Was it visualization? Are you physically— you a physical healer, like it comes through your hands, like Reiki? Yeah, well, a bit of that. So, like, and people might understand, you know, does Reiki and, you know, these healing techniques, do they sound a bit woo-woo? Well, Let's face it, right? I'm speaking to you and the energy of my voice is going into the computer, up to the satellite, down into your computer and into your ear. So there's a vibration of energy going all around us. And there's 9— I think there's 8 billion people on the planet, there's 5 billion phones or devices going at any one time. So that means that there's energy vibration sound waves all around us, right? So if you think about it, there's a kind of like an energy that we can hone into and people can walk into a room and feel that people have had an argument and feel that tension and want to walk out. And we can think about some that we know, and then next day we might meet them or hear from them or something like that. So there is something there, it's quite obvious. We've all experienced it in some way or form, whether you think it's woo-woo or not, it's fact. I think people also experience, like, you'll speak to some people and you'll feel energized afterwards, and you'll speak to other people and you feel drained. And that's also an energy exchange. That's maybe the people that are not used to this kind of stuff, that could be a way that you could understand that. So you're like, oh yeah, when I speak to so-and-so I'm always really happy after, and the other person, I'm drained. And that's, you know, that's a good sort of parameter of measuring energy with other people, I think. 100%, Janine. I mean, let's face it, you know, I think quite a lot of people sometimes when they go to big supermarkets and their auras brushing off other people's auras, they can come back feeling a bit drained. Or, you know, when I go to a conference, I'm speaking on stage, uh, in the old days when I didn't know how to ground myself and protect my energy, I would come off a bit drained afterwards because people are trying to like really grasp your energy as such. So it's really important to make sure you protect that. So how does the healing work, as you asked? Well, as I said earlier on, if there's a slice, dice, or even stress, whatever, and there's vibration within the body that causes pain or disease or whatever it might be, and all I'll do is just basically hone into the universal energy around us, whatever, bring energy into me, into my heart, send it love energy, and then put it into the other person to resync the vibration that's out of sync back into sync. And you know, there's a lot of Asian people from years have been talking about chakras and yoga and mindfulness and, you know, basically balance balancing those chakra, those energy points within, to align the energy back in and allow the body to actually self-heal. Um, because what I— I don't think I actually heal anybody. I think all I do is I utilize energy frequencies outside of me, bring them in, and help realign energy within the body to allow people to self-heal themselves. And sometimes it can be instantaneous. Um, I was talking to a CEO who's going to send me actually a testimony. I did a healing on his knee and he was told by a doctor he'd never run again, basically. And he's done 2 marathons since the healing. Wow, that's incredible! A marathon as well, no less. Yeah, yeah, you know, and, and I've had other people with similar types of things. I had an international rugby player who was told he'd be out for 4 weeks because he had a knee injury. I did a healing on him, he's back the next week. And, you know, so these things can happen instantaneously. Or like, for example, I had someone else who was having serious migraines. She was 18 years of age. She came to me and I said to her a week later, has it helped migraines? She said no. And then about a month and a half later, I met her and I said, how are you? Oh, Jamie, I forgot to call you. My migraines are gone. You know, it took 3 or 4 weeks. So because it's not just me, it's— I'm not the— I'm just the conduit. But I think when you work on yourself and you're in a good state and your vibration at the best state, then you can channel that energy into the other person at a cleaner bit. It's a bit like, you know, when you pour a pint of Guinness and sometimes if the pipes aren't so clean, it doesn't taste quite as nice. But if you clean those pipes out, so if you work on yourself and get yourself into the highest vibe, then you're going to bring in a positive vibe. It's like, you know what, if you get a high vibe person who walks into the room, you can sometimes feel their energy, right? Yeah. And it lifts the whole room, doesn't it? You're like, woo! That's just energy. And so it's all about that, really. It's all about bringing high vibe love energy into someone else, helping them to self-heal, bringing them into the right path. And you know what, sometimes people have said to me, is it the placebo effect? And I've said, well, some of it is, yes, because we all have the ability within us to heal ourselves if we want to. But sometimes people almost get attached to these things, or they sabotage themselves by the words they say and the thoughts they have and create something within their body. I truly believe that, you know, everything in life is energy. Thoughts is energy, speech is energy. Thoughts lead to speech, speech leads to actions, actions lead to habits, and habits leads to destiny. Start with a positive thought, you'll have a positive destiny. But I also believe that sometimes the sentences we say to ourselves and others can be the sentences we condemn ourselves and others to. So be very careful what comes out of this mouth to create what you want rather than what you don't want. Yeah, I'd agree with that. Anything we speak, we then log that in our subconscious mind. And our subconscious mind then, it's like a little computer. It's like we're loading that into the software that's then running the show. And if we believe that, like if we believe that we're not good enough or we're not capable, suddenly we start not being that. Or we believe we're getting too old and too tired to do stuff, suddenly our body will start reflecting that. And whereas if we think that we're young and vibrant, or we are capable and we are confident, and we are healthy, that our body starts to react in that way as well. So I 100% believe in that. So, woo-hoo! Exciting! I've got some stories I can share, Janine. So when I was 16 years of age, my mother used to say to me, Douglas, make sure you put a coat on before you go outside, otherwise you might catch pneumonia. Well, I used to say the same thing, but not Douglas. Well, I ended up getting pneumonia, and then Told me I was a pain in the arse. I had 2 operations there, and he told I was a pain in the back. I cracked my vertebrae playing rugby. And actually, I remember I got engaged to a girl a few years ago, and at the time I went out and bought a ring, and my mum called me and she said, did you get the ring? I said, yes, Mum. I said, but I wish she didn't have that middle finger ring, because she had a family emblem ring on her middle finger, because it's gonna like make my ring not look as good. So anyway, I said that at a place of love, got home, saw my ex-girlfriend now but saw her there. And funnily enough, she got a rash underneath that middle finger ring, had to take it off within about an hour. And then the next day I proposed to her. And why I'm telling you this is that I truly believe that when you're connected, when you're meditating, when you're mindful, when you're a kind person, and when you're coming from that high vibe, that vibration of emotion and love, it's amazing what you can create in your life through the words that you say and the thoughts that you have. So be very, very careful and create what you want rather than what you don't want. I agree with that. I think there's a part you can do that positively or negatively. I was away with a now ex-boyfriend at the time. We were in Ibiza and we were out on a boat, went for a swim in the sea, and for some reason we were talking about jellyfish. I said, I've never seen a jellyfish or ever been stung by one. We went for a swim in the sea and I got stung by a jellyfish and I was like, just very calmly, just get me back to the boat. I've just been stung. And I just slowly swam back and I was like, oh my God, I totally just made that happen. Thank goodness I didn't ask for sharks. I was in Ibiza last month with my kids and I got stung by a jellyfish as well, so there you go. Maybe it was the same one. There was hundreds. But I think that's true. I think you can, um, I don't know, I've thought about people and places. You said before you think about someone and they come in, and you think about someone and they call you, I'm 100% on that. And it's like, we're all weirdly connected. And I've thought about people from my past and they'll just pop into my head and I'll literally, they'll get in touch with me on social media or I'll see them. And that's definitely, definitely happened. So I think I'm very excited about this conversation. So yeah, go for it. So you started to heal yourself and what started to happen in your life after you started to heal? What was the impact for you? Well, what happened actually was there was a lot of change in a lot of different ways. For a start, I suddenly realized that there's more to life than just making money. So, um, I was actually, you know, I'm not just a healer now. I— the healing turned into life coaching because of the mind-body connection, but also in the life coaching went into business coaching because actually, you know, it's very important for a business person to energetically get into the best possible state. And if you think about it, I— people say, what do I do? Because I've got this Buddha side and this business side. And actually, I say everything is around an energy center because I teach people to communicate, I teach people sales, marketing, PR, media, and all of that is the communication energy of speech and connecting with other people in a positive way. Leadership is about bringing people together, different energies collaborating together towards collective goals to create the vision that you want in your business. So, and then if it is healing, then obviously the healing energy of helping people, because quite often, you know, people can just pick up crap from those negative people. And sometimes, because they're that shining light within the organization, sometimes this stuff comes and latches on on. It just needs to be cleared off. And I'm very good at doing that, you know, in terms of clearing the crap off people so that they can get into the best possible state. And I do that all the time. So, so what did I have to do? Well, I had to change firstly in terms of— I did have some physical ailments, so I had to change those. And that works through energy healing, but also it is about mind, body, and soul. The soul part is the energy healing bit, but also you add in meditation. Meditation is so powerful because it gets yourself to get into your heart self rather than your head self. Because when you're in your head self, you're in your ego self, which is edging God out in terms of an acronym. When you're in your heart self, you're in your higher place. And when you come from that higher place, you come from a place of love. And if you come from a place of love, you generally feel good in everything you do. But if you also kind of reframe everything that happens to you, as in the hardships of life are there to help you to learn, to grow, to evolve, become a better version of yourself, and then you can look at everything all this crap. And when something happens and you're having an interaction with someone, you're going, why on earth is this going on? Oh my God, woe is me. You can reframe it to it saying to yourself, okay, why is this person come into my field of energy? What am I learning? What's reflecting back? And how can I utilize what's reflecting back to help others and myself to grow and glow through in the future in some way or form? And that is a game changer, because when you take life and and change the game of life into a game and understand, in my viewpoint, we come down to this planet to learn, to grow, to evolve, become better versions of ourselves, and take what we learn then to help other people in some way or form. So turn your mess into a message and give it meaning. Uh, it really reframes everything in life because it gives you a sense of purpose and makes you realize actually all this crap that I went through has been a gift because I've been able to help other people. And one of the greatest gifts you can do is when you help other people, it's a gift to yourself because you get this sense of contentment. And I can tell you, people talk about self-love all the time. Well, that isn't about pampering yourself. If you come home and you've helped 100 million people, or like I did, 1,000 people in terms of mental wellness issue, you'll look at yourself in the mirror and go, I'm a pretty good person. And by that, then you create self-love for yourself. So that's why I think it's so important. But you— it is very important to heal yourself first. So is mind-bodying. So the soul stuff is meditation. Meditation connects your heart self. Reduce stress to increase energy for life, but also visualizing yourself in a happy state, visualizing what you want in life, visualizing good health. If you've got some kind of ailment, visualizing that area. And I truly believe that all your, all your cells have a consciousness and all of them think for themselves. And sometimes if we eat badly, you know, that can affect our stomachs, can affect our intestines. But if you send love to that area and focus on that area with a sense of love, it's amazing how you can change it and heal it very, very quickly. So That was one side, the meditation side. The other was the nutrition side. So I made sure that I— I used to be a bit of a big drinker. I was a very good sportsman. I used to go out with the lads after the games and, you know, we used to have some fun. I reduced that completely down. So, you know, that was a big change for me. My nutrition, I used to eat a lot of red meat. I took that out. Red meat takes a lot to digest within your body, right? And this, this big tube that goes from your mouth to your bum is one of the longest tubes of muscles, that need energy to produce, digest, and excrete. So based on that premise, that energy could be used for healing on your immune system. So it's so important to make sure that you have an easy digestion. So I changed my diet to make things softer foods, easier foods to digest and everything like that, and made sure I reduced gluten. I used to reduce wheat, I reduced dairy, and focused on eating a lot more vegetables and fruit and everything like that. To improve my diet, and that was a game changer as well. I mean, I know a lot of people who have had stage 4 cancer, been told their game is up, and they've suddenly become vegan or changed their diet, and then suddenly they've changed their whole life and turned it around as well. And so they've allowed their body the energy to heal itself, basically. Yeah, absolutely, absolutely. And they've changed their diet because I truly, you know, they say a lot about genetics and everything like that, Well, what about epigenetics? Genetics? Yeah, epigenetics comes out. The reason why they talk about genetics, like, because generally you eat what your parents say and what their grand— and your grandparents say and great-grandparents. But if you change that, consciously change that, the cells that you have regenerate all the time. You know, your skin cells are changing every day. You know, you sweep them up every, every week, but also your organ cells change. So they say over, I think it's a 7-year period, your entire body can change mostly. So based on that premise, it's very important to make sure that we're consistently putting the right food to create those new cells into our body, not eating crap all the time. So that's something that I did consciously, and I'm very good at eating in a very conscious manner. Obviously, now and again I do have the odd thing. I like the odd glass of wine, and I like the odd, you know, maybe dairy-free ice cream or something like that, but not, you know, every day and not— and quite seldom. So that was another thing. But then the mindset stuff as well is so important. So I had a look at all my triggers, my traumas, and my parental programs that I was playing. And you can do this, right? So for anyone in the audience who's listening, write down all your self-aware flaws, triggers, traumas, parental programs, things that you know that don't serve you, like not actively listening enough, not feeling worthy of love, whatever it might be. You know them, you know, it could be materialistic, egotistical. Write them down. What doesn't serve you? You. Then choose 5 people in your life, and maybe choose a mother or father because you tend to model them in the first 7 years of your life, and write down all the traits of those you don't like, or you can see doesn't serve them in some way or form. And then once you've done that, have a look at all their traits, those 5 people, and see if there's any commonality between 2 of them. And if there is, own it, because as I said, the people that come into your life generally mirror back areas that need to self-improve on yourself. And then finally, ask a friend, like in Who Wants to Be a Millionaire, phone a friend and say to them, I'm doing this ego exercise to self-improve. I'd love you you to tell me everything that you don't like about me or you think I could self-improve on. I'll take my ego out of it, look back in as the observer, and I'll use the exercise, and I'll be so grateful if you're truly honest with me. And then when you do it— I'll take a 50/50 on that. How honest do you want me to be? Absolutely. And then once you've done that, then you've got a comprehensive list of, you know, phone a friend, mirrored, and self-aware viewpoints of where you can self- improve. And when you've got this list, like with Alcoholics Anonymous, find a friend, find a coach, find someone. I do this all the time with people. Find somebody you can sit there and actually voice it out loud. So have that list, put your hand on your heart, and say, voice that out. So, at times I don't listen to people, but I'm willing to change. At times I'm egotistical, but I'm willing to change. And when you've gone through those with absolute passion, rip that piece of paper up, blow it up, burn it, put it down the toilet, whatever you need to do to see that energy dissipate. And then rewrite the list in I am positive opposites. And that way, then say them out loud for 21 days minimum, preferably 60 days, to— in order to implement and seed the subconscious to create neuroplasticity within the brain. Very powerful, done loads of times, many clients, and it really works. The reason why you have to do it with somebody else is, one, it shows accountability, two, it shows awareness, and three, it shows acceptance these things are in you as well. Because without awareness, you can't change. Without acceptance, you can't change. And sometimes it's good to have accountability in order to change as well. And also, sometimes we can't actually see our own faults, or we're too scared to see that within us because we think that we're wrong or broken in some way, whereas everyone has all human traits. And we all have— if people want to label good and bad, I don't think there is any good and bad, there's just learning. But sometimes we don't want to see that in ourselves because we're scared, because we think we might end up being rejected or lead to a loss of love or something. But so to bring someone else person that, you know, you trust, get their opinion, I think is really powerful as well. 100% agree. And just remember, you know, when you point the finger, there's 3 pointing back at you. So the only person that you can change is your own self. And quite often, I do a lot of relationship coaching and board confrontation, uh, discussions to help people in business, and quite often people come up to me and said, oh, my boss, or my ex-partner, they're a right narcissist. Maybe they are, but sometimes I think that word is overused. And I think, you know, in an acronym, I have an acronym for narcissists, which is Neglected Awareness Reflecting Conditionings in Suppressed Self Instigating Soul Transition. And what I mean by that is sometimes the hardest people that come into our lives, the ones that really wind us up the most, can be the ones that actually help release those suppressed emotions through trauma, through childhood, in order to help you grow. Or they help you to deal with these terrible people so that you can be more emotionally intelligent in the future as well. Either way. Yeah, I love that. I love that acronym. That's fantastic. Um, yeah, and I think, yeah, I think narcissism is being thrown around quite a lot at the minute. There's a lot of stuff on that when— yeah, and I think we've all encountered someone who we may believe could be a narcissist. Maybe they are, maybe they're not. So I think that's really powerful to sort of see that everyone is going on their journey. And I guess that they're doing— whether they be they're not, they're doing the best that they can. And I've definitely encountered some people that have that possibly narcissist traits, but the pain that I've been through, through having the relationships and interactions with them has definitely made me grow and evolve. And as painful as it was, I've come through the other side stronger, more connected to myself, deeper, and releasing trauma from my body that has been created years and years ago. So I'm always really thankful for those interactions. And I think the more painful the interaction, the bigger the learning as well, and the more you evolve from it. So yeah, I think that's lovely. And actually recognizing that, Janine, is a way of self-love. Because if you say to yourself, okay— and I actually said this to a psychologist one time, I said, am I a narcissist? And she said a narcissist would never— I questioned if I was as well. I did the whole thing online. There's like a questionnaire you can do. I was like— I did as well because I looked at the traits of a narcissist and one of them is that they like to be center of attention. I like being on stage and, you know, and stuff like that. But the psychologist said to me, a narcissist would never ask if they're a narcissist because generally they don't like looking at the imperfections and they try and ignore them. And that's why they never self-improve. But if you are looking at your imperfections and remembering though that we're all perfectly imperfect, but you're looking at them because you want to have self-love for yourself, to to self-improve. So actually, if you look at the narcissistic traits of egotistical, selfish, wanting to be the center of attention, and, you know, maybe sometimes control, manipulation, whatever it is, gaslighting— if you can look, you know, when I'm selling, do I ever gaslight? Do I ever exaggerate slightly? And do I ever manipulate what I'm saying to try and win the deal or something like that? If you have that consciousness of that the awareness of that, then you can improve. Because if you don't, you can't improve. And through analyzing in a loving way, at the end of the day, your thoughts that you have in each interaction, including with your own self, your behaviors and habits, and also your emotions and feelings, you can utilize that as a self-check to improve. Because you can go, okay, what served me? What didn't serve me? Okay, that didn't, that did. And then that way, through awareness, you can improve. Because if you don't have the awareness, you're just going to do the same thing that you did with your parents all the way along and never improve. And I think if people are looking at that and know that, and looking at their imperfections and trying to improve, and aren't getting triggered when people give them, you know, constructive feedback, then you know you're not a narcissist, for one. And also, I always say to people, if you ever say sorry, you know you're not a narcissist. But don't— as long as you say I'm sorry, and you don't go I'm sorry but, or I'm sorry I did this because, or I'm sorry that you feel that way. Yes. So I would just always say, I'm sorry, full stop. I love you. Please forgive me. And can we let it go? As in a thank you, then the hono popo. Exactly. That's the way to say sorry, you know. That's the way to say sorry. None of this, I'm sorry, but you did this. Well, I'm sorry, but it was just because of that. You know, just say sorry with love and meaning so the other person can hear the energy behind the words. Rather than just hearing the words just because you're trying to say them to mask over the problem. Yeah, and I think you're right that actually apologizing takes someone who can actually see themselves and see that they're at fault or that they've caused pain and is able to self-reflect and actually cares that the other person is okay as well. I think that's— yeah, I like that. I like the way you framed that. That's very nice. So what's next for you then? Because I know you've got your radio show over in Ireland. And you've got amazing guests on there. And I know you speak all over the world, you're over in London quite a bit. So what kind of things do you talk about when you get on stage? Like, what's your magic messages that you share with your audience? And can you share some with us now? Yeah, sure. So I talk about two different areas. So I have a TED Talk actually, which should be coming out any moment now. I believe it'll be coming out in the latter half of August, which I'm looking forward to actually getting. And what's the name of that so we can look out for it? Do you know? How to Create a Life Full of Lots of Vibrant Energy. So I have an acronym for LOVE, which is Lots of Vibrant Energy. And if you optimize your energy, you'll optimize life. And it's a lot about emotional intelligence, it's all about finding your purpose, it's a lot about relationships and how to develop the best possible relationships. So in that, I'll just give you a brief thing, is in that I talk about how I've got 3 ways you create purpose in your life, how to find your why. And I talk about the idea that we just talked about, that awareness exercise to be able to self-improve. I talk about relationships in terms of the word relationship can be broken down into 3 different parts. So there's a ship that goes in a direction, and you know, it's important to make sure you and your other half— or I shouldn't, I don't even like the word other half actually, because that means you're trying to fill a void, like you're not a whole somehow. Yeah. Exactly. So you and your partner are on board that ship going in the right direction of life. And how do we do that? Well, we relay in terms of conscious communication and active listening, hearing behind the words as well as the words. You relay your shuns, your conditions, your expectations, needs, and values that you have for that relationship. And once you've both done that, you can understand each other's, and then you can be on board that ship in the right direction of life. Or in that relationship. So I talk a little bit about that in terms of, you know, helping people in terms of conscious communication. I talk about leadership in terms of how to be the best leader, teamwork. I also talk about emotional intelligence and how it plays in terms of self-awareness, self-regulation, creating win-win in the interactions of life, compassion, empathy, and understanding the different perspectives that we all have, and diversity, inclusion, and how that is so important to actually have in an organization because then you get different perspectives on the same problem to create better solutions. And then, you know, in terms of how to motivate yourself, or I've actually preferred the word how to inspire yourself, because motivation comes from a reason which is outside of you. Inspiration comes from the word in spirit, which means it comes inside of you. So how can you inspire yourself and your teams or your other half, your partner, other half, to be the best versions of yourself and themselves as well? So I have a whole thing, and then I— this is all in my book as well, which is coming out very soon as well. Which is basically called Success Without Stress, and it covers all areas of life in terms of relationships, business, life, and health as well. I like that you were talking about being inspired, and you talk about leadership, because I've always thought that a leader, a leader isn't somebody that tells others what to do and isn't the head of the organization. I think a leader is someone who people choose to follow because they feel inspired to follow. So it's not even necessarily in a business capacity, although it can be. I think a leader is someone who stands for something and has a mission or a purpose or a why and wants to create something kind of good in the world for, you know, for others and for the world, and other people feel inspired to follow them. That's, that for me is the definition of leadership. But what's your definition? 100% what you just said, because a leader needs to create— let's do the C's. He needs to create a clear vision of where the company and everybody within the company are looking to go, and that needs to add value to someone in some way or form. And then he needs to consciously communicate that vision to the collective bodies within the organization in order to connect with their hearts so they collaborate together towards those collective goals. And that's what's so important is to be able to drive that business collectively on a conscious heart-to-heart level rather than a head level. Because if you can inspire people through their emotions, through understanding that actually the mission of the company is bettering people's lives, then you inspire them to get out of bed and give them a sense of meaning. And I'll give you an example of that because when I was in the investment world, I worked 21 years in investment world, I actually grew an investment management company from $50 million per annum sales to $1.7 billion. $7.5 billion, and it was in the newspapers, the national ones. During that time period, I got a little bit stressed, obviously, as I was talking earlier on as well, but I had a guy come up to me, and he was an IT guy who was working for me. He said, Doug, I'm fed up. I'm working for this company, and all I do is solve IT-oriented issues. I think, why am I here? It's boring. I said to him, I said, well, reframe what we do. We're actually helping that granny or grandpa retire younger, give more to their children, their grandchildren, buy a better retirement home. Or stock up on Viagra if they're into that kind of thing. So based on that, every single time that you solve one of those IT issues, you're enabling us to do better online research, better online deals, better online valuations, and give a better result for that end granny or grandpa. So based on that— in all meanings of the sense— exactly. So, uh, based on You know, you're actually bettering lives. And you know, whatever you are, whether you're a secretary, a janitor, a CEO, a managing director, it doesn't matter. If you can energetically place even the smaller tasks, how they interlink to bigger tasks to actually add value to that end— granny or grandpa, mother or father, brother or sister, son and daughter— then you know you're adding value to the world and it gives you a sense of meaning in what you do. I love that. And I think that's even applicable even if not in business and careers, I think even people just in their personal life, like a parent is shaping and forming the life of another human being, their children, and even just, you know, the way that you interact with friends, neighbors, colleagues, anyone. I think how you interact with others and inspire them, you can like lift someone up one day and just say something that for you it might just be a comment you just say doing something nice, but for that person it could help shift their perspective or shape their life in some way. So I think that you're always changing people's lives and always helping people. It could be a conversation in the supermarket with a stranger who might be having a bad day or feel sad, and you might just give them a little bit of encouragement or some knowledge, and that could be enough just to shift them out of the space they're in that changes their life. So I think you can always be leading. I think we're all leading in our lives if we lead from that space of love. And when we're connected to our hearts, I think we're always leading others and ourselves. So I love that. I 100% agree, Janine. And I have an acronym for— I got two acronyms which I'll interlink. I always say to people, say, make love glean within you. So my make acronym is all about mindset, actions, knowledge, or a knowing faith, and energy. And so mindset's so important, as we know, because even in the stock market, which I used to look at, the stock market goes up 85% of the time the day before Thanksgiving, the day before Easter, the day before Independence Day, and the last 2 weeks of the year. And why is that? Because positive people produce positive results. So that's why mindset is so important. Actions of understanding a plan of where you are and what you're looking to achieve, even if it's a health plan, is important because then you have a direction and you can align goals to that direction to help you in terms of where you're going in life. K is knowledge. If it's in a business, is to know your product, know your industry, know your market, know your client, and match your client needs to your USPs. Or knowledge of, you know, where you need to heal yourself, or if it's about that. But also having knowing faith in yourself. What I mean by that knowing faith is, you know, if I asked you your name, Janine, obviously you'd say Janine. And then I'd say, well, do you think your name is Janine? Do you believe your name is Janine? Sometimes it's Francesca, depending what mood I'm in. Or do you just know it? And you know it, right? You know you're called Janine and I know I'm called Douglas, so, or Doug. So based on that premise, you need to get what you want, understand what you want, and know you're going to achieve it. And then get into that best energetic state, is that love energy, which is that lots of vibrant energy. How can we get into that state? Well, you gleam your light. So GLEAM has double acronyms. And so G is for one, gratitude. And the attitude of gratitude we talk about all the time. And you ask, why is gratitude so important? Well, I've got two children, and if I give them a present and they're not grateful, I don't feel like giving them anything else. Why would God, Allah, your own subconscious make you feel worthy to receive anything else if you're not grateful for even the small things you've created in your life already? Now, G is also forgiving to others, which I mentioned, that, you know, the more you give, the more you feel content with within. L is for learning, that the lessons in life are there to help you to learn, to grow, to evolve, become better versions of yourself, and turn those messes into messages and give them meaning. But also learning that the energies such as anger, resentment, lack of forgiveness, and guilt will make you focus on the problems of the past rather than the fabulous future that you could be having. So let go of those and you will find your life turn around so quickly. E is for emotional intelligence, which I've talked about a lot already, but also energy, which I talked about in terms of spiritual meditation mental, emotional, and physical energies all being intertwined and get yourself in the best level. A is for authenticity in terms of I believe that you chose this spacesuit. So be you because it's the best version of you. Stop trying to be somebody else. And then finally, M is for meaning and the meaning of life in my viewpoint, which you kind of adhered to earlier on, is not being the number one money earner in the world. It's how many hearts you've touched. And that comes down to the simplest things: a kiss you give, a hug you hold, and a kind word that you pass on. And you know, if you can go out and give as many kisses, as many hugs, many kind words, you will live a life of love with lots of vibrant energy. So that's where I come from in terms of that. Yeah, I do absolutely agree. I really agree with that. And I think we're unfortunately in a society where we've sort of been taught that you're not a somebody, and people use that, oh, you're not someone unless you're famous or you're wealthy, or, you know, like financial wealth when I say wealthy. And they think that they can't— people strive to be perfect. You know, on Instagram, people are using all these strange filters to try and make themselves look perfect. They're trying to pretend that their life's amazing, and it's— they might be crumbling and falling apart. They think that they've got to, you know, be famous or be uber wealthy or drive the flash car, live in the flash house, and and you wear the certain clothes, and there's nothing wrong with having nice things. I'm all for it, but that shouldn't be the source of your happiness. And thinking that you're not worthy of something unless you have those things, I think there's kind of— there's a massive disconnect, and we've lost connection with our hearts and what truly matters, and that is loving ourselves and others. And you can have all that stuff. If you want to drive a Porsche, drive a Porsche, no worries. But that shouldn't be where your self-worth comes from. Your self-worth should where you come from, yourself, how you love yourself and others. And you can have the Porsche as well. Brilliant. No worries. But that's not what makes you who you are. You're already a someone. It's like, oh, you know, you're now someone because you're, I don't know, an actor or you're on TV or whatever, or you've created a business that's made millions. No, you already are someone. The second you come into this world, you are a somebody and you matter. What you do in creating it is, you know, it's up to you. But you're still a someone until the day you leave it. So I love that. I totally agree with you, Janine. And you know what, I often hear a lot of these speakers say that, you know, you should embrace life to the full because you're one in a 7 billion or whatever it is because of all the different sperm cells that came through and that particular one came through and created you and all that kind of stuff. I don't agree with that because I believe whatever sperm cell came through, the spirit, the energy within would have come down to whatever form was produced. But I do, in my belief, because I had that near-death experience— as Einstein said, energy never dissipates, it just moves from one form to another. So based on that premise, I believe that we play this game of life almost like a PlayStation game, where we come down each time to test ourselves. And I believe that we choose our parents and we choose the people that come into our lives to play out different perspectives of life. And I believe that, you know, I've been a woman in the past, I've been a man in the past,, and I've been different types. I believe that we can be the Mother Teresa, the Hitler, the king, the queen, you know, the, the pauper, the prince, you know, whatever it might be, to experience physicality in life, in this wonderful life that we have, in so many different ways, in the senses that we have, such as smell, touch, hearing, sight. I mean, what gifts are they? You know, if you really are grateful for all of them and realize what gift life is, it can make so much difference. And I truly believe that anybody— because I deal with a lot of people people with suicide issues. If anybody was to take their life, they're actually just going to have to come back down and repeat the whole thing. And it could be harder. So why not get it away— out of the way this time around? And I truly believe that if you are going through a hard time in life, pat yourself on the back because maybe you've played this game of life so often that you're projecting yourself up to a higher level like a PlayStation game to see if you can get through all this crap, still come out the other side as the best version of yourself, and then maybe help a few people people along the way as well. Yeah, I agree with that. And I think I must have been on— I must have been here many, many times. But, um, I think like that, and I also believe that the people that go through the most adversity as well do so, so they're able to help others. And maybe they've got a bigger purpose or, you know, something to bring the world, to help people. Um, I was adopted at a young age, um, and then my Mom had to go in hospital, so then my grandma raised me until, you know, for 8 months while my mom was in hospital. So in a way, I got abandoned by 2 sets of parents, and I think that obviously creates a trauma. And so I had to learn how to deal with trauma from a very young age, from literally being a baby onwards. And the things I've been through in my life, I've been through many things, and I think that was sort of a knock-on effect of that. But it's created a strength and a knowledge and a wisdom that I I would not have had had I have not started my life in that way. And I don't know, I've always been very grateful for that. And I've always viewed the world very sort of differently, I think, to others. And always have been like more of an older soul, even as a child. And I think that's down to the things that I've been through. So they've built me in different ways. And I think when you hear about people that are out there that are leading and teaching others a bit like yourself and others, and are writing books or doing what they can to help others, been on that kind of path and journey where they've been through something. So I think anyone listening to this now that's going through their own hardships and their own journey, I always have this thing that it's not happening to you, it's happening for you, to help you heal and go through it and become stronger and understand yourself better. And in understanding yourself better and your own things, I think it makes you less judgmental and more compassionate of others and in the world and helps you you go on to be the person that you're meant to be in the future as well. So just kind of, it's often the things that we think, sometimes I think it's the things that we think are terrible that are going on in our lives that actually end up being our blessing and lead us towards something amazing. Like, much like yourself, your health journey, the things that you're going through there has led you on to being where you're at now. And where you're at now is in this amazing space and you're helping so many people. So thank goodness that you had all those health issues, you know. Well, 100%, Janine. And I think as well, I think quite often if you are getting health issues, if anybody has, maybe you need to assess, are you on the right path in life? Are you doing what really truly resonates with your heart, your soul? Because I think just in my viewpoint that sometimes when you're not, your soul kind of shakes you up and wakes you up to see if it can put you back on the right path. And that's what it does when I'm speaking on stage, when I'm helping people, I'm adding value. Someone said to me yesterday when I was on stage in front of 140 people, they said, "How is it that you speak with such eloquence?" I said, "Well, because I put my hand on my heart, and when I'm looking to speak to people, I say to myself beforehand, 'I am Doug Gordon. I am my heart. Please let me connect with the hearts of the audience in order to bless rather than impress and add as much value.'" By doing that, I'm getting myself out of my head, so I don't care about what I'm saying. I do, obviously, but I don't really care about making mistakes. What I care about is how much value I can add and the energy that I can give in terms of love to the other person I'm speaking to. And when you come from that place, that's a higher place, and that's when you're gonna add value to other people. Yeah, I love that. That's amazing. Yeah, because when you're speaking, it's not about you, it's about the people that are hearing the words that you've got to share, because it's their hearts that you're going to be impacting in their lives, the mindsets that you may be shifting. And so yeah, I like that. And if you're resonating from your heart, only love can pour out and it can only have a positive impact. You know, it might trigger some people because you might open up wounds for them. Sometimes we hear, I know, speakers or we read, you know, a book or something and it can open up a wound for us and it can make us react in a negative way. And I think if we're going through that, we just need to think, well, why am I reacting in that way? What have I got to heal or learn? Why is that that to me in such a big way. I think a lot of people are all— they get offended by stuff so easily these days, and I'm offended by that. Well, why are you offended? What's really going on? Maybe let's look under the hood and look at yourself and what needs to heal. What, what, what story are you making up in that moment? And, you know, let's go from there rather than blaming the other person for how you're feeling. 100%. You know, as I said earlier on, when you point the fingers, 3 pointing back at you, and the only person you can really change is yourself. And it's remarkable how when you change yourself, the other people around you either leave your life if they're not suited the way you've changed, or they change as well. Yeah, I've had a lot of people leave my life. I think through the years I've slowly been clearing people out that were meant to be in my journey for, you know, a while, but not meant to be there now. And sometimes that's really painful. I've let quite a few people go recently that were in my life a long time, but I've known for a while that they weren't necessarily very— they weren't very very supportive, and they, um, they were on a different journey. I knew they couldn't come on the journey that I was going on next, some things I wanted to do, and they just didn't understand. Or it's almost like they were afraid for me to go on and do well, because I don't know, maybe they— because they thought they'd be left behind or something. I'm not sure what was going on with them, but I just knew that I had to let them go. And it can be quite painful when you try and hold on to people, um, because they've been in your life for so long. It can even be family members and it can be really painful, but actually maybe it's right to let them go. You've got to love yourself first. 100%. They always say, you know, put that air mask on, on the airplane for yourself first before you help any other people. So exactly, yeah, yeah. And if you can't breathe, you have no oxygen, you're not— yeah, that's true. What would be your advice for anyone that might be going through that now, any for our listeners that might be going through having to let go of people and things from their life, what would you advise them? Well, I think there's a great thing you can do in terms of— and obviously we talked about Ho'oponopono earlier on— and what I say to people is, is in every situation in life you're involved, right? So, um, forgive yourself first. And I always get people to put their hands in front of their heart in a cup version like this, and I tell them to imagine themselves as a 5-year-old child standing in their hands in front of their heart, 6 inches at all, and say to yourself, I love you, I forgive you, and I let it go, and I'm sorry, thank you. And then put them into your heart so you feel yourself, your younger self, your inner child in your heart. And then choose the person you need to forgive and do exactly the same thing. I've done this on stage, actually, Jean. It's very funny because sometimes they go to themselves, I love you, I forgive you, I'm so sorry, they go, and they put themselves into heart. And when the person they need to forgive, they go, I love you, I forgive you, I'm sorry. And that doesn't work. You need to do it with real passion But I've done before in the past with certain people, and it's amazing, the change, the energetic change when you truly forgive someone. And they either bring up, or, or they just, you know, you let go of them in a peaceful, kind, loving way. Yeah. And I think people, some people fight that and they say, why do I have to forgive the other person? You're not doing it for the other person, you're doing it for yourself. And that attachment, I think, yeah, the other person doesn't even need to know that you're doing it. You just need to know. They'll feel it energetically. Ethically. But you— yeah, I like that. You need— so, so that you don't keep— what's that analogy? It's like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. It's like you need to let go of that poison and that hurt because the only person that's harming is you, right? And also, if you think of it as a game of life, you don't even actually need to forgive because maybe you pre-arranged this situation beforehand. So maybe you just need to understand. Why can you— so actually, I was, I, I was speaking to a girl actually who had the worst thing happen that to a woman when she was 13 years of age, and then during her marriage as well. And I said to her, okay, do you know that anything that happened to your husband that maybe was reason why he was like that? And he was abused as a child in the worst possible way. And because hurt people hurt people, so it wasn't— she wasn't forgiving or understanding necessarily for them, but for her, so she could release those energies, emotions within, so she could focus on the fabulous future that she had. Because let's face it, those emotions that are stuck stuck within are a bit like when a, when a water flows, it looks beautiful in a river, but when it gets stuck on the side, it goes stagnant. And if we can release that, it flows again. So those parts of us that we have suppressed within that we need to release can make you focus on the fabulous future and make the energy flow within your body so much better. Yeah, I like that. So it's a release because in forgiving, we're still kind of saying that they've done something wrong. Yeah. So yeah, I like that, that shift. It's more, yeah, just, just release. And sending them love and loving ourselves. Understanding, understanding. Understanding, yeah. Then it's for you, not for them. Yeah, 100%, because I'm sure that, and I think if we all acknowledge ourselves, we've all hurt other people as well, whether we've meant to or not, because, you know, that's part of the human story. And, you know, I think also it's good sometimes if people, some people are focused on kind of that blame because blame feels better than guilt rather rather than looking at themselves and taking responsibility and saying, actually, maybe I played a part in this too. Maybe it's because you weren't loving yourself enough. So I really like that, and just that visualization you've got of the 5-year-old, like, inner child, and taking that into your heart and loving yourself, just healing that part of yourself. That's beautiful. Yeah, yeah, that's really sick. So have you got any more little, like, juicy tidbits or something that you can give the audience that they can do at home? So maybe like a little visualization or something like that, that they can take with them. So if they're maybe going through a stressful situation or something, or they've got something coming up that they need to deal with, what could they— because you talked about being in your heart center. So how could somebody drop into their heart center? How do you do it? And what could you advise our listeners that they could do. Sure, no, absolutely. And one of my great friends who's been on my radio 6 times, and he's a testimony in my book, is Dr. John Demartini. And he— his strapline is, if you think about it and you thank about it, you bring about it. And he has a huge book which he carries around in which he puts all his gratitude journal on. So what I say is, in the morning, write down I am grateful statements for your family, your friends, the house you live in, the food you have, the bed you sleep on, everything like that. To get yourself into that state of mind. And then on top of that then is to meditate. And the reason why we can meditate is we can connect to our heart self. And simple meditation I always start with people is to imagine yourself as an oak tree and the roots going down from the bottom of your spine into the center of the earth, connecting with the center of the earth and bringing water all the way back up, all the way up your legs, all the way up your spine, and then spiraling back down around yourself. Then go into your heart, breathe into your heart with absolute love. Send that energy of love around your body. Bring into the love and send it around your body. Then expand that energy out like a bubble of light, violet light, because violet's the highest frequency of light. And then visualize that bubble going around you, protecting you in a protective layer, but then changing into a— almost like a funnel. So if anyone says anything negative to you, that violet protective layer will funnel that back up into love and light, up into the universe as such. So that's why— is never be fearful about anything that comes towards you. Make yourself feel positive about everything that comes towards you, and then that can help. And the one thing I'll finish with, with this, in terms— I don't know if I've got time, have I? Yeah, we've got about 4 minutes still. Okay, well, one of the things I say to children, which also is great for adults, is we've all watched Harry Potter and Star Wars. We all have negative thoughts. If you get a negative thought, imagine it like one of those dementors, those horrible eerie ghosts that come up in Harry Potter and kind of drain your energy. So, but what you need to realize is that when you come into this world, you come in as a being of light. And for the first 5 years, you aren't influenced by your brothers, your sisters, your mum, your dad, or your cousins, whatever. So you don't have too many like negative thoughts about other people. It's only when you interact with people outside of you that brings those in. So you think, I'm a being of light, I don't get negative Thoughts. If the negative thought comes into me, you say, negative thought or dementia, I'm a being of light. If you're coming to me, you obviously want to go to the light, so I'm going to send you to the light. And in your mind's eye, visualize that dementia, that negative thought, going into the light. So that means when it's in the light, the only thing it's going to give you is a positive thought. So at that point, change that negative thought into the expectation intention of receiving a positive thought. Once you have it, say thank you, let it go. And what you've done there is you've gamified a version of turning negative thoughts into positive positive thoughts. And if you count them up over a weekly basis, you can give points and you can get prizes for children to help them, you know, turn those negative thoughts into positive thoughts and give you a better feeling in time. I love that. As I'm listening to you say this, I'm thinking this is an app in the making. You turn it into a game and it's fun, people want to do it, especially children. So I love that. I like that way that you put that together. My book actually did that. So yeah, yeah, there you go. So you've heard it here first, people. Pop out and buy the book. Do try this at home. Pretty much everything I've said is in the book. So, and the book is testimony, as I said, by Dr. John Demartini, Lisa Nichols, Stephen Covey, who are all New York Times bestsellers, Pat Falvey, who did 7 summits of the world twice, North Pole, South Pole, Keith Barry, one of the most famous magicians in the world, and also Eamon Quinn, who's one of the most successful entrepreneurs in Ireland. Ah, wow, on big shoulders indeed you are resting. That's fantastic. Fantastic. Yeah, we've got about a minute left, or 2 minutes actually left. So just as we're kind of wrapping up, and thank you because you've been an amazing guest, so much great content, and just, it's just really a joy listening to you actually and chatting with you. It really is. So thank you for coming on. Is there anything else, any insight you would like to impart our listeners to before you leave? Yeah, just look, learn, learn, learn, learn to work. But also learn to improve. Some great books I can recommend is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz, also The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman, and also Wishes Fulfilled by Wayne Dyer. And finally, I would say Louise Hay's You Can Heal Your Life. Those will change your life if you need changing in terms of love and self-love and self-confidence. Yeah, they're great. I mean, and obviously the Doug Gordon's book as well in that list. Absolutely. Absolutely. Let's just pop that one in there as well. Doug, that's wonderful. We're literally just about to wrap up. Is there an inspirational quote you would like to leave the audience with? Yeah, sure. Just throwing you in the deep end there. Boom. No, absolutely. Look, at the end of the day, as I said earlier on, everything in life is energy. Thoughts are energy. Speech is energy. Thoughts lead to speech. Speech leads to actions. Actions lead to habits. And habits leads to destiny. So start with a positive thought, you end with a positive destiny. And remember, if you live with love, you'll always have lots of vibrant energy. I love that. Thank you. I love that. The whole show, I call it Eat Love Do because I want the whole thing to center around love. So thank you, that's a really lovely quote. Thank you so much for coming on, everyone. This was the Eat Love Do show. I am Janine Newbury. Because what you eat, how you love yourself and others and what you do to bring more health and happiness into your life matters.
