Love Lessons LIVE SHOW – How We’re Holding Ourselves Back From Love, Kailen Rosenberg

Love Lessons·1 Apr 2019·

Episode Summary

In honor of National Orgasm Day, Dr. Juliana joins Love Lessons on intimacy, connection, communication, and making the best out of one’s relationship with their partner.

Main Topics

  • We abandon ourselves more than we realize, which is the primary obstacle to finding love—not dating apps or where we meet people
  • Childhood experiences, parental relationships, and family communication patterns are stored in our cellular memory and unconsciously influence how we love and communicate in adult relationships
  • True self-love goes beyond superficial achievements like career success, fitness, or financial security; it requires listening to and honoring your inner voice and intuition
  • We energetically emit a frequency that attracts or repels potential partners; people sense whether you believe you deserve love and are in a healthy place within yourself
  • Modern technology and social media create unprecedented connection but also emotional and spiritual disconnection, causing us to fear vulnerability and sabotage relationships before they start
  • We only accept the love we believe we deserve; shifting your belief about your worthiness directly impacts the quality of love that enters your life
  • The method and platform for meeting someone matters far less than the internal work you do first—authenticity and self-awareness are the true foundations for attracting healthy, lasting love

Hello, I'm Sarah Louise Ryan, and welcome to Love Lessons live here at women's radio station. This is the show where we discuss everything from dating, relationships, breakups and divorce to starting all over again as a single and getting the confidence to get back out there putting your best foot forward. Today I'm here with the wonderful A woman on a mission, Kailyn Rosenberg. This lady is, I'd like to say, Oprah's right heart hand in relationship advice and helping people get out there and find love again. So welcome to Kaylin Rosenberg. Thank you. Hello. It's so wonderful to have you here live from the studio in Covent Garden, all the way across the pond. So thank you so much for joining us and taking the time out today. Yeah, it's a pleasure. Excited. Hey, listeners. So, just an FYI for you, Kaylin wrote the definitive book that's changing the world. The world finds and experiences authentic love. Kalyn really promotes real love and right now and steps and plans out a map for people to do that in a methodical way with. She gives them all of the tools. Really. Why don't you tell us a little bit about that to start off, Kaylin, that would be great. Ah, about my book. Well, working in the field of love and relationships in about every direction, starting with oneself for about 25 years and really started to recognize some tools and traits and skills and things that were working and then really more so importantly, not working, that people were following that were keeping them from really the amazing love and partner that they deserved. And so very excited when I had this chance to write the book. And I really poured every bit of my experience in life and my own personal walk and journey through love, my tripping and falling and getting back up and brushing myself off, really, the, you know, what I had learned as well as through formal education and through meeting thousands of singles from around the world. And what I really found and what it goes into in the book is we hear often, or we hear so often, I should say, the necessity of loving oneself before we can love someone else or even receive someone else's love. But also, it's quite rare that we're really, truly taught how to do that. We mostly place it on the superficial, the outside. Well, if we take care of our body, if we work out or if we have a good job or we are educated or if we have all of these sort of worldly, superficial things happening for us, we should be fine. And that's a way of loving ourselves. But it really goes so much deeper. And more than anything, it's really about learning to not only truly listen to and hear, but honor that beautiful, amazing voice that is inside of us, that is there to protect us and guide us. And it's such a magical teacher. And so there's a lot of that in the book as well. But I've been very fortunate to have people write to me from all over the world telling me that this book has really helped them. So thank you for sharing that. No, absolutely a pleasure. And it sounds to me like you're saying, you know, you can have all the money in the world if you like, you can have the most successful career, the greatest body, and you could feel great about yourself on the outside, but if you're ignoring the little voices on the inside and tuning in to, you know, your inner self at the, at its core, then that can be detrimental and hold yourself back from finding the, the love that you so want and deserve. Is that right? Correct. It's completely right. And I think that's, it's really sort of our number one problem is that we are really abandoning ourselves more than we are aware of. And we have all of these little sort of intricacies within us that come all the way back from, you know, childhood. And it's not to really tap too much into psychology, but it's very true that the way that we were loved as children, the way that we were disciplined, the way that our parents or our caregivers loved one another, we literally carry that in our cell memory. It's been scientifically proven. And so we have the cell memory that's, that's triggering brain memory and the logical memory and then the emotional memory. And all of this stuff is going on and it's swirling inside sort of our unconscious mind. And so that's why it's so important to listen to these little triggers or red flags or little voices that are sort of saying, okay, hey, this person, maybe this isn't so healthy for you. Maybe this behavior and treatment that you are not only receiving from someone, but you are also giving or putting out isn't so healthy. And you know, because if we can just listen to that and then really honor it and love on it and love ourselves, everything shifts and everything changes. It's really amazing. So could it be the case that how we were communicated to, to as children, let's say in a, you know, in a, not obviously in a non romantic sense, platonically, or with friends, with peers, with parents, is that then how we go forth and communicate love? Most often, yes. I mean, many of us will grow up in, you know, families and say, oh, my Lord, I will never be like my mother or my father or I would never have that kind of marriage. And you mean it because you know that something didn't feel so great about it, and yet you'll find yourself, darn it, just carrying that on. And it's nothing bad. We're not bad people. We just, again, it's what we were. Just. It was ingrained in us. It's what we were taught. And then other times there we were blessed and fortunate to have really amazing caregivers and parents that loved us and loved one another. And we can carry those traits into a relationship, but yet into a relationship with someone who didn't have that background. And so now we find ourselves tripping and falling and fighting and getting hurt and ending. And so it's. Relationships are, as you know, it's the reason for your show. It's a heavy duty thing that we all want love. And the great news is that we can all have it. We can absolutely all have beautiful, amazing love relationships. Yeah. And I do believe that we really only ever accept the love that we think that we deserve. And, you know, I think the mission that you carry forth, you know, for your clients and the message that you're sending about people attracting the greatest love into their life and working on themselves first is really so important. Before, you know, anyone gets out there on a dating app or gets out there and meets a matchmaker or goes to a singles event, I think it's really key that they stop, breathe, take a moment to look inward. And I think, gosh, Kailyn, you would have really loved the woman that we had on the show last week, Yvette Taylor. She talked, as you just have, about memories on a cellular level and how we can realign our energy and eradicate negativity and push ourselves into flow state so we can become the most positive and best version of ourselves. Oh, my gosh. That is. She is your kind of woman, I'm telling you. So, Kaylin, you were just saying a little bit about the biggest hurdle being the voices in our head and not addressing issues. And that sounds to me like an emotional hurdle. What do you think is physically holding people back on the dating scene today? How does modern dating look for those who are out there on the search, or perhaps a little bit too frightened to get out there because of all the options? Can you tell us about what your thoughts are on that? Yeah, well, I think, you know, when you said physical, I'm not sure if you meant physical. Body or just physical doing. Okay, do you want to clarify a little more? Yeah, absolutely. I mean, physically, by the platforms that they are attempting to use. So is it an online dating app, is it a website, it a matchmaker? Or is it that they're going it alone and doing it themselves by networking? I mean, what is the biggest hold back? Yeah. You know, what I'm finding with singles, regardless of where we are in the world, is that the biggest holdback really is. It's really ourselves. Once again, it's just ourselves. Because if we are really in a strong place within who we are, and we really know and honor our value and believe that we are truly deserving of incredible, amazing love and that we're also able to give that. Right. It's not just about receiving that. It's about being able to give it in a healthy way. We energetically, just as you were sharing the woman that was on prior, we energetically, you know, omit a higher level, a higher frequency. It's that energy, that vibe when you meet people and you just say, oh my gosh, there's something about him or her. And I just adore that. And I want to be around them and they make me happy. You know, it feels light or it feels safe. And so when we are walking around, we're sort of a walking ball of energy. So whether we are, you know, we're out, you know, we're buying food or we're getting coffee or tea, or we are at a private event, or we're in a business gathering, or we are online and we're. We're writing our profile or we are, whatever it is, wherever we go, wherever we are, both on and offline, people are feeling and picking up on our energy. And so we are getting. We're either getting in our own way or we're helping ourselves out. And along with that, I think with so much technology, social media, everything, it's helping us feel more connected than ever before, as we know, but it's also disconnecting us on an emotional and spiritual level more than ever before. And so we are kind of experiencing a fear of how do I present when we do finally meet, or what if this person is like my ex? And so we're also kind of constantly, unknowingly setting the relationship up for failure before it even has a chance. So it's. I know I'm probably not sounding very fun, but there's. It's a lot of. It's a lot of heavy work, but yet it can be done so simply. And things can shift so easily. So the bottom line is it's really not about how or where you find someone, whether it's on a dating app or it's through a matchmaker or it's through your best friend or you stumble across them, you know, out on the street. What matters is who you are, where you are at, what you, what you believe. When it comes to love, do you believe that love is going to happen for you? And start there and you wouldn't believe how quickly you attract it. I mean, it's mind blowing. Oh, gosh. I think a lot of the things that you're saying are so poignant about the search for love in this modern day world where it can feel a little bit overwhelming, especially we're working harder than we ever have before. You look after singles who are very successful, Kalan, and they're in big, fast paced cities, as we call in London, on the rat race and keeping busy. But they are so focused on their career that they kind of sidestep consciously coupling and finding their someone because they think that they have to compromise. So after the break, I really want to touch on that with you about career and consciously coupling and how we can have it all if we're conscious about the work life balance. So thank you so much for joining us on the show, Kalyn. We'll be right back after the break on Love Lessons Live at Women's Radio Station with Kaylan Rosenberg. Welcome. We're back with Kailyn Rosenberg and we're just about to dive right in to career versus consciously coupling. Does it have to be a compromise? Why are we compromising? And if those people out there saying that we can't have it all, why can't we have it all? So I'm here with Kaelyn. Welcome back. Well, thank you. Pleasure. Absolute pleasure. So, as we've already mentioned previously in the show, Kaylin is a woman, I like to say, on a matchmaking mission, but she's really on a love mission. Kaylin, tell us a little bit about your love mission before we dive right in. Well, it's a big one. So the energy of love, the power of love is, I believe, it's real. It's quite heavy duty. It's healing. It's something that I really picked up on and experienced when Oprah and I were working together on a television series here in the US and so I found, obviously through matching hundreds and hundreds of couples and clients into really Beautiful, healthy marriages that the happier that they were, things were just kind of beautifully falling into place around them and life was sort of becoming better. And I realized that if we have this energy of love that we can start from within, we can put out toward the rest of the world as we're finding love for ourselves and experiencing love in relationships that we can truly be and become love with each other energetically. And it might sound a little woo woo to some, but it really is very real. And so my whole focus and my mission is not just on teaching people how to find one another, but how to be loved toward one another and kind to one another. We have enough disconnect and discord, my Lord. You see it over, you know, watching the news and everything we've had over here politically and since our new president, it's just, there's a lot of disconnect all over the world. There's a lot of fear and it needs to stop. And if we can focus our energy on the power of love and kindness and gentleness and being really trying to come together more as one. And people have been trying to do this since John Lennon and, you know, my Lord Gandhi. But we don't have to stop. We can keep it going. And I've teamed up with a team of really amazing celebrity experts in different fields of beauty and spirituality and academia and psychology. And we're all coming out with a force in the next few months and you'll see some fun things in the press. So we're really excited. It's just about giving. That sounds wonderful. And from taking a good glance, I can see that all the different experts that you've got on board this mission, this movement, they're all bringing a really interesting and different dynamic to the, the positivity to the love table. So can you. Yeah, yeah. I'm really, I'm really excited to see what evolves. I'm really excited to hear what kind of waves, you know, that brings around across the dating industry Pon. And I'm looking forward to seeing how many people it really helps. So kudos to you for that. So, Kalyn, I did want to dive right in to this whole thing. I know you deal with successful singles and I did for many years in my eight years as a matchmaker looking after busy time, poor professionals. What is it about the notion that finding someone has to go on the sideline when you're climbing the ladder or you're getting to C suite or exec level, or you've got this thriving business of your very own? Why are we putting finding love to the side? I mean, does it have to be a compromise? What's your take on it? Well, I think there are obviously many different factors that come into play. For some, it can be control and power. It's safe. Right? Love and relationships are not easy to control until we really understand them and know how to take part in them in a healthy way. And so it's much easier to control our education, our career, our climbing the corporate ladder and finding our achievement in success and then in monetary success and notoriety and things like that. And for others, I think they just sort of naively. And I don't mean that to sound so negative, but it's really sort of a bit of ignorance and naivete where they think, well, I can have it all right now. I can chase after this. I can put 60, 70 hours a week into my career and I can still find love and even have the energy for love and the ability to be present emotionally, not thinking about business or clients or money in relationship. And so they realize that that just isn't working. They're finding themselves meeting lots of. And even falling in love, but having, you know, sort of a trail of broken relationships. And then you also have people that have maybe waited too long or they sort of thought that it would, you know, love would happen while they focused on career. And then, you know, especially with, you know, many women, not that there are men that are reaching 30s and even 40s not having had children, that want them, but women especially will. They're, you know, they'll really notice their. Their clock ticking and so many different factors. But at the end of the day, what I have absolutely found is I have a deep compassion, actually, which might sound funny to some people to say, well, how could you have a deep compassion for people that seem to. And look as if they have it all? They have these beautiful lifestyles and private planes and multiple cars and multiple homes and millions and millions, if not billions of dollars in the bank, and they have everything money could buy. And honestly, they're some of the unhappy people I've ever met in my life. They have most often the most difficult time, not only finding the right partner, but experiencing love that feels safe and honoring. And that's a whole other can of worms, you know, because you just. Yeah, you never even know if people want you for who you really are. And rather than your family name or your money. And so it can be a very lonely place. So I think we have to be, again, focused and centered on what does love mean to us. Regardless of, of how much or how little money we have, much or little education, our background love is just about the two people and really our planet coming together in a really, really beautiful space so it can be a happy place to live. And you know, Kaelyn, before you were saying it might sound a little bit woo woo. I honestly don't think, and I'm sure the listeners out there do not think that anything that you're saying is woo woo at all. I mean, it sounds to me. And I was chatting, I had a client this morning before the show and we were really talking about, you know, how busy professionals can sometimes struggle to make time. And they're like, well, you know, I'm on the apps and I'm going to these wonderful events at different private members clubs, this, that and the other. And I said, hey, well, do you have space? And I'm not just talking about physical space in your closet like the secret tells you to do. I'm talking about do you have space emotionally? Do you have space in your diary? Because if you're just filling it up with, you know, playing tents and trading and this, that and the other, are you, are you really welcoming and opening yourself up to love? Are you consciously making space to couple? And obviously, you know, the answer is sometimes no, I guess. With that said, how could you recommend we could actually, as you said before, stop getting in our own way to find love? Other than chatting to the, you know, ourselves, having a quiet word, what else can we physically do? Well, we can really seek to find those people, those really good friends in our lives that we know are the ones that are not ever going to tell us what we want to hear. They're the ones that sometimes we fear some tough love. Yeah, just really true honesty. Checking in, kind of having your accountability people. So, you know, whether it's a weekly or once a month, just really checking, check in with those people that, you know, no matter what, are only going to tell you the truth whether you like it or not, and just say, hey, what are you noticing about me? What do you recognize? Have you seen a shift in me? Both, you know, either positive or negative. What if, you know, knowing me well, could you. What would you shift or work on or change and really give that, you know, an ear, give that credence, give it respect and take that in and listen to that. And also there's. There are so many different types of coaches out there, life coaches and spiritual coaches, but either finding a great coach that you can sort of share and sort of unwind and Unload with and too and have some fun homework. All of this is also in my book, but also spirit, spirituality, having something that you can connect with on a higher level than just yourself. It's really just about getting grounded in who you are, what you want, what you need and what you have to give in a way that is really separate from the superficial. It's the superficial that keeps us stuck. And you know, I know I don't typically give sort of the, I don't mean to sound disrespectful by saying kind of the canned five or seven answers or directions, but it's really, those are the things that I think sometimes keep people stuck. It's more so if you just really know who you are and you honor that and you just, if you, if you know, if you know the things sort of the, the insecurities you might have or if you might be a little bit arrogant or a little judgmental or a little hot headed or whatever that is, it's all okay. It doesn't make you a bad person. Start loving on yourself and start working on that and start smoothing that away because again, you will start attracting that love that you need and you want and you deserve and you'll be better at loving. And one thing that I will say, kind of going back to something you were talking about a little bit earlier, you know, with regard to online, because I'm not meaning to be hard on anyone who's single, is that it is a really, it's like the wild west out there. It's, you know, that's a term we use here in the United States. Oh, it's a minefield, right? It's crazy. It is. Well, very well said. It is a minefield. And there are a lot of people on there, unfortunately that are not authentic or they're really. And they know it. They're cons or they're really broken and they don't know it and they're leading people into really toxic, unhealthy relationships and it gets abusive. And so it's really crucial to be mindful of not only how you presenting yourself and communicating, but really once again paying deep, deep, deep attention to what you are attracting for moments, let alone, you know, potentially a full relationship and really honoring that. So I have deep compassion for singles, which is also you. And I chatted yesterday about a dating app that I'm deciding that will be out this fall. But you know, something that will give people a safe space and a place of really find love in an easier way. But it's not easy, but it can be easy. I think, you know, you're saying that you're compassionate and I think that you're the way, the way you talk about love and help people by guiding them through their own thoughts and feelings, it comes from a place of compassion. I do think there is a real sense of alignment there. You're not giving a five step how to that's going to lead them down a path to somewhere that they perhaps don't want to be. You're asking deeper questions which are really important so they can coach themselves and be their own person, best pal to find their pal. And you know, one thing that I always say to my clients is that thoughts are not things. And if you're having those negative conversations with yourself that are holding you back from finding love, you know, just ask yourself, is what you're saying to yourself true? Is it coming from a place of love and is it kind like, let's not be so hard on ourselves. Kailyn Rosenberg will be back after the break here on Love Lessons Live. I'm Sarah Louise Ryan and I am. Oh, tripping over my words. Not had enough coffee. I'm here with Kalyn Rosenberg across the pond over in the US and we've been talking everything love, digging into the soul of singles and helping them put their best foot forward. Kaelyn is really the right hand for relationships. She's worked with Oprah and so many celebrities over in the US and really helped hundreds of singles find their soul mate. So, Kalyn, what gets you out of bed in the morning? Say that again. I'm sorry. What gets you out of bed in the morning? What gets me out of bed? Oh, my Lord. An amazing life. I'm very grateful. I'm just very grateful. When your work is focused on bringing people love and teaching people how they can have just the most amazing life. That's exciting stuff that and my kids. You seem to have such a light, positive and go getter personality that I can see how you attract clients. How can people find you? What's your website? Can you tell us? Sure. Yes. Thelovearchitects.com yes. Perfect. Yep. And so Kailyn and I have been here today discussing the biggest hurdles holding singles back from finding love. We've been talking about the emotional state of play for singles who want to find their someone but have those negative Nancy voices in their head and they're really holding themselves back. So, Kaelyn, I know you. You have a matchmaking agency that's a love architect, is that correct? Yes. Actually, my son and I are working together. We work with clients all over the world. But it's, you know, it's matchmaking, but it's really so much more. It's really what we call love design and, you know, hence the name love architecture. So it's not just about finding two singles and sort of placing them together based on some questions and interviewing and processing on the surface. But we really, you know, spiritually and psychologically dive deep into the full, full being and experience of our clients and their lives and their families and their worlds and, and match them. And we also heal marriages and families. So it's, it's, it's far more than just matchmaking. But we're, yeah, we, we love it. We love it, we love it. It's like the A to Z of finding love, you know, maintaining love. We all know it's, you know, it's some graft. You have to, you know, put in the work to make work. And I think that if you're, you know, doing the whole A to Z, you've got a whole lot of work on your hands with a lot of couples and singles out there in the U.S. do you work globally? Kaylin, I'm so sorry, I'm having a hard time hearing you say that again. Can you hear me? I can hear you, yes. Do you work globally? Do you help singles and couples globally? Oh, globally, yes. Oh, absolutely. In fact, one of my most recent engagements was with a, I matched a gentleman from Florida with a woman from Dublin, Ireland, and just have, and have a woman from Kentucky here in the US that I matched with a gentleman outside of London. So they're really long distance relationships. But one thing that I have found is, and it doesn't have to work only that way, but I found that when two souls are looking for one another, as long as they're on the planet and we help them find one another, they seem to be able to work it out. And it's really beautiful. So we really don't believe in long distance relationships. We just believe that if the two people are meant to be together, it works no matter what. And it's really fun. But yes, I have clients all over the world. It's that age old saying, you'll either find a way or make one. Especially when it's meant to be. Exactly right, Yes, I agree. There's something beautiful that you said earlier on in the show and we kind of got to chatting and we skipped over it and I want to just go back to it. Something beautiful. You Made something what might seem to so many people huge. You made it sound so small. And, you know, you said you trip and you fall and you just get back up again. Well, so many people see failure in, you know, career, life, love as the bottom line, not as a hurdle, not as something to trip and stumble and get back up again. What do you, what would you suggest to anyone out there listening in who has a fear of failure, a fear of, you know, even putting themselves out there to find love because they're afraid that they won't find it or it won't work? What would you say to those people? Yeah, gosh, you know, here's the thing. And. It can sound a little insensitive, it can sound a little grandiose to say, well, well, failure is absolutely nothing to fear. In fact, it's a gift. Failing is a gift no matter what. Some of the most difficult times and hardships we can experience actually have a beautiful, amazing gift and teacher within them. It doesn't feel that way at all when you are in it and walking through it. But that's because that's that teacher saying, here's what I'm really trying to get you to hear and learn so that you can have something so much different, so much better. There's something powerful and beautiful just waiting for you. And when you take this lesson and you learn it and you see that this is actually coming from a higher space of awareness and truth and love, then you can leave what is not healthy and good for you, or you can leave behaviors that aren't healthy and good for you and either have amazing love and life experience where you are or work experience where you are, or you can now have the strength to know that you're going to be okay. If you leave all of that because there's something far more powerful waiting for you. I absolutely know it within every cell of my body. It's been in my own life and my own life journey. I've seen it and walked through it and by the sides of client of clients over 25 years. So, you know, fear itself is just. It's not, it's. It feels real, but it's not real. It's a thought, it's a. It's a state of mind. It really, really, really, really is. So there's, it's really constantly. Just sit back with yourself, know that you're going to be okay and, you know, surround yourself with the people that you know. Even if it's only one person, even if it's a dog or a cat, an Energy that is safe for you, that you feel love around and loved by and get your mind to a space of where you can dream about what you know you deserve and you want and you need and know that you can have that truly. Truly. And that. That's my favorite part of my work. That's what I help most people do. But it's. No, it's nothing to fear. It's a teacher. Yes, go. Your words that you're sharing with the listeners now, and even with me, I had a little bit of goosebumps going up my arm because I think your words are so grounding. And they really bring anyone that is stuck in their own head to kind of come out of it and bring themselves to the present moment and just ground for a moment and just be. And what I'm hearing from you is that if you fully lead with love and do that consciously and consistently and take the lessons that you've learned from any perceived failure, I guess failure is only a perception. They're really lessons. If you lead with love and you take those lessons forward, then you will be one step closer to the happiest life yet. If you don't feel like you're already there, right? Oh, completely. Oh, yes. I mean, I really have seen. I should say I have not seen any circumstances, and I have been around some of the most dire circumstances that didn't happen. The opportunity for a full, complete turnaround and makeover where people were blown away by how different their lives were even six months later. You know, I mean, just couldn't believe it. Coming out of deep depression, suicidal thoughts, hospitalization, a really bad divorce, an affair. You know, honestly, the death of someone close to them. These are all things that are real life events. They're very, very hard, but there it is. Miraculous how healing and awareness and experience and shift can happen with and from all of it. But it does. But it's a process, too. And that is where I do have deep compassion. But I also have, you know, I have that kind of like, come on, come on, people, I can love on you. And let's. Come on, let's get up and go. I'm by your side. I've got your hand. Are you, Kaylin, one of those people that think that the world only throws at you the things that it thinks that you can handle? You know, you're built to handle anything that comes your way. Are you one of those people? Am I putting words in your mouth? Well, no, I think, you know, because again, it's. I have obviously a sensitivity and an Empathy for people that are going through things, even right now, there may be someone listening that just says, my Lord, if you only knew what I was going through or this isn't okay that the world is throwing this at me or letting me me experience this. And so it's about just being in that space of again, nurturing yourself, loving yourself where you are at, but also looking at how can I. Meaning your life isn't meant to end because of the most painful things that have happened that are happening. That there still can be healing, there can be softness, there can be peace, there can be joy, there can be beautiful, beautiful experience waiting for you as well. And it is amazing. Now, Kaylin, I've seen dotted around your websites and I've heard through the grapevine that you have this wonderful blueprint of love and life. Can you give us a quick fire round of info about what this blueprint is and how you can help people design their best love life? Yeah. So it's something that my son and I use in our work with our clients, regardless of whether we're healing marriages or families or finding singles, find the right partner. But it's. We have the physical blueprint that is of the being, your body, your mind, your spirit, your psychology, your truth, your wisdom inside and out. And that goes to the superficial of hair and skin care and makeup and clothing and all of that stuff. And then also the home, your home tells everything about who you are when it comes to love. And so, and it's truly your home is either bringing and attracting love or it's repelling it and you don't even know it. And that's so interesting. Oh, yeah. Oh, it's heavy. It's fun stuff. Well, I'll have to guide you through one sometime. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. Love that. And what else? Well, and so the blueprint, which you can download one of them on my website@thelovearchitects.com or you can also, if you grab the book, it walks you through it as well. The home blueprint, we don't have up yet. We will, but it really, it's also sort of my training trademark stuff, but it's giving you a chance to connect with your full being inside and out, including your home, to get yourself, your life and your emotional and physical space in a place that is truly so incredibly joyful and ready for love. And it's sort of like that, you know. Have you, have you heard of or seen Maria Kondo? She's over there, isn't she? Oh, yes, she is. Right Isn't she precious? She is incredible. We have a few British versions over here as well which are wildly popular. I want to definitely write in to more info about your blueprint right after the break. I think we really help singles dig. Oh, and couples and you know, all those out there listening in, dig in to your blueprint and what's going on. We'll be right back. Welcome to women's radio station, the voice of women worldwide. I'm here today talking all things love with the wonderful Kaylin Rosenberg. Welcome back, Kaylin. Thank you. Now listeners, if you're still with us, just before the break, we were delving into something really exciting with Kalin. We're talking about, I guess what I would call it, and you can correct me if you think I'm wrong, Kalin is like setting yourself up for love success. Whether it's, you know, you've already found your someone and you're in a couple and you, you know, you want your home to emit love or you're looking to attract the right partner. Kalin seems to have this whole blueprint that can help you do just that. You tell us about it, Kayla. Yeah, absolutely. So, you know, one of the things I found, my husband is a builder and I would sit and watch him and as he would work with his clients, prepare to build each individual custom home. And I started to realize that that was the very same thing I was doing in my clients lives or their love lives that really, you know, beginning with that blueprint and sort of planning out each space and each room in their life and in their heart and in their mind to experience the fullest of love and the best relationship. And so I brought that into my and so when it comes to our physical being, you know, we, we have so much of society throwing itself at us and, and again, sort of superficiality where we're sort of told or taught that if things aren't absolutely societal perfect with regard to our bodies or our weight or our height or our skin or our hair or whatever it is, that we won't attract love and we're not worthy of being loved. And number one, that's just absolutely not true. However, what is true is that if we're not honoring and loving ourselves so that we can therefore be at the best of our ability with what we have been given in life, regardless of who we are and where we're at and what we look like or what size we are, if we can learn to love ourselves Right there, beautifully, perfectly. Now we're sabotaging. So the blueprint really starts to go into, you know, yes, the superficial of the clothing and of the hair and of the skin care. Not because we need to be perfect for anyone else, but we need to be perfectly loving and honoring to ourselves and for ourselves, if that makes sense. And ways of nurturing and pampering and self touch that is not sexual, but you know, really using massage techniques when we're putting lotion on our face in the morning rather than just slapping it on and flying out the door on our bodies and having nice scents around us. Aromatherapy and honoring the way we really take care of our hair. And so it's looking at all of those superficial things in a very delicate, refined, nurturing, spiritual way that's a part of loving ourselves. Now when you bring it to your home, it's the same thing when you walk into a person's home. I don't care if it's been perfectly decorated and they have a cleaning lady 24 7. What we believe about love still sort of oozes out in our home. And regardless of whether it's 500 square feet that we live in or it's 40,000 square feet and it does so energetically by and through the colors, we select the photos that we have up or not or out or not. Who they are of, what's happening in the photos, Are they mostly of ourselves? Are they mostly of our friends and our family? Are they of our dogs, our cats? Cats? Are they of nature? Honestly, the towels we choose, the silverware we choose, every single thing we choose and touch and bring into our lives, our personal lives, our personal environment is showing us and everyone else on a subconscious level who we really are, especially when it comes to love. It is absolutely bizarre and it's beautiful. So it's, it's a fun practice that I bring everyone through and they're always mind blowing. Men and women alike. I don't care who they are or how powerful they are. It's fun. I find it really, you know, you're working on a deep level where you say that some things might sound superficial, but actually it's not about this society shaming or the comparison crisis where you're looking at what other people have that you don't and looking where the, where you feel the gap is. It's about being conscious about what you're doing with your body, with your mind, with your home and essentially what you're surrounding yourselves by. And the energy, it's all energy, isn't it. It's what you're bringing into your life, right? It really, really is. We can't help it. Whether people believe in it or not, it's there. Whether you're on the journey with Kaelyn and I or not, we believe it's the truth, else we wouldn't be sat here on love lessons today discussing it. Now, Kaylin, can you tell us, like, your most glorious. I know that you've been working with Oprah and you've worked with loads of celebs and all of that, but that aside, your wonderful, prestigious, you know, achievements aside, what can you tell us your biggest success with your clients? Like one in particular, or can you share an amazing success story with us? Gosh, I'm sure you've got loads of. I have so many that really are very touching and they're important for people to hear. But gosh, you know, I would say that there are two and they're ones that, again, it's really sort of touched on what we were just discussing. I had a woman come to me who was truly obese. I mean, really, she was about 400 and some pounds and she was about 5 foot 6 and very beautiful things, beautiful clothing, beautiful this and that. Very respected, accomplished designer, but was in tears saying a man could never love me the way that I am. And I wrestled with that for her because of society and how hard it can be on people who face obesity or anything that seems to be from perfection. But my heart told me that that was absolutely untrue, period, number one, and untrue especially for her because she had such an amazing, beautiful soul and you saw it through her eyes. And so, long story short, Andy, her now husband of what, 16 years, darling little, he was med student at the time, came along, buff guy who worked out at the gym all the time. And he was deep, spiritual dude that just wanted the real thing. And he was also a person, you know, he would train people on the side. Long story short, they met their souls, fell madly in love and she ended up losing about £200, just being so incredibly loved by him. And they now have three daughters and they have a beautiful marriage. And when I still run into them, you know, all these years later, they're some of the happiest people I've ever seen. So the whole thing about just stop buying into the BS of society in the way that it's presented. The other one is a woman that came from a very, very abusive background and husband, he used to physically beat her and he. She was to the point of where she was almost suicidal. I had to do a lot of healing and coaching with her. She didn't know she could trust in men again. I ended up introducing, her name was Mary. I introduced her to Paul, who was one of the most nurturing, loving, really successful home builder. Just this precious guy who had only experienced a loving, nurturing marriage, but he lost his wife in a car accident. And so he came with all of this love and this intense energy to love on a woman. And I introduced them and they had the most beautiful marriage and they actually named their first daughter after me, which was really sweet. Oh my goodness, that's amazing. Those are both. You know, again, no matter where you are, no matter what you come from, no matter what pain you have experienced or are experiencing, when it comes to love or disconnect from love, whether yourself or with others, it can all be different. No matter what, it can all be different and beautiful and amazing. And that's what the love mission is. And that's what my team and I are here to do. We're here to do it through the dating app we're starting this fall. We're here to do it through a private social club that I have. We are just out to honestly clean up and change the whole dating world both on and offline and bring real love to people so we can have healthier communities and happier families and a better world. That's all we're about. You know what, through chatting to you and through following you and, you know, checking out your mission and trying to get to grips with your movement, it sounds to me that not only is it just about leading with love, but you're really tapping into communication. Not only how we communicate with other people, whether it's, you know, our partner or somebody that we're looking to date that we've met online, but it's also how we communicate love to ourselves and how we interpret love. Now can you tell me? Because we haven't touched on it too much and I'm sure the listeners would be very interested. What are these social events and what is the mission that you are driving forth with them? Yes, well, so one of the things that I've heard from thousands and thousands of singles all over the world is that it's just scary out there and it's frustrating and they don't know where to go to find one another and it doesn't feel safe. And I looked at this multi billion dollar a year industry, the dating industry, both on and offline and I thought, you know, you have all these These people getting really, really wealthy in our industry, and a lot of singles that continue to invest and feel ripped off emotionally and financially. And I thought, no more. I'm not allowing that anymore. Anymore. And so I've sort of come together with some pretty powerful people in the dating industry that also feel the same way that I do, that they want a better industry for singles, too, that honors them. And we've created Lodge Social Club. And so it is a private social club. And I say private because we really only want people that really believe in love and want to be love and want to create a healthier society and. And sort of drink the Kool Aid of a better world through their actions and behavior. They're philanthropic, they're changer. You know, they're change makers. So it's a private social club. There's a pre application, and we're just starting to get it launched now. And I'll have more about it that I can give you. So you can also give it to your listeners at a different time if you'd like. But we're really kind of in the middle stages. We've been working on it for a couple of years. We've had technology that we've been working on fixing and fixing for the app that's coming out so people can then find each other. So the private members of the club can also find each other privately on this app, where everyone is actually vetted and single and there are no criminals and there are no con artists, and the photos are real. Like, I'm actually creating what people deserve and want. So large social club, a society for change makers who are consciously coupling and they want to find that person, give back to the world, and create a greater world for us all to be in. I think that sounds just like what the dating industry needs, and it sounds like to me, you're making it accessible on so many different levels because you have your own frustrations. Oh, my gosh. Kaylin Rosenberg, it has been an absolute pleasure today. Thank you so much for joining us. Oh, thank you, my dear. It's been really fun, really neat. Nice chatting with you, for sure. We've had the best time. Kaylin, I'm so grateful to have you. I love your mission, and I'm sure the listeners do, too. We're here on Love Lessons at Women's Radio Station, the show where we talk about dating. Relationships, relationships, breakups, healing, and starting over again. Thank you so much, Kaylin.
